I need it for magnamon.
It's on Login Mountain, inside one of those Chaos Areas (where you get warped into what like computer chips, and the battle theme gets more metal-like). You'll find the portal to it on the darkish part of this map.
BTW, you can access it right before doing the first fight with Grimmon. Making it the first digiegg you can get to.
