Pokemon Yellow Version: Special Pikachu Edition

Actually to clarify i need to kno wat pokemon has a special value of 77 so i can find a Meowth using a glitch?
Read the Mew Glitch for all you want to know (and a lot you don't) about the Glitch. If you can't find a Trainer or pokemon that generates the pokemon you want, use the Ditto variant of the Glitch (have a pokemon with the special you want [in this case a special of 77] find Ditto, have it turn into the pokemon and fight or flee Ditto.) Since Ditto is in the Cinnibar Mansion and Unknown Dungeon, after you escape the battle with Ditto, use Dig or an Escape Rope to leave (so you don't encounter any other pokemon who might mess up the pokemon you encounter.
