Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan

"Short and not so sweet..."

Well this was the first part of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series for the good old game boy B&W, and it could have been much better tp say the very least. This game could have been something great, but it just became a dime a douzen pice of turd Game Boy side scroller. And just to let you know, I'm a huge fan of the TMNT and I still think this game is sub-par.

Story: 5/10
As in almost evry other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game those evil dudes Krang and Shredder have taken April and are trying to take over the world. And it's your job as one of the Ninja Turtles to stp them and save April. I gave the story such a low score because we've seen this story in the Turtles games so many time it makes my want to puke.

Graphics: 7/10
The graphics in this game are very flashy and blinky in this game, and all the slow down didn't help the score much either. I only gave the graphics in this game a seven is because the version of Shredder in this game was done very well, but Krang looked like a drawing I would have done when I was four.

Game play: 8/10
The same old game play as any other TMNT game, but I'm not saying that's a bad thing. All around good game play, but when you go for a long jump and one of those stupid blocks falls on your head in mid-air can really make you mad.

Music and sound: 7/10
The music in this game is okay, but could have been better durring the slow down of the game, and the boss music was sort of lame. The sound of the weapons is the same as in all the other turtles game.

Replay: 3/10
This is where the game really lacks, because after you have beet this game once, you've beet it every way you can. The only thing that could bring you back is if you would want to find all of the bonus levels in the game.

Over all: 6/10
This game has only about a good 45 mins. of play and then you've beet the game. And after you play this game you'll think the ending wasn't even worth the 45 mins. But if you want to play this game, see if any of your friends has a copy first. But if you're a huge TMNT fan like me give it a buy.
