Donkey Kong Land 2
Review by JckHamr123
"The Best Game Boy side scoller yet"
Graphics: 9 out of 10
Its amazing how Rare took the SNES classic, and made it look great on the small screen of the Game Boy. Diddy, and Dixie move just like they did in the SNES version, with one big exception. Only one of them can be on the screen at once. Also, if you don't have a Game Boy Color, or a Super Game Boy, there will be a huge amount of blurring.
Gameplay: 10 out of 10
How can you not go wrong with this game. More than 30 levels, and almost all of the levels have something in them that make them different from the rest. Diddy, and Dixie have their own set of moves, and more often then not, Dixie will be the Kong of choice. The only difference between the GB version, and the SNES version, is the noticable absence of the team-up moves. But don't worry, the levels have been changed so you won't miss the absence of the move.
Control: 10 out of 10
The game control is very tight, but in a good way. The Kongs move exactly when the button is pressed, and the controls are easy to remember, and simple to exicute. Every game maker should use this as their standard for control.
Replay: 9 out of 10
With all of the levels, and the things to collect, you will be playing this game for a while. The game is so addicting, you may come back for more after you've finished it!!!
Overall: 9 out of 10
Why are you still reading this?? Go out get the game, and have the most fun you ever will on the Game Boy!
