"What happens when Kirby meets pong?"

Okay, this is my first game review so it might not be that good.
This game can only be described 1 Way: AWESOME. This game is very simple. The aim in rounds 1-3 is destroy Most of the blocks on screen. In round 4 you must beat a mini boss, and in round 5 you must tackle the true boss. Plus, this game has 10 Levels to offer.

Graphics: 9/10. This game is detailed in almost everything! For example, the look of pain on the enemy's face when Kirby hits it, the Bits of Block flying everywhere when and ability block hits it and the bomb explosions when you delete a file. But the best part is when you score a goal on Air Hockey, Kirby Flips with his hand up, the opponent's eyes do something odd which I Think is very funny and the word GOAL, which is written in the opponents goal, lights up and flashes. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 10 was the fact that the enemies walk in midair, which is very weird.

Sound: 10/10. Whoa! This music is some of the best you can find on the Gameboy. I think all the songs are new but I haven't had all the Kirby games so i don't know, its a shame that there's no old music. Still, all the songs are very catchy especially the first few levels and the bonus games. Plus, in bonus games, the music goes faster if there's less time. Also, the sound effects are really cool. When you get a Spark ability, then electricity sounds come on, when you get a Fire ability, then flame sounds come on and when you get Stone ability, yup, you guessed it, Stone sounds come on. looks like an easy 10 has been scored.

Gameplay: 10/10. Easily the best of all the elements of this review. Gameplay for Kirby's Block Ball is very simple. Some of its mentioned at the start of tis review. In Rounds 1-3 you must bounce kirby (using the paddle) into all destroyable blocks. Not all blocks can be destroyed, there are some which require abilities (Spark, Stone, Needle and Fire) to be destroyed and some which can only be destroyed by bombs (items obtainable by defeating enemies). Also, each block is different, grey blocks need 1 hit to destroy, white need 2, Big blocks get turned into smaller blocks when hit, the list goes on... in Round 4 you must collect star blocks and defeat a mini boss which usually takes 4 hits to die. In round 5 you fight the true boss which takes 10 hits to die but has each of their own attacks to avoid getting hit. Its very addictive.

Replay Value: 8/10
You know i said there was 10 levels? well theres an extra one gotten by getting a certain score on each level after beating level 10. however this is the only reason to play through again.
