"One of the Better Simpsons games..."

This game is surprisingly fun considering that licensed games are not always worth their money. If you don't want Final Fantasy killer plots but just want some brief but satisfying romp through a game. Or if it turns out that you have 15 minutes to spare, this is the game for you.

What's the story for this game? Well, Bart from America's favorite family The Simpsons has entered some sort of Game Show(Hosted by TV Newsman Kent Brockman and Dr. Marvin Monroe) where you have to face cruel challenges against bulked up titans to win great prizes. Bart must face weekly challenges that vary from jumping off a high ramp to hit the Juggernaut where it isn't shielded or try and shove the Juggernaut of a arena. When he successfully complete those murderous challenges, he will own the... WHOOPS! Can't tell you what he will win when you finish this game! Sure it won't win award for Story of the Year, but it works with this game.

The Graphics are allright. It doesn't look like Rogue Leader for GameCube, but it isn't a pixelated mess. The colors that appear when you play the game with a GBC or Game Boy Advance are allright too.

Sounds? Well, you hear the music at the main screen, the music that sounds after you complete an event, the music thorough the discussion of the host and the music for when you fail an event and that's about it. The characters have no voiceovers, sadly.

There are seven challenges you must face, but you don't face them in order. You will participate this game in ''four weeks''. After you defeat the challenges, you will continue on to the next week to play another set of challenges, some are new, some return. You must make the necessary points in each week to advance to the next.

This game was especially made for Car Trips and whenever you have 15 free minutes to spare while you wait in the waiting room.

Hardcore Simpson fans will want to pick up this game. It's better than some of the most recent Simpson games like Simpsons Wrestling.

Buy or Rent

If you are an hardcore Simpsons fan buy! It's bound to soothe you from the menace of crappy license games. Anybody else can give it a 5 day rental, as those Long Car Trips don't happen that often to buy.

But...

The best Simpson game will always be the Arcade Simpsons game...

But if your arcade doesn't have that machine, you must play this. This is one of the better videogame experiences you will have with the Simpsons.
