Arceus, Shaymin and Celebi?

Anybody knows if there is going to be any way to get Arceus and Shaymin without cheating and why did these two Pokemons got banned from the game. And if there is any way to get Celebi in darkness?

Nintendo never revealed the existence on Arceus and Shaymin when Darkness/Time came out., so of course Arceus and Shaymin won't be in this game

And there is no way to get a Celebi in Darkness since that secret download mission to get them in August, unless you get a time machine.

Answer

Arceus and Shaymin will appear in PMD3 if they release it in America along with Giratine Origin Forme. You can also get Celebi through AR.

As Luigi_88 had said, Nintendo did not create Arceus or Shaymin at the time that these games came out.

Of the two games (time/darkness) Explorers of time is the only one that Celebi is available. Explorers of Darkness also has Mewtwo while Time does not.
