Feel the Magic XY-XX...what a game...what a game. RUB IT! BREAK TIME! many phrases like this will be heard when playing this unique game full of different minigames, some more repayable then others. Using the touch screen and microphone, it uses all of the DS's features to accomplish a game that greatly extends to show the full extent of the DS's power.

Controls-10/10

Pretty simple to explain, just use the stick or thumb strap to complete the games. The reason why this is so unique is that you know this game just couldn't be played on a system without the touch pad because it really adds the dignified feeling of you controlling what is going on. Moving objects around, hitting things, swiping, blowing, and more are all used as methods to completing the easy yet complicated games. Some have you doing simple things like moving a fish upwards while others test your control on keeping steady and staying on paths. A great yet very simplistic control system makes this a great game.

Gameplay-8/10

Packed with plenty of games to keep you occupied for a long time, they all vary in what to do. Some are very entertaining and will keep you locked on until you finally beat it while others are more frustrating then anything else. Add in a bunch of hiding rabbits and dressing up your girl and this makes the gameplay interesting. The microphone also plays in making the minigames even more unique just by blowing in it and watching your onscreen boat move.

Graphics-10/10

You can't really say the graphics are bad because they were designed to be quirky and odd looking, but it all comes together to look great. The animations are very smooth and the people, who are mostly just one or two colors, are still solid enough so that the scenes still look very colorful and active.

Minigames-10/10

Loads of interesting games are at the core of this game. Some to name off are stopping charging bulls, painting in shapes, playing bowling as you hit other people across the street, and i'm sure the favorite among the men being where you clean the girl as she moans for whatever reason and undressing her while keeping her warm by the fire. Oh yes. All of these and plenty of more make this a game full of things to do and just see in general as you can replay these games on harder levels which adds to the fun.

Sound-10/10

The sound in this game game is great because of how weird it is. All of the music is so out there that it just fits in and is very entertaining. Add in the random quotes the people say like RUB IT! or BREAK TIME! and the soft melodies of the girl then the dashing ones of the bad guys and you got one thrilling sound system packed in one. All of the songs have a character to them and perfectly match the minigame they're in.

Story-10/10

You will at first mainly be playing the story mode which is basically you meeting this perfect girl who all the guys have a crush on. You'll go through the minigames trying to impress her and saving her when needed. If anything you can just break this down into a simple dating simulator but packed with extras.

Recommend: Buy. This game is defiantly one of the more unique ones out on the market to date perfectly mixing in the touchpad with the built in microphone to make this a game experience you'd love to go through. Plenty of entertaining and odd minigames mixed with great music and secrets make this a game worth buying.
