The Terminator

"Did you just say, Terminator? AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!"

Well, i suppose you've all heard of the movie Terminator. You know, it's the one staring Arnold Schwartzneggar. The one where this guy goes back in time to save Sarah from being killed... Oh, just forget it, i'm sure you'll remember it eventually. As you've already read, the game's name is Terminator, therefore it takes after the movie. ''Great''! You say, ''If it was a great movie the game HAS to be good.'' Well, you're wrong. In the movie, it a guy trying to stop machine from killing a chick. In the game, it's a guy trying to get through about ten thousand other guys. Let's just say, if didn't know the name of the game you wouldn't even think of it being Terminator.

The style of the game is 2D as in most early games, where the only directions you can move are right and left. It is sought of a platform game, but more killing people than actually moving around. You are equiped with nothing but grenades. When you throw a grenade it blows up when it come into contact with something, or someone. A grenade explosion is all it takes to kill a guy.

GRAPHICS: 7/10

The graphics are OK as far as the Gamegear goes. Nothing special, nothing terribly bad. Very basic grenade explosions, and if a guy dies he just dissapears into thin air.

AUDIO: 6/10

The audios are pretty crap. Once again, very basic explosions, just like a little pff, if you actually pronounce that. Crappy music as usual in a portable system. The music isn't catchy, and you really don't notice it much.

CHALLENGE: IMPOSSIBLE!/10

This game is TOO @#$*&^$#!@ HARD! I can't even get past the first level, after a year! You start the game on the first level(DUH!), and you're at the beggining. You take a few steps forward, and then, an infinite amount of guards start running at you from nowhere! It truly sucks. The bad guys come at you at phenomonal speeds, firing their guns, and often kill you. The way to get killed is by being shot by a bad guy, who just plain and simply runs at you while shooting. It is near impossible to get anywhere, seeing as when you kill a guy another one comes the next second. This is one of the worst games i've seen.

GAMEPLAY: 0/10

No gameplay what so ever. There is no fun in being killed now is there? This game sucks beyond compare. There is no way you are ever going to enjoy this game.

STORY: 2/10

hmmm...story, what story? The story, get to the end of the game. Yeah, that's it.

REPLAY VALUE: 0/10

I really wouldn't know. I played the game for a few seconds and then put it down, never wanting to play it again.

OVERALL: 1/10

What a bad game. This game really, really sucks. It's amazing what kind of games people, yes people, actual sit down and make. Don't play this game, don't even look at this game. It will only bring you anger and fustration.
