Any tips on getting a perfect in Archery?

I've used Eggman and other people with high skill stats but I just can't get a perfect result to get the emblem for receiving a perfect in Archery. Anyone got any tips? I would greatly appreciate it.

Archery is one of my favorite ones. It's a challenge because of the winds.... My strategy is to try to line it up as fast as i can... usually within 5 seconds. If you can, notice the wind while you're lining it up. Seriously, the faster and more accurate you are, the better. I see people who take the entire time to line it up, and they always lose..
The last levels are the tougher ones, again because of the wind. just be aware of what wind there is and always line up to match it. Good Luck!
