"Naruto Strikes Again With Another Great Game!"

Naruto Shinobi Retsuden for the Nintendo DS is a Naruto game that goes farther then ever. It is a fighting game consisting of many different ways to battle. If you have ever played Clash of Ninja for the Nintendo Gamecube, or Ultimate Ninja for the PS2, then be amazed because it is very similar to them.

Gameplay(8/10)
The gameplay for this game is so similar to the other Naruto fighting games that you wont believe it. It has a mission/story mode where you unlock other characters and while fighting some of your favorite Naruto Characters. Story may not be too hard but arcade is more challenging. Arcade mode also unlocks characters but not as many. You pick one of your unlocked characters and duke it out with all the other ones. This section is unique because depending on how you fight the game responds and makes your other battles harder depending on that information. Its kind of like an Artificial Inteligence. You can also pick free battle where you can randomly fight any character or practice. Multiplayer is pretty much the same as free battle but with two players. Multiplay is very much more interesting than normal though because its not just some CPU, its a real person your fighting with better skill.

Graphics(7/10)
The graphics for this game are pretty good. Although they may be just a LITTLE cuby it still portrays the characters well. The naruto characters look better than normal is 3d. Also the super moves are well made with the 3d.

Sound(8/10)
The music in this game is very catchy. Most of the tunes are actually just midi's taken from actual songs from the Japanese anime. The sounds for ingame are also very unique because they take them from the show too. At the very end of all of your battles your character also says a random phrase in the actual voice!

Overal 7/10
This game is very well done and is very entertaining regardless of how long you play it for. I'd recomend anyone to get this game(excluding people who dont like fighting games)I would strongly recomend this to Naruto fans, not only because its a Naruto game, but, because it is a major Naruto masterpeice.
