"Another good Digimon game"

Well this is the Second installment of the Digimon series for the Nintendo DS. The game improved on some things but not much and in a way its good because the same enjoyable Gameplay which was on the first 1 stays true on this installment. The second installment includes new Digimon along with Burst modes and better Digi trees making it seem more realistic then the previous game.

Graphics-6/10
Only 1 word can sum up the Graphics in this game-BAD. The Graphics look like they are from the Gameboy Advance they haven't made the Digimon nor the environment from the past Digimon game for the DS. The Digimon aren't amazing but alright. The environment is bland bland and bland pretty much no movement in the water or trees in the game. The characters look the same pretty much.

GamePlay-8/10
Solid original Gameplay which is great. They haven't done a single thing with the gameplay since the first installment and thats a good thing. The controls are easy to use and aren't hard at all. Although it would of been good to include some better Touch screen controls for it. The story is weak its very weak. it takes awhile to unravel to make it seem a tad interesting.

Sound-7/10
The sound is good but is very annoying after awhile because its pretty much the same thing over and over. The battle sounds are 2 of a kind how awesome. There is different sounds for different types of battles 1 type for normal battles and another for Boss battles. Not awesome but at least the music is good for awhile that is.

Overall-7.8/10
The Gameplay is what your looking for in this game. From the easy menus to the great battle's the Gameplay in this game is gold. The Graphics stayed the same from the previous game which isn't good. The sound will get tedious and annoying after awhile but there is always the sound button. The producers could of added much more digimon into this game since there is over 550 Digimon. This game will keep you playing for over 65+ hours if you decide to make a great team of Digimon.

Rent/Buy
Now this is kind of a hard choice if you liked pokemon or like any type of those games its a buy. If you don't like wasting time training and training this is not a game for you.
