Where is Area F?
If you know where the yellow door is in Area B-1, there should be some ledges around that area. Make your way up the ledges to an open doorway and go through that doorway.
There should be a gate with a switch nearby, that is if you haven't gone through this area yet (other wise the gate should already be up).
If the gate is down, hit the switch with a sword attack or shoot up with Model Fx.
After that, go through the open gate and follow the path of the room towards Area F.
