"Not a bad cookie but there are better ones"

When I played this game I saw that it was somehow like the famous game Tetris but it has its differences and it is not as good as tetris.

Graphics - 3

The graphics of this game as pretty bad, specially the way the Yoshi and Mario are drawn, also the worlds in which you play with never change, well, they are actually levels and they never change those squares and the background are bad and also the specials effect to when you score some points, the special effects are really bad.

Gameplay - 5

The gameplay of this game is pretty much like tetris, that you have to get rid of the line blocks and never let them over load, but it is not exactly like tetris because in tetris what it counts is how many points you score and also how many lines you get rid of and can only be horizontal lines, well in this game they can be horizontal and vertical, but they have to be the same color or shape if played in a Game Boy, and you can't control the pieces that are falling down, they also come from the right, so the purpose is to get rid of every block by arranging them in lines of the same shapes so that you can be able to go to the next level.

Sound - 7

Well, the sound of this game is all about the background music that it has, you can change the type of music that you want to hear of if you do not want to hear music at all, but that is before you start to play because during gameplay all you can do is pause it and play, but the music if quite good and it might be the best part of this game. Oh and the sound effeects are not that bad considering that this game was made long ago.

Length - 10

This game is very long, because after you clear all the levels there is a cheat that brings up more levels and those levels are nearing impossible but if you keep trying they can be passed, so if you like this game, you will be very busy for a month of so, and if you do not like it that much you will be busy until you get bored of it.

Replay Value - 9

The replay value of this game is very good since if you like this game you will want to play the first levels again to take some practice or just to see how easy it was back then, and after you end it and you do not want to play again, after some months, when you play it again you will want to end it over again and again untill you get tired of it, and after another few months the same thing will happen, it is not a classic game but it has a taste of one of them, so I think that is the reason.

Conclusion - 8

Well, I suggest that you first rent this game to see if you like it and if you happen to like it well, buy it because it will bring hundreds or hours of entertainment, personally I bought it and it was sort of worth it, and also because I payed 15 dollars for it because my cousing did not wanted it, but still I think you should buy it.
