The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

I think you need to hit some switches. I have beat the final boss already, so I might be wrong.

B4 = room with 3 phantom sentries + 1 phantom (+ 1 if you alert the sentries)

Go down to the right side and walk down to the safe area just below the bottom right of the map. Grab out your boomerang, and aim it down. There is a switch there. If you have the bow, you can just hit the eye switch just to the right of where you start of in B4.

Just pull the switches according to the numbers on top of it e.g 1-5 so you hit 1 last.

You have to hit some switches, and step on some floor switches. It's a lot easier to maneuver you way through the floor if you take out the Phantom Eyes. Trace their course with you Boomerang and when it hits them and make them dizzy, kill them with your sword. Also, later on in the game, when you have the bow in your possession, you can head to the northeastern corner of the floor and shoot the eye there to shut down all of the wind tunnels.
