It's actually the Royal Mausoleum that I'm looking for.
Go up from the main Castle, and go then take an immediate Right at the top of the mountains.
Follow the mountain chain until you see the mausoleum.

statusIt's on the same chunk of land as the castle. Stay on the northern side of the mountains, and head east. It's way out by the ocean, so just keep on truckin'.
