"Captian Syrup must pay!!!!"

I just love this game!!! It has just about everything you want in a platform Game Boy game, battery save, great graphics and lots and lots of game play!! I liked the first Wario Land game, but this one just blows the first one out of the water in every way.

Story: 9/10
Well the story starts with our evil hero Wario sleeping like a baby in his castle. Then you see Captian Syrup and her little punks rob Wario of all his gold, and even his beloved pet chicken!! Wario wakes up in his castle to discover what had just whent down, and is not happy. So he must go on another quest after Captian Syrup to get his gold back.

Game play: 10/10
Not one thing hard about the controls in this game at all. It's just you usall Wario/Mario game play, but that isn't even close to a bad thing.


Graphics 9/10
Some of the best graphics I have ever seen on the old Game Boy. Sometimes the graphics looked almost 16-bit. But there was a little slow down in the game when you had about 3 bad guys on the screen at once with you. The Bosses in this game were great to look, even when they were trying to kill Wario.

Replay: 9/10
The replay on this game has to be very high because of all the gold you can lose on the first quest. Plus it's just a fun game.

Over all: 9/10
If you haven't tried out this game yet, go to your local video game store zand see if you can get it, it's worth every cent!!


Final Thought:
One of the best Game Boy B&W games I've ever played. Good to see Wario get a a second game in hiss spin-off series from Super Mario Land. What's next for Wario?!?! Wario Donkey Kong.....nah!! :)
