Zoo Tycoon DS

"Ughh."

I really don't like this game. Sure, it is really fun. For about three seconds. And as full of glitches as it is, it is sure to make you carsick.

Most of you are probably wondering what the heck I mean by carsick. Yes, I know you know what carsick means, but what I mean is: I play my DS in the car a lot. That's pretty much the main reason I have one. And the bad game-play, for some reason, makes me carsick.

And another thing that makes me dislike this game so much is the limited play. The only thing worth playing is the free-zoo, or whatever it's called. This is because, well, you are free. This other piece-of-crap story mode, which by the way is to hard, only let's you do what it says, and tells you to do some things and leaves you to find out how to do it. Okay, so the limited gameplay part. You can pick from a large, small, or medium sized zoo lot. That's all fine and good, yeah. I have a large zoo and it took me about three hours to fill it to the max. And there's the problem. You can only have a certain amount of attractions. You can't even have enough animals to fill up the sides of your zoo lot! Now that is pretty messed up, come on!

Another thing is that it takes WAY to much effort to make an animal happy. Each animal has "needs", like a certain type of terrain, or a partner, something. You know what it needs by a bubble above it's head. Okay, so you spend a minute of your life fixing this. TA-DA! It has another need. The problem here is that it could need ten things, and only show you one, which makes you really frutrated after you treat about six of these, only to find another.

The graphics are pretty good, I guess. You can't really see anything very well, so it dowsn't matter. The gameplay is to confusing. You have a HUGE menu of options, which would normally be a good thing, but it is a little to big this time.

This and several other bad things make this game a complete waste of money. It will keep you busy for about five minutes before you turn off your DS with boredom and regret. Now have a good day!
