During the time when the hero and the partner get sent into the future, I noticed that you meet up with Shiny Celebi and joins your team until they get back to the past. But, is it possible to recruit Shiny Celebi with you?
No, If you go through the storyline, you will realize why you can't.
unless you hack the game that is.
