Intro:
I have 4 games for the Game*Com right now and am very familiar with handheld games. I have owned or still own most of the popular handheld games from way back. I am just saying this to tell you I have experience with handheld games. OK, lets start this review.

**I graded it on 4 topics: SOUND/GRAPHICS/CONTROL/PLOT**

(1)- Sound - (8/10)
Since most users know that the Game*Com usually doesn't have Sound and Music, this game does. The Music isn't too great, but it is enough to keep you into the game. Now the Sound FX are great. More than you would expect from DN3D. The guns blast, the feet stomp, the doors open, and the monsters cry as they die! You even hear some of Duke's catch phrases, like: ''Damn, I'm Good!''

(2)- Graphics - (7/10)
Nothing bad about the graphics in this game. The walls look like walls and the floors look like floors. The monsters even look like they came out of the PC game. The only problem is the Doors and items on the floor. They some times don't come out clear enough to see and the fact that things on the side: like in LA Meltdown. In the first level there is a hydrant there that gets in your way. Other than that and the color thing, the graphics are great.

(3)- Control - (8/10)
The control in this game isn't to hard to understand. It's quite simple, really. Left is Left, Right is Right, Up is Foward, and Down is Backward. The only problem is the fact that you cant turn at all. Left and Right move you left and right, but you keep looking foward. And the buttons are pretty wierd too. You got a Shoot Left and a Shoot Right button including the normal shoot button. This is probably to make up for the turning problem.

(4)- Plot - (9/10)
Not much to say about this plot but it's the same great plot from the PC version. All or most of the levels' names are from the PC version. The only obvious diffenrence is the way the levels look.

This game is a great game and a MUST HAVE for Game*Com users everywhere. -Matt AKA GameFreak00
