My friend you just have to get all the X's and O's together in the same block example one side is all X's and one side is all O's you hit the sides of the squares to flip them and in the middle you flip all of them.............sorry if i did not answer your question correctly.

Just try to work on one row at a time. When one row is completely X's or completely Os, then move on to the next row. Remember that you can use the hammer on the ground outside of the puzzle. When all three rows have a color, then just hammer in the center blocks of the two outside edges until the square is all one color.

The real answer to the X's and O's is above it. There is a platform that you can't reach with anything. Even the hammer. That is the answer to the puzzle. I beat the game so I can't really remember where it was, but I think it is right above the platform you can change. HAVE FUN!

If it's the one I think it is, then you will have to drain the water from the area you're trying to solve. When you drain the water look directly south of the X's and O's puzzle and there is another board. You have to make the top board identical to the one below it, in order to move on. =]]

When you get over there, there will be a blueish arrow. hit it with the boomerang until its facing down. The water will rise. walk across the pole and go to the bottom of the platform and look at the way the x's and o's are; now copy it to the ones on the platform.

All x's or all o's. To do this you'll need to hit one row at a time until they all are the same.

There will be a board on a platform near where you have to put in the true form. Make it exactly like that to move on

This is easy! Look south of it, water will be risen, sink the water, and good south of that platform with the riddle, you will see a tick-tac-toe board, and that will have the correct order you need to put the riddle one in. :)

Also, if you stand on a tile, it won't move when you hit it or one near it.

Ok so you hit the hammer in the middle 1st then hit the corners carefully on their corners then it sould be in the right patten!!! ;)

The X's and O's true form? i know exactly where you are.

head straight down from where that sign asks you to do so, and hit a switch to lower the water level. another "X+O" platform will be revealed.
the exact block-formation you see on that is the form the one above has to be.
