This being the case, during the 30 minutes of operation, nobody will be getting off for the first 9 minutes (as it takes 10 minutes for the first people to go around)
This means that there'll be 21 completed rides in the remaining time
What is commonly overlooked is that the ride has 2 people seats and the question asks how many people could take a ride, not how many completed rides there are
