Harvest Moon GB

"From SNES to GB, good or bad?"

This game is very good compared to other Gameboy games. As you know the gameboy is only in black and white... or gray if you really want to get into details... I think this is a very good game overall. Most of the features in the Gameboy game is the same in the SNES version of Harvest Moon.

As like the SNES version... Harvest Moon GB is very hard to master. The crops are still there bit now there are new ones for the winter and fall. The plot of this game and the SNES are changed. Instead of your parents leaving you the farm, it's your dead grandfather coming back as an angel and telling you that the farm needs to be better treated and that only you can do that for he is dead. The end of evreyyear, your dead grandfather will come back to the ranch/farm to see if you have surpassed him in being a ranchmaster. And if you do well he might even give you a prize...

More choices can be made in the GB version. You can choose to be a male or femal, have dog or cat. To all those people who loved the marriage part of Harvest Moon SNES, I'm sorry, in Harvest Moon GB you cannot get married. I guess that's why you get to choose your gender. But I don't know about the choose your pet thingy thing...

The festivals are now on diffrent days and some are taken out... Now your farm can be expanded. For all those who hated having too many animals? Your in luck. You can have only four cows and four chickens.

But overall this game is pretty good... the graphics are good the sound is good and the gameplay is good. I hope evreyone engoyed it. But I wouldn't recommend this for first time players of Harvest Moon... if you had trouble playing Harvest Moon SNES? Don't get this game...
