Pokemon Dash
Review by Dookie_Man
"Worst Pokemon Game Yet"
Pokemon is one of my favorite game franchises, Pokemon Silver being one of my favorite games of all time. Sadly, this game is nothing like those games. It gives the Pokemon haters a reason of why the franchise sucks. This is not just the worst Pokemon game that I've played, it's also the worst DS game.
Presentation
Meh. You're staring at a brick road and Pikachu comes up to you. He stares, waiting for the first move to kill you. Nothing happens, until the game forces you to abuse Pikachu with the touch screen. Aren't you bored already? After your session of animal abuse, two balloons pop up. One says Single Player, and the other says Multiplayer. It sucks horribly, but you do get to abuse Pikachu, which gives it some points.

Graphics
When you first turn on the game, the graphics are actually pretty good. The brick road, grass, and Pikachu are looking clear and crisp. Some will even say "Man, those are good graphics for a DS game!". But there will be a downfall in them, and it will happen soon. During gameplay, the graphics suck. You can easily see the pixels in Pikachu and all of the other Pokemon.

Storyline
Guess what? There is no story! They could've atleast thought of something to give the game a point. Possibly there is one, but the game never clearly states it, and it would be sucky anyway, where Pikachu and the other Pokemon go, "Hey, let's race!"

Gameplay
Okay, the big downfall. You have no character selection whatsoever, you can only be Pikachu. You move Pikachu by rubbing the touch screen, going to different checkpoints. Your hands get dead tired after doing this. Depending on the speed and length of your rubs, the faster you'll go. You can't just hold down a button and sprint. You can also float in an air balloon, but when you do, you have to find which checkpoint you're supposed to go to looking at a tiny radar screen, while you're looking at the Grand Canyon-sized map. Also, when you play on easy mode, it is extremely easy. The Pokemon will move like slugs and go nowhere. But if you play on hard mode, it is hard, and I mean hard. You're the person not knowing where to go exactly, but your opponents are flying all over the place, like they're having someone over a phone telling them where to go. It's almost unfair.

Closing Comments
Do not buy this game. Do not even rent it. Use your hard-earned money on games that actually have quality in them, such as Animal Crossing: Wild World or Mario Kart DS.
