The second of only two fighting games on the system, Fighter's Megamix
presented the Game.com with a peculiar problem: how to do a 3D game in 2D?
Despite some rather obvious setbacks (say...color and polygons for example)
Tiger set out to cram as much as they could into the miniature cartridge.
While it's not exactly the greatest portable fighting game, it does have
some impressive graphical features and visual tricks to give the illusion of
a 3D arena. However, what the game got in looks, it lost in game play.
Pretty much *every* special or 'above normal' moves that they had are gone.
Yeah, you read that right. I'll leave you to ponder that while we move on
to the guide.

That said, there's not much to be documented in the game. I've started to
Try and make comparisons to the Saturn version, in the hopes that I could
find a link to show that yes, there were more moves included. So far those
attempts have failed.
If there is a way to do them, I will of course include them. For now though,

Call it a Dream Match. Call it a Vs. series. Whatever it is, it's a made up
Universe in which the characters from Fighting Vipers take on the guys and
Gals from Virtua Fighter. Each round will be the best of 3 fights. There
are several different tiers in the tournament, and finishing each one will
allow you to unlock a specific hidden character.

Fighters Megamix takes stages from 3 games in the series, and mixes them
in the tournament. Unlike the original version, the GC port will toss fences
onto non-fence stages (i.e. all the VF ones). In versus, you will have the
option have having the fence or not.

1. Gee, thanks guys.
The manual doesn't list any of the special moves that the character can
perform yet it makes it sounds like there's a ton of them. In reality,
only one, if maybe two extra moves for each character. Trying to perform
them on the GC pad is NOT for the impatient.
2. They Float!
There are no death animation frames for the characters. If you strike them
In the air as a final blow, they'll just stand *in air* for a second, then
appear flat on the ground. It's like playing MKT all over again!
3. Mi kicku es su kicku.
The computer has this terrible inability to avoid low kicks. If you jump
Into them with a kick, then crouch and kick, you'll nail them 90% of the
Time. Two punches into a high kick also work well.
4. Where the river flows.
Many of the stages suffer from a 'rolling floor'. If you press against the
Wall, and keep pressing, only the floor moves, giving the illusion that
It looks like a river.
