How do i get the lunar ribbon?
Eevee needs a like 2*or something IQ to evolve into Espeon and Umbreon. For Espeon, you get the IQ, and a Sun Ribbon. A Lunar Ribbon instead for Umbreon.
For Vaporean a Water Stone, Jolteon Electric Stone, and Flareon a Fire Stone.
Have the item in your bag, go to luminuous cave, and give it the required item when it asks.

You can find Fire Stones at Fiery Field, Thunder Stones at Lightning Field, Water Stones at Northwind Field, Sun Ribbon at Wyvern Hill 20fl (bring a key), and Lunar Ribbon at Northwind Field 20fl(bring a key)
For espeon/umbreon you need four stars of iq and a sun/lunar ribbon. For jolton/vaperon/flaron you only need the stones of their element.
Flareon-Fire Stone
Jolteon-Thunder Stone
Vaporeon-Water Stone
Espeon-Sun Ribbon+IQ above 4
Umbreon-Lunar Ribbon+IQ above 4
The lunar ribbon is in northwind field on floor 20, you must have a key to unlock the door though.
