The Urbz: Sims in the City
Review by aquax99
"Sims? New word? Urbz!"
Intro-
I heard a lot of bad things from this game for PS2, I hesitated about buying this game. A word of advice to you don't hesitate, just buy the game. The first game I got for the DS was Super Mario 64 DS. I liked that game too, but I liked this game way more.
Graphics-6/10
They could have done way better with the graphics for this game,With all the new DS graphics. If you look at the Metroid Prime demo everybody got with the purchase of a Nintendo DS (or at least I got a free demo with it), well anyway those are really good graphics.
Sound-9/10
I really liked the music for this game. The TV music is my favorite,I liked the one with the gun shots a lot. I also thought the club Xizzle music was cool. The only sound I really hated was when you fix thing like your toilet, shower, TV, ect.
Story-10/10
This is where I liked the game most. With 5 regular missions, 1 Rep mission, and 1 Splicer mission. In the 5 regular missions you help take down Daddy B. (the evil bad guy). In the Splicer mission you find out about this island and help make it a tourist attraction. I am not completely sure about the rep missions are though.
Controls-7/10
I give the controls a 7 out of 10 because, they could have done better with the touch screen. All you get to do with the touch screen is looking in your pockets, talking to people, and looking at the map of the city. I'd wish we could have used the DS thumb strap.
I give this game in all an 9 out of 10 because the graphics and controls.
Other than that this game rocks! I recommend this game to all Sims lovers out there!
If you happen to come across a glitch at the end of the game don't worry or restart the game over. There is a way to go pass the glitch. It took me forever to find it out.
