Zoo Keeper

"An extremely addcitive cute little puzzle game."

Let me start by saying that i'm not a major fan of puzzle games, but this one got me liking them. By the way, it was released on 1/18/05.

First I'll start with the gameplay. This game has five different modes all very entertaining. These modes are normal, which is just a normal way of playing the game. Second mode is tokoton, in which you have to get 100 of an animal to pass a level. The third mode is quest where you will go through 10 quests where you have to do special things to pass a level. The fourth mode is time attack where you get 6 minutes to try to get the highest score. the last mode is a multi-player mode where you try to get your opponents time down to 0. It has simple and easy controls to get used to controls. You have the option to use the stylus or the buttons to control this game. I rate this part of the game a 8/10 because it's so simple to learn the controls.

Next is the story. All of the zoo animals were fed up with the way the head zoo keeper was treating them so they started chaos. One of the zoo keepers was ordered to restore peace to the zoo. Not much of a story but it's still pretty interesting. I rate it a 4/10

Now the graphics and sound of this game. The graphics are a cartoon-like, cute little type thing. Not living up the the DS's graphical capabilities but still of high quality. The sound is very loud and clear, also of high quality. I rate this part a 9/10 because though it doesn't have 3-D graphics it still has good animation and the sound is good to.

Now about the re-playability and the value. It isn't really a progressing type game where you go through levels. It's more of just a puzzle game that keeps doing the same type of puzzle in different modes. It is very addictive however and keeps you occupied a very long time. I would rate this part a 7/10

Now last, i would not just buy this game automatically when you finally find it. Try to find the best price and warranty you can before buying it. Search a few places to find this weather it be online or by phone.

I now close by saying that zoo keeper is a extremely fun, addictive, cute little puzzle game that is now one of my favorite DS puzzle games.
