This may be apparent and not the answer you're looking for but have considered doing the trick mentioned in the sticky? What is it, section 2b or d?

Well, you can always farm the White Fomors at that same spot manually for your Dark.
Check your Bestiary and find high end enemies that are weak to those elements. Or you can try farming the Double Hammers in the Training Hall. They always give out healthy AP. Just make sure you've got your Master Ring on.

I guess that's not the best answer. Sorry.

Dark = You can use Arcebastus on The Skeleton Cave corridor.

Ice = I get this one on Large Cavern, Jiang Shi receives a lot o damage from Grando+Weapon's Union.

X - Melio Hasta
Y - Vol Grando
R - Arma Custos (with 1 HP)
Headgear - Queen of Hearts (If you dont have, put you best STR equipment)
Armour - Barbarian Belt
Boots - Barbarian Shoes
Acc 1 - Master Ring... or Death Ring if you cant damage him to death quick enough
Acc 2 - Master Ring... or Death Ring if you cant damage him to death quick enough [2]

Attack him with Melio Hasta and finish with Union, then repeat.

For dark just use acerbatus you get dark and lightning, kill two birds with one stone, same with nitesco(fire and light)

for ice, most are resistant but fish heads only have 50 hp so u should be able to one shot them or be atleast pretty close with int buff should help ofcourse. There is a place in kalidus channel near the bottom right entrance that has a big row of them.
