Kirby Squeak Squad

Review by Solninja

"Who doesn't like a game with killer mice?!?"

This game is awesome. I truthfully didn't expect it to be really good at first, but once I played it I changed my mind. Nintendo knew what they were doing.

Gameplay (10/10)
Traditional old-school Kirby. It's basically the same as always except for a few twists: like running away from the killer mice bandits, or if you can't resist your violent impulses, beating the tar out of them. Otherwise, the puzzles were pretty hard at some parts, and most of the time you can't go through a stage just once.

Storyline(10/10)
Most would say that this is the game's downside, but I disagree. Although your goal is a tasty slice of mouth-watering cake, That mere piece of pastry sends Kirby on a quest to defeat a darker evil, and whoop some Squeaks! The slice of strawberry goodness just proves that Kirby is just a simple creature with simple wants, but also shows that he can back it up with some power if needed.

Graphics(10/10)
Graphics are just about the least important thing in any game, unless they hinder your playing. Still, this game's graphics were excellent. It was full of bright sharp colors and vivid environments. This game's graphics are good, you will not be disappointed!

Sound(10/10)
The sound was amazing. Truly. It is almost impossible to turn down the volume on your DS. It even has the classic tracks we all know and love, and also contains some new material as well.

Replayability(10/10)
Beating this game definitely doesn't mean you will put it down. This game will have you hooked for weeks. Nintendo also threw in a time trial and boss endurance mode, which only adds to the game's replayability.

Overall(10/10)
This game is awesome, it'll have you busy for weeks trying to unlock everything. The boss endurance mode will have you hooked, and the Ghost ability is pretty cool. This is the first ever Kirby game which allows you to use an ability to poessess enemies. Need I say more? If you are a KIrby fan you should most definitely buy this game!
