This is one of the few games where Power Berries do not make an appearance; however, the stamina/fullness system actually has a bit of... play when it comes to both meters.

Once you have unlocked the mine, you can get Orichalc from certain floors. (50 - 74, 225, 250 to 254 are a few known ones). Orichalc looks exactly like Rare Ores did in past versions of Harvest moon games. Once you have gathered them Charlie (Chen's son) can fashion different accessories from the ores that can do multiple things,

The Goddess Earrings recharge stamina over time by different levels depending on their color, just as their corresponding Brooches do also, with these items (the Brooches anyway) you can have a max stamina of 250.

There are other items such as the Kappa earrings and brooches (which increase your fullness bars or restore fullness by a certain amount of points), as well as the Witch earrings and brooches which restore both stamina and hunger at the same time, albeit at a slower rate.

The one main drag to this new system is that you have to have the accessories in an equipped slot which means thats less space for you to alternate between tools; and the earrings aren't much help in the mines because time passes about 10 minutes per 25 floors or so that you fall.

You can also equip Green Wonderfuls to your tools, which deduct 1 point of stamina from each swing, if you place 2 Green Wonderfuls on any 1 tool, then the tool no longer uses any stamina whatsoever when you use said tool.

There is no known way to not loose stamina when falling through pitfalls in the mine though.

So in summation:
-- Power Berries do not Exist in the Game
-- Stamina and Fullness can be increased by using accessories
-- Wonderfuls can eventually negate the stamina bar in terms of tools.

Answer

No. Although, if you collect Orichalc from the mine, and you own a beauty box, you can have Charlie make you an accessorie that Extremly decreases the amount of stamina used. He can make you an huge variety of other objects the have special effects too.
