Well as most of us know racing games almost never have a story and this has no story.

Game Play 6/10
This is the worst point in the game. All you do is race Ford cars/trucks and try to beat the enemy to the finish line. The game play is very frustrating, in the middle of every race the AI cars will slam you in to walls, and as you try to pass them they will just turn and make you slam into them which either makes you spin out of control or instantly stop moving. Now the good stuff, there is a ton of modes to play in there is: ford challenge, ford competition, ford collection and a quick race mode (which randomly chooses a course and a very slow car/truck) and a few more, so it will keep you busy for a little bit.

Graphics 8/10
The graphics are pretty good all of the cars are nicely detailed (all of the major things are at least), One thing that i was fairly impressed with was the way the tires look they are more detailed than any of the cars and they turn and you can see them moving.

Sound 1/10
Now here is a problem, When you are driving a big diesel truck it sounds like a race car off of the NES, all of the cars have the same sounds and the tire sounds are the most annoying thing in the sound department, Music is even worse it is so bad it made me want to turn the volume off, all it is, is some dance/country thing from the forties.

Controls 5/10
Another bad thing is the horrible controls, A is go B is brake X is look behind you and Y is boost, they are pretty bad when you think about how the DS buttons are placed (way too close), in the middle of a race when you need to boost you have to press the Y button and in order to do that you have to reach across from A to Y and while you are doing that you will hold in the A button and in the process of that you are pressing B and X which will make you slam on the brakes look behind you and slam into a wall when you finally hit the boost button. So i don't think it's the games fault it's the DS fault.

Rent or buy
Neither instead you could go buy a good game like meteos and/or polarium, if you are not convinced by my review then just go buy the game and see for you're self that you wasted you're money.
