Unfortunately, no, you cannot divorce your wife. And if you married Melody (please tell me you didn't!) ~ the good news is - you'll never have to take another bath; the bad news is - you can never take another bath. When you go to the bathhouse, you only get a message "marry me and you can take a bath for free". It's very frustrating! It would seem there should be something you could do to resolve this problem, but I've never heard that anyone's figured out how. Probably it's a glitch in the game. I suggest you "test marry" all the girls before you choose. Also, in case you don't like any of the Kardian girls, you just may find a new choice once you've beaten the game.
