"Simpsons + American Gladiators = ....."

Graphics: 8: All the characters in the game look like they do just like in the Simpsons TV show, except there's no color. All the events and courses in the game are look pretty nice as well.

Sound: 8: The opening theme is just like a combination of The Simpsons and The American Gladiators theme songs. The background music is pretty good as well. All the sound effects are a little plain, but aren't that bad.

Gameplay: 8: Your're Bart Simpson. You're on a tv show called Juggernauts. You have to earn a certain amount of money each week to make it onto the next week of contests. Just about all the Simpsons' characters have a course in this game. Remember that daredevil guy that Bart adored? well, he has a stunt course in this game. And then there's that Phyciatrist that has a weird checker board, Apu also has a maze in his Kwik-e-Mart. There are many other courses too, plus bonus courses if you earn more than enough money required for that week. If you have beat the money requirement after week 5, then you win the ultimate prize, the robotic, stegaurus(remember, the one that destroyed the Simpsons' car when they went to the Monster Truck Rally?)

Replay Value: 5: The courses are a lot of fun to play, but once you beat the game there's really no point in beating it again, unless there was a course you didn't beat along the way on your previous try. There was no game link, 2-player mode either, and that's because this game was strictly designed as a 1-player game.

Overall: 7: This was a pretty fun package overall, and kind of an innovative venture into the world of Simpsons gaming. I was suprised that this game actually did well, considering most of the crappy Simpsons' games(Bart and the Beanstalk, and Virtual Bart especially). If you're looking for a good Simpsons game for Game Boy pass up , Bart's escape from Camp Deadly, and Bart and the Beanstalk, and get this game.
