Ok, so you're at Bessie Bass' battleship? Here we go:
I'm not going to include how to get 100%, but first, go to the two pipes furthest to the left. take the right one. make your way around and take the door. Now in this room, do not break the crate you see. push it so you can jump up on the ledge where you see the shy guys and the vase. Push it over the edge and break it to get a key.
Take the door on the bottom of the room to enter a small area with the trampoline balls (I don't know what else to call them). the cloud does nothing for you at this point, so don't waste your eggs. take the only other door at the top.
the next room has a middle ring for you, and the cloud has stars too. take the pipe out of here. Now that you've got that key, you can unlock the door over to the right. But you can't do anything else in this room because you need another key. So, take the door, then the pipe on the right.
Watch out for the tap-taps and go thru the door. lots of stacks of Pirate shy guys, but make your way through to the bottom for the door.
Watch out for the ghosts in the pots. make your way to the left, and also remember to hit the pot with an egg to flip it over and reach the next door. (Careful not to completely enter the one way door where the cloud is, but hit the cloud so you can get up the stairs and to the exit). You also receive a key, the perfect prize for making it through.
now, go to the top pipe to exit onto the boat. the door you need is to your left.
Watch out for the boos, and go on through the locked door.
Watch out for the lunging fish, and make it to the middle ring. choose your baby of choice, and enter the boss chamber!
As for defeating the boss, eggs are always the answer!!!
