The ones I usually rely on (air render, aurablast) don't get proportionally stronger when dual wielding, but I've heard some abilities do. Can somebody give me examples?

statusMost do not. The only ability I know right off the bat is Magic Frenzy. Also opportunity commands allow for two strikes in proportion to the number of attacks.
