"The only Kirby game I can really enjoy."

I'm not too sure where I found Kirby's Pinball Land. Probably just at some ROM site on the Internet. But I'm glad I did find it. I personally like pinball games. Don't know exactly what makes them so appealing; is it the easy controls, the addicting gameplay, or the overall mix of challenge and simplicity? I don't know but I sure do love them ^_^ But I never really took to any of the Kirby games. I have a whole bunch of them but for some reason those types of games never seem to be as much fun as others. But Kirby's Pinball Land is much different and after beating it, it kind of makes me want to play the other Kirby games a little more.

Gameplay: 10/10

I don't think that the standard pinball controls for a video game will ever be hard. Left and down are for the left flipper and A is for the right flipper. Now if you're into cheating with the ''TILT'' functions, those are also easy to use. The up and B buttons tilt left and right respectively.

Of course, controls aren't what give gameplay a 10. All pinball games have those simple controls. What makes me give it a 10 is the amount of stuff to do. There are bombs to burst, eggs to crack, mean little guys to destroy, and lots of fun in between. I couldn't start to describe the amount of stuff Kirby has to do and you'll see what I mean if you get this game.

Story: 5/10

I didn't really see a strong storyline in this game. Nope, just beat the bad guy and save the little Kirby-land and then do it again. But it definitely works for the game because however weak the story might seem, you'll still want to beat that bad guy ^_~

Sound: 9/10

For Gameboy boops and beeps, the music is actually pretty catchy and fits the scenarios well. It's all light and happy music to suit the ever-playful Kirby-land. And the sound effects are also quite good. Not much else to say here.

Graphics: 10/10

For a Gameboy game, the graphics are very vivid and quite nice. I can't really say there was a time when I didn't know what something was supposed to look like and Kirby didn't look like a pixilated circle so meh. It gets a 10.

Replayable?: Yes!

I would say that this game is very good for killing time with. You wouldn't get bored with it because it's always fun and easy to play and yet still a challenge to beat all in one sitting. I'd say you could beat this game a hundred times over and still love it.

Overall: 8.5/10

If you can find this game for the Gameboy, buy it. If you can only find it online, download it. Just get it! It is not only a great game, it's one that if you don't play, you'll be sorry you missed it.

I give it two thumbs up (b^_^)b
