"One of the better Mega Man games."

While most Mega Man games follow the plot of ''Wily wants revenge'' this game comes up with a slightly different plot.As Mega Man (armed with the new 'Mega Arm' as well as new animal sidekick 'Tango') you must stop the invading alien Star Droids (Robot Masters) from taking over the Earth.

The game has a lot of little things going for it;it was made mainly with the Super GameBoy in mind(so it has this border with some Mets /Hard Hats looking around, and looks slightly better color wise on the Super GameBoy),it has new Robot Masters not found on any other system, and it's the only game that has Tango in it.I also liked the ending quite a bit.

Graphics
The graphics stand out for the system it's on.While the color might be lacking (because of the system,of course) the graphics rival the early NES Mega Man games on how well they look.Very well done and good detail for the Star Droids.

Sound
Capcom has made a reputation for having good music for it's Mega Man games, and this one holds up very well. While the sound effects for your actions aren't that great, this game has some topnotch music.A game that I like to turn the sound up when I'm playing it.

Control
For the most part this game has good control, however sometimes using the Mega Arm with the upgrades can be a little hard.I had problems getting the 'hand' to latch onto enemies like it should.I also didn't like the fact that if you fire a half charged Mega Arm it would shoot the hand but not go all the way across the screen. This sometimes threw off my timing.

Gameplay
The best part of any Mega Man game is that you get to pick what order you fight the bosses in.This makes the games more fun because if you are having trouble with one boss you can leave it for later and fight a different boss instead. However, while most Mega Man games have a recommended order to them (use weapon from boss one on boss two) this one doesn't, mainly because almost all of the bosses can be beaten fairly easily with the Mega Arm and a little practice. This point being good or bad mainly rests with the player.

Replay
This game has a fair replay value to it,what with so many ways to beat this game (which order you do things and what extra items you buy),as well as a password system.

So,while this game might be rare and hard to find, you should definitely buy it if you come across it.
