"Destroying The Neighborhood With Newspapers!"

Ok..... EVERYTHING in this review is considering the fact that this game was made in 1990!!!! If you were to compare this game to the games of today, OF COURSE this game would get a low score! But, I'm going to be nice and consider the fact that this game was made in 1990, ok?

So, If you're thinking, ''WHAT!??!?! How could he give it such a high score?'' Well, all I have to say is.... CONSIDER that this game was made in 1990, 6 years before the N64 came out for the very first time......
NOW FOR THE REVIEW!

Audio & Video : 6/10
The music is not that long, so it repeats itself after awhile. The sound effects? Well, it sounds REALLY weird! Like for instance, when you hit a window in the game, it's supposed to make a window breaking sound, right? WRONG! In this game, the sound is like there's change in your pocket! You know, ching, ching? The graphics are pretty good for a 20 year old game. Ummm..... nothing else to say here except ..... Not bad...... Not a lot of details, and the framerate isn't that fast but still.....

Gameplay : 5/10
Well, you get to vandalize people's property with the newspapers and ALSO deliver them for extra points..... You also need to avoid some dogs, tires, lawn mowers, and other things found in a neighborhood or else you WILL lose a life. Nothing really exciting..... At the end of the level, there is an obstacle course where you can score extra points and possibly lives if you can complete it fast enough.

Story : 3/10
Ok..... The story is......... There IS NO STORY!!!! Well, except......
You've been hired to deliever newspapers to people in the neighborhood.... That's about it........
AND ........ You can also vandalize people's property to score extra points. After every level, you will see what's differnet this time around, like which houses DON'T want newspapers delieved and such.
If you lose all of your lives, you will see a newspaper saying the vandalism culprit has been caught with the character YOU'RE playing as the culprit.

Value : 4/10
Not very high because it's very old and because it gets really boring after a few minutes. A GOOD thing about this game is you can use it as an item to bet! So even IF you lose it, it's not so bad......

Replayability : 2/10
After a while, it gets REALLY repetitive. The same old, same old. It's like watching reruns over and over again. But, every once in a while, you find something new!

To Buy Or Rent : 2/10
BOTH are bad ideas! This is a REALLY old game and it wouldn't be worth it to buy OR rent this game cause it is so old.... You could buy this game IF you are a game collector or something...

Final Rating : 5.3/10
Not THE best game in the world, BUT not THE worst game in the world. It's...okay..... In my opinion, it's pretty good for a 20 year old game.......
