02.1 About the Game ABTG

This game is about, well, three Vikings who are .... lost (in more ways than
one!). It is an old classic that has been on most of the older consoles and
even made it on to the PC.
You get to control three quite different characters on their journey to get
back home from where they have been kidnapped. They are: Erik the Swift (with
a super solid helmet), Olaf the Stout (they do mean stout!) and Baleog the
Fierce (they meant show-off surely).
It is mainly a puzzle solving game, where you have to utilize the skills of
each of the characters to ensure that they all make it to the exit of each
level, usually with some quite amusing dialogue following.

Walkthrough section explained

The walkthrough is designed to take you through each level in terms of what
each character is supposed to do to ensure they all make it to the exit.
When you see a character underlined in the walkthrough it means you should
switch to the character, then the "you" being mentioned in the walkthrough
is the character you are currently using.
Search strings

This guide has quite a few keywords which you can use to find what you are
looking for more easily. As mentioned in the table of contents you can easily
get to any section there by using the keyword that is on the right of the
table to get to a particular section.
You can also search for a particular level by searching for LVL# where # is
the number of the level you are looking for. However since the game does not
tell you what level you are currently on, this might be a little hard for you
to remember, so I have included the save % that that level is recorded as

Before we move on to the characters, lets get aquainted with the controls
first.
D-Pad (Directional Pad)

Used to control movement. Left and right are used to go left and right, while
up and down are used to climb up and down ladders and to move elevators.
A Button

04.2 Inventory Screen INVS

To access the inventory screen, simply press select. You will see the potrait
of each of the characters with a 4 space inventory next to each character.
The yellow box is over the currently selected item. To select an item for use
just use the D-Pad to move the yellow box over it and then press select again
to exit the inventory screen. You can use the selected item by pressing R+B.
To transfer items between characters, the characters must first be next to
each other. Bring up the inventory screen, then move the yellow box over
the item you want to transfer. Press A and move it to an empty space in the
inventory of the character you want to give it to (I'd avoid giving steak to
Olaf, I think he is stout enough already don't you?)
To get rid of an item in your inventory, bring up the inventory screen,
select the item by using the A button, then move it to the trash can and
press A again.

Erik the Swift
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
"My name is Erik the Swift. I can run like the wind and leap tall huts in a
single bound."
The leader of the group, he gets his title from how fast he can run, he
practically flys across the screen compared to the other characters. He also
does all the thinking for the group and he uses his head alot!
Abilities:
A Button - Jumps into the air. *Tip*: Use Olaf as a platform to be able to
jump into higher places than he can normally jump.
B Button - When he is running fast enough, hold B down and he will charge
which can break some walls, and can be used to attack monsters.
He gets a wee bit dizzy after smacking stuff head-on though :)
Olaf the Stout
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
"I am Olaf the Stout. I can block anything with my shield."
Olaf provides quite a bit of the comedy in the game, he is a big smart alec
(and a bit silly at the same time) and never misses an opportunity to knock
his fellow vikings. His shield is massive and can be quite useful. Olaf can
glide gracefully (well as gracefully as someone of his stature can anyway)
across the air using his shield as well as block damage from anything shot at
him and can stop most monsters against it.
Abilities:
A or B Button - Switch shield position from up to forward and vice-versa.
*Tip*: If the shield is in the up position when Olaf steps
off a platform he will glide through the air.
Baleog the Fierce
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
"I am Baleog the Fierce. I am the toughest fighter in the land. No one can
defeat me."
Baleog is the fighter in the group, with his sword and bow he cuts down the
monsters that can be found throughout the game. He thinks quite well of
himself but that's ok, he IS a viking after all :)
Abilities:
A Button - Swings his (somewhat puny looking) sword. Used to make monsters go
poof!
B Button - Shoots arrows from his bow. *Tip*: Can be used to hit buttons,
even through electric barriers.

06.1 Introductory Story INTS

At the beginning you get to see the three vikings at home with their wives
and children, explaining who they are and what makes them famous in the area.
They embark on a hunting trip, where you can see Olaf use his oversized
shield, Baleog use his sword and bow, and Erik showing how fast he can
scamper about.
Keep watching to see them demonstrate some of their useful skills! Olaf also
gets hurt a little on the way... be wary of nearby monsters when switching
shield position.
After their little expedition, they return home to thier families, where Erik
expresses his contentment with his life and hopes to never leave the village.
Later that night, when the vikings are soundly asleep (though their wives and
children probably aren't due to the snores), a huge space ship flies over the
village, sucking each viking out of their home, with hillarious expressions
of startlement.
Which brings us to Level 1....

The three Vikings get up with no idea where they are, and more importantly
with no idea how to get out and get back home. Guess that big green sign that
says EXIT would be a step in the right direction eh?
Level 1 (00%) LVL1

Erik: "Uh Guys? I have a bad feeling about this ..."
You get control of Erik first, so lets start off with him.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Jump over the electricity grid to the right and get the tomato that is almost
directly over the tip box. If you land near the box or walk next to it a tip
will pop up telling you how to read further boxes (A+R).
Climb up the ladder and move all the way to the right. Erik will tell you
that you cannot leave without the other guys, so lets switch to Olaf using L.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Wait until the lazer fires, then jump down as the shot wizzes past. Move to
the right until you are on top of the ladder, and then wait until a lazer
shot hits the shield before climbing down the ladder (you don't want his big
but to get hit do you?). Then walk all the way to the right to join the
fearless leader at the exit. Hit L to switch to Baleog.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Walk to the left and take out the monster, either using the bow (B) or sword
(A). Climb down the ladder and walk to the right to get to the exit.
Baleog: "What are we doing here?"
Olaf: "I dunno."
Erik: "Will you guys just shut up and follow me!"
Level 2 (03%) LVL2
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
You start off with control of Erik, switch to Baleog first since there are
some monsters in the way. (For more fun, charge into them with Erik!)
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Walk to the right past two sets of doors until you see a monster. Kill it
with your weapon of choice :) Now go up the ladder that should be close by
and kill the monster at the top (RIP!). Push the push-button using R+A and
collect the bombs. Go back down the ladder and all the way to the right and
grab the turnip. Wait on the elevator for the others.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Move his stout ass all the way to the right and join Baleog on the Elevator.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Jump to get the tomato, then go right through the first door and climb the
ladder. Hit the push-button to turn off the electricity, then grab the
tomato and talk to the shiny red dude (if you want to) who will tell you that
you need to blow up the computer to get off the ship. Now get back down the
ladder and join the other guys on the elevator and press down to get it
moving (charging into the nearby wall to get on the elevator is fun!). It
will stop at a double wall of electricity, you can try charging through that
if you want but I don't advise it :) Move the elevator down again by pressing
down. Now switch to Baleog.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Ready? Aim, Fire! Shoot that bow in the direction of the push-button (the
left) to trigger it and turn off the near-by wall of electricity. Now get
ready to use a bomb, make sure it is selected (It will show a bomb near the
health points down the bottom if it is) and walk to the left until you see
a computer. Stand where the computer is and hit R+B to activate the bomb.
Now bolt to the right so you don't get hit by the blast (a few steps is
enough really but bolting is fun isn't it? :P) The shiny red dude close by
will tell you security is out to get you and you'll need to work as a team.
Anyway, walk back to the elevator, and press up to move it to the floor that
was previously blocked off by a double wall of electricty.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Move to the left, go down the ladder (you can glide off the platform if you
want) and go left till you see a switch. Trigger it and move to the left
where the air current is going through. Land on the left platform and keep
going left until you see a monster.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Go left and up the air current until you reach the monster that Olaf is
keeping at bay. Whack it with sword or shoot with bow, your choice :) Switch
back to the Stout one.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Move to the left until you see a ladder with a lazer shooting in your
direction close by. Move closer to the lazer so that the other characters can
safely climb down the ladder.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Go left, up the current, to the left where Olaf is waiting, then move down
the ladder and climb down until you are away from the lazer at the top.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Go join Erik on the ladder.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Being careful not to get hit, move down the ladder when it is safe to move
(usually just after the lazer hits the shield) and climb all the way down
the ladder, make sure you get off facing the left so that you block the lazer
fire.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Climb down the ladder, walk to the right until you see another ladder, then
climb down it until you are clear from the top floor. Once again do not go
all the way down. Switch to Erik.
Erik

Join Baleog on the ladder.
Olaf

Walk to the right (turning to the left when the lazer shoots your way) and
climb down the ladder, making sure you are facing the right when you reach

There is an elevator just to the right of where you start, get everyone on it
and move down.

Move to the left wall, then run and charge at the grey wall to the right.
When your skull stops ringing, climb up the ladder on the right and move next
to the electric wall. There is a secret area if you jump off to the left, you
can find a bomb in the wall there.

Go to where Erik is waiting and shoot the push-button on the other side of
the electric wall. Walk over to the right and into the gold teleporter. Press
R+A to activate it.

Go and join Baleog, using the teleporter.

Go to where Erik and Baleog are waiting, and switch the shield into the up
position using either B or A. Walk off the platform to the left and glide
down to the left where there is a small platform with a red key. Get the key
and glide down to the bottom. Talk to the shiny red dude on the right to get
some more of the story, seems that the vikings have been collected as part
of a collection. Walk into the teleporter to the right and activate it. Use
the red key in the red keyhole (duh!) to open the barrier blocking the left
pathway. Walk to the left until you reach an electric wall.

Walk to the left to where Olaf is waiting and shoot the push-button.

Run past Olaf and Baleog and bash down the grey wall in the way. Move to the
left and wait on the elevator.

Get on the elevator and move it down (after whacking Baleog on the head with
your shield for being an idiot). Move to the right until you see some
platforms overhead and set the shield into the up position near the edge of
the lower one.

Move to the right, jump on Olaf's shield and jump up onto the platform close
by. Now jump to the platform which is to the upper-left and then quickly jump
up to the top-left platform to avoid shots fired from the patroling robot on
the other platfrom and get the yellow key. Grab the exploder on the top-right
platform. Then jump down to the left platform and then to the floor. Walk to
the right and open the gate with the yellow key. Give the exploder to Olaf.

Walk to the right, until you can see all of the patrolling robots. Use the
exploder to get rid of them :) Move to the right, up the ladder and left to
reach the exit.

Climb down the nearby right ladder and kill the two monsters nearby with your
sword. Grab the tomato from the left corner, then go to the right ladder and
climb it to the top. Walk to the right and wait on the elevator.

edge of the rotating shredder.

and then jump across the gap again collecting the key. Go halfway up the

There is an exploder in a secret area near here. Just climb up the ladder and
jump to the left into the wall where you will find it.

Move across the first part of the rising air current to the right where there
is no current and put the shield in the up position.

Move across to where Olaf is and jump up onto his shield and jump to get the
gravity boots. Give the boots to Olaf.

Select and use the boots. Now set the shield back to facing forward and move
to the right until you reach a robot.

Switch to Baleog and shoot then as the arrow is moving switch to Olaf, the
robot next to him will die. Rinse and repeat until all of them are dead, then
move Olaf to the push-button at the end of that long air-current section to
the right and move everyone to the exit (looks like a galaxy).

even knew how to paint exit signs back in those days ...

Run to the right, past the wooden ladder and jump across the water to the
right side. If you jump correctly you will land at the top of a hidden
section where you can drop down to the right and get the exploder. Now jump
back on to that little entrance to the secret and wait until you can see all
the monsters above. Use the exploder to kill them all.
Grab the yellow key, jump back across the water and climb up the wooden
ladder. Run to the right and jump across the gap to get the turnip on the
other side. Now fall down and jump over the water to the left and get the red
key on the other side. Jump back across to the right and wait near the wall
there. Jump as high as you can there and move to the right at the peak of
your jump to get into another secret area, where there is a shield waiting.
Grab it and fall back down.

Climb up the ladder next to the entrance all the way to the top (pick up the
tomato and turnip on the left side as you are climbing if you want). Now set
your shield to the up position. Step off the ledge and glide straight down
until you get past the first platform with fire on it, then glide to the
right until you hit the wall. Land and get the tomato. Step off the ledge to
the left and after you glide down a little bit, glide to the left a bit to
avoid the burning platform below and glide down to the floor.
Grab the blue key, and open the door blocking the path of Baleog and Erik.
Climb down the ladder and walk to the right until you see a dinosaur, after
you see it let it chase you until you reach flat ground then turn around and
face it (otherwise you may get hit).

Go to where Olaf is besieged and hurt that dinosaur!
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Move to the right until you see a caveman rolling about, trap him close to
the lava pit on the right to make things a bit easier.

Go and shoot the Caveman Olaf is keeping at bay. Take in mind that he can
only be hurt when he is not spinning. Also make sure to stay behind Olaf at
all times. If it is too hard to shoot, just move Olaf forward to block the
caveman further to the right.

Move to the left and climb up the ladder there, then walk to the right and
block off the mouth shooting fireballs.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Go to where Olaf is and jump on the head of the statue that is shooting
fireballs. Walk to the right through a secret passage and pick up meat and
a fire arrow. Wait there.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Back up to the ladder, being careful about the fireballs, climb down and go
right until you reach a red keyhole. Open it with the red key. Go to the
right and climb up the ladder there and block the dinosaur to the left side.

Pick up the fire-arrow from Erik and go up to where Olaf is and then use the
fire arrow as an item (nothing direct will happen). Shoot your bow to kill
the dinosaur in one hit! The arrows will stay like that for the rest of the
level and can kill the cavemen even if they are rolling :)

Move to the small hill that should be a little to the left of the ladder and
set your shield in the up position.

Go up to where Olaf is and jump on his shield and then across to the left on
the platform there. Go back down and give Olaf the key.

Set your shield facing forward again and open the blocked door with the
yellow key. Move to the left a bit to keep Baleog safe.

Shoot that caveman! Now climb upstairs and shoot the snail that is at the
left end when its back is turned to kill it (fire arrows are nice aren't
they? :) ) Now go up the ladder and either wait until it is clear and climb
up it and shoot the caveman and the dinosaur, or get Olaf to block them to
the right first if you don't feel up to the danger. Walk to the right and
wait until the snail has its back turned (stay out of range of its spit)
before shooting it.

There is a shield at the far left of the platform they are currently on but
you probably don't need it if Baleog has cleared the way. Go and join Baleog
at the exit.

Run all the way to the right and bash the wall there for a big meat. Now walk
over to the small hill to the left and jump up onto the platform that is to
the right. Walk over to the ladder on your right (being careful of fire from
the snail to the left). Climb up the ladder and wait near the top. Once the
caveman rolls away to the right climb up onto that platform and then jump to
the left on a platform that has a wooden ladder. Climb up that ladder and
once again wait near the top for the caveman to roll to the right.
Once he is gone climb up and jump from the left side of the platform to
another platform that has an exploder. Drop down to the platform on the left
and then jump from the green left edge onto another platform in the upper
left with an old caveman standing on it (he won't bite ... I think). Pick
up the meat there and he'll tell you how to get out of here.
Lets go open that bridge shall we? Walk over the edge to the right with the
old man on it and run off the right edge of the platform you landed on (don't
jump) and you should land on the platform with the last ladder you climbed.
Jump to from the right edge of the platform to land on another platform above
the rolling caveman below. Pick up the tomato while you are there.
Now jump from the right edge again to land on a platform with a ladder going
up and one leading down. Go to the right of this platform where you will see
a waterfall and a closed bridge. Get a good run-up before you jump to the
right and land on the top of the closed bridge (may take some practice).
Jump to the right and land on the platform there. Climb up the ladder and get
the blue key. (You can jump across to the left and get a shield if you wish)
Go back down the ladder and drop off to the left of the platform. Open the
bridge with the blue key.

Geez, Erik got most of the fun this level didn't he? Anyway, move to the
right, past the first ladder and climb up near the top of the second one.
Block the snail to the right.

Walk off the platform to the right and climb up the ladder you see on the
platform you landed on once again not all the way just close to the top so

Go and kill the caveman Olaf is holding at bay. Climb up the ladder that is
near the right edge of the platform and walk alll the way to the right off
the edge onto a small platform below.

left side of the platform below. Now step off the platform to the left and
block the caveman as far left as possible.

right, walk off the platform you are on to the left and then walk to the exit
on the right.

the path and wait for the snail to get out of the way. Block it to either the

Yep go kill the giant snail, try not to get too much sludge on yourself eh?
Move to the right of the platform until you cannot go any further. Shoot
twice to the right and a chunk of rock should come out of the ceiling and
fall below to make part of the lava pit passable. Shoot the other chunk so
that you can all happily cross the lava pit.

Climb down the ladder and walk to the right until you see the blue dinosaur.
Make sure you block to the right on higher (or even) ground than the dinosaur
or it may hurt you.

Go and save Olaf again, you might have to whip out your sword this time if
the dinosaur is on lower ground. It might be better to back Olaf up to more
even ground before killing it.

Wipe the blue blood off your shield, move all the way to the right and climb
up the ladder. Go to the right of the platform and climb almost to the top of
the ladder. Wait for a fireball to shoot past and then climb up all the way
and block to the left. Advance to the left until you are right next to the
statue shooting fireballs.

Go to where Olaf is waiting (down ladder, all right, up ladder, right up
ladder) and jump to get the tomato. Now run to the right and bash the wall
there.

right. Walk across the bridge and off the edge to the right. Walk off the
platform to the left and keep pressing left to land in a secret area with
some meat inside.

Cautiously back off to the right and go across the brige and off the right
edge. Walk to the left and land on top of the ladder below. Climb down the

caveman what steel is! Walk left until you reach another lava pit and shoot

go too high, so that they can take you up with them. Hop on one just as it
clears the lava pit below. Wait until you are just above the first landing to
the left and then get off to the right. Walk to the right until you are right
next to the breakable wall.

Go down (left, down right, down left, down right right, pit) and up on a
bubble to get where Olaf is waiting for you. Now Charrgee! Break that wall
down!

Go down the ladder slightly to the right and open the door using the yellow
key. Jump across the spikes below (to the right) and get the blue key. Jump

the edge until a bubble comes along. Get on the bubble and get off to the
right on the next landing up. Climb down the first ladder to the right and
wait to open the door.

Retreat to the right, and hop on the first bubble that comes up (you can
glide down to the next one coming if you just missed one). Get off at the
first landing to the right and go down the second ladder, stand near the
door and make sure your shield is down and you are facing the right.

Go and join Olaf, except you should stay on the left wall to avoid getting
hit when Olaf gets pushed back.

Open the Blue Door using the blue key, climb down the ladder to the right and

dash across to get the Exploder and move back left before you get trapped.
You can easily kill the caveman upstairs with it if you can be bothered

Go to the right and up the ladder with Olaf, and try to block the dinosaur to
the right side so Baleog can just pick off the snail. If that doesn't work
out just block the dinosaur to the left and kill it and then block the right
and kill the snail.

Walk to the left, climb up the ladder and block to the right (just stay close
to the ladder or you will probably get hurt).

Go up to where Olaf is and kill off the two Red dinosaurs. Grab the shield on
the left while you are there. Go to the right of the platform to grab a
tomato. Go back to the left, down the ladder, and keep going right until you
reach the edge.
This part is fairly tricky so pay attention. When you see a bubble near the
edge, move to the right over the edge and on to the bubble. Wait until that
bubble is about to burst. Now, if you see another bubble to the right and
below you, get off to the right and land on it. Otherwise stay where you are
to land on the bubble that is coming from below. Repeat for the other 5
bubbles you have to move across. On the 6th bubble across, when it reaches
its peak, move off to the right and keep pressing right to land on the land
below. Phew. Now go up the ladder and wait for the others.

Instead of going through all the pain that Baleog and Erik have to go through
to get across the acid pit, you get to glide most of the way. Set your shield
in the up position, and walk across the right edge and glide across, try and
land on a bubble near the middle of the pit, and wait till it reaches its
peak before gliding the rest of the way over. Now go up the ladder to the
right and leave your shield in the up position. Move slightly to the left so
that Erik can jump up to the platform above.

Join Olaf and Baleog on the other side of the pit, going the same way that
Baleog did. Just be patient and do not jump until you are sure you can reach
the other side. Once you reach the other side, go up the ladder, jump up onto
Olafs shield and then jump up to the platform above. Go across to the right
and get the red key. Go back and give the red key to Olaf.

Set your shield to the forward position, and move next to the door and open
it using the red key.

Go to the freed prisioner and she'll talk a bit and will stop those nasty
fireballs that are raining down a bit to the right. There is a small meat in
the top-right corner if you can be bothered getting it (cavemen in the way).
Jump to the right, climb down the ladder, run right to the lava pit and jump
across to the other side. Drain the lava by using the key in the key hole.
Go down the now empty pit, go to the left, climb all the way down the ladder
and wait there.

Go left, up the ladder and to the right, step off the edge to get where Erik
is waiting and climb all the way to the bottom of the ladder. Wait there for
Baleog.

Go the same way Olaf and Erik went, except on the ladder they are waiting on
the bottom of there is a secret to the left, where you can see two cavemen
rolling. Sit in the hidden part and shoot them full of arrows and grab the
big meat waiting for you.
Move to the right, walk down the ladder, and wait for the caveman to move to
the right. Now fall down to the left and turn around and hit him with your
sword when he is right next to you. He will rebound the other way. When the
caveman starts walking instead of rolling hit it to damage it.
Walk to the right and grab the turnip (which you'll probably need by now)
then go to the left and wait for a bubble to come up, get on and get off to
the left at the top.

Go off the platform to the left, go across and wait for a bubble. Get off to
the left at the top and put your shield in the up position. Walk left to the
large stone that is in the way. Now push it to the left, being careful of
fireballs falling from above (stop pushing when one falls down). Move back
near the centre of the falling fireballs and wait.

Dash across the falling fireballs and take a short reprieve under Olaf's
shield. Make the rest of the dash to the other side down the ladder and all
the way to the left to the exit.

and lets not forget places that are easy to get trapped in, I'm sure our
vikings will have a GREAT time. Well ... once they get out of this hell-hole
anyway!

Too bad Erik's head didn't explode earlier, you might need those boots for
this level, you have quite a bit of hiking to do before the others come after
you.
Go left down the slope and sit there and scratch your head trying to figure
out how to cross the quicksand. Then realise you can climb trees and get to
climbing the tree that is on your side of the pool of quicksand. Now shoot an
arrow across to the coconut tree on the other side. Shoot again and a coconut
will fall into the quicksand giving you a way to get across. You can just
walk off the tree to the right and you will be able to cross the quicksand if
you keep pressing right. If you do not feel confident enough, shoot down the
other coconut to make it easier.
Walk off the tree to the right, and close in on that scorpion. The trick to
beating it is to stay fairly close to it and hit it with your sword - if you
are close enough (and not too close) you shouldn't get hit by any of the
stings it shoots. On the third tree to the right there is a turnip at the top
if you need it.
Walk to the right until you reach another pool of quicksand. Climb the tree
and shoot the coconuts on the tree to the right. Cross to the right by
dropping off the right edge of the tree you are on to land on the other side
of the pool of quicksand. Climb up the tree there and shoot the coconuts on
the tree to the right. Drop off to the right and land on the other side,
killing the scorpion there. Climb the tree to the right and drop off the
right edge to land on the wall and get the meat if you need it.
Cool your heels a bit and wait for the others to catch up now.
Erik

Go the same way Baleog did, picking up the goodies he couldn't reach along
the way - the bomb, the red key and a tomato. Give the key to Baleog.
Olaf
ŻŻŻŻ
Go to where Erik and Baleog are waiting for you and guard the blocked door
that is about to be opened.
Baleog
ŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Open the door and start shooting, even with that shield Olaf can easily get
hit by those egyptians.

ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
Go to the right, and climb up the ladder. Now Olaf should get up and try and
block the egyptians to the right, and Baleog should quickly follow and shoot
them dead. Now get Baleog and Olaf back down the ladder (after picking up the
tomato to the right if you need it).

Set your shield in the up position and move to the place where the block
upstairs will fall if it is moved.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Drop the block onto Olaf's shield, it is ok he won't get squashed, just try
and topple it straight after the flame hits the block. Then quickly go down
onto the block. Now just after the statue fires, jump up and get the yellow
key, then go back down to the block. Wait till the statue fires past you
again, then jump to the right side and quickly climb down the ladder there.
Now go to the right and open the blockade by using the yellow key. Go to the
exit.

Back off to the right, being sure to block the fireballs to shoot out. When

the Egyptians to the right. (Note: They may still hit you so take them out
quick with Baleog)

Take out the Egyptians before they do too much damage.

Walk all the way to the right and trigger the push-button there. Walk off the
left edge and fall to the area below.

Walk left until you see the Egyptian, then walk back right until you get to a
part of the passage that is blocked entirely by your shield.

Shoot the Egyptian!

Run to the left, jump over the first set of spikes and wait.

Go to the left where the first set of spikes are, and shoot to the left.

Jump over the second set of spikes since the way is now clear. Flip the
switch so the others can get across.

Join Erik on the other side of the spikes, going one at a time.

Climb down the ladder to the left (not all the way down) and try and go into
the wall on the right (where you can see a small tunnel) to reach a secret
area. Walk forward until you reach the end of the narrow part of the passage
and block the Egyptian there.

Get out your bow and arrow and go and kill that egyptian.

Join Olaf & Baleog in the secret passage and run all the way to right,
charging down the wall there. Now walk right to reach the exit.

Switch shield to the up position, go off the platform to the left side and
float down and then drift to the right to the tiny platform there. Flip the
switch and step off to the left and float to the bottom.
Now walk to the left (grabbing the turnip on the way) and you will see the
left edge. Wait until you see two drops of acid dropping to the left. You
have to float down without them touching you, so wait until the one that is
closest to you drops by, then step off to the left and float down. When the
drop above you gets close and the left side is clear drift to the left to
avoid getting zapped. Once you reach the bottom get over to the right past
the acid drops and wait there.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Jump to the right and push the button there. Now go right and flip the switch
there to get the elevator moving. Get on the elevator and let it take you up
to the top and jump off to the left.
There are a few falling blocks here that fall from the grey squares above. So
make your way across carefully to the left, and don't hang around under the
grey squares if you don't want to have a headache. You can bash down the wall
to the left for a nice big secret area which has an egyptian, big meat and
exploder in it if you want. The ladder to the far left leads to the meat and
exploder. To get out just bash the wall to the right.
Anyway after taking the side trip if you want, just climb the ladder and bash
down the wall to the left (if you don't know why you should be shot :P). Grab
the red key. Get back down the ladder, make your way back to the right and
then wait for the elevator. Get on and get off at the bottom. Go down the
ladder there and then go to the left and open the door.
Flick the switches to (up) (down) (up) (left-to-right) and then push the
button. Wait at the exit for the other two.
Baleog & Olaf

Either kill the egyptian down where Olaf is waiting or just have Olaf walk
past it to the right and up the ladder then left to the exit. Baleog should
join them there.
Baleog: "I wonder if this is King Tut's tomb."
Olaf: "Who's King Tut?"
Erik: "Some guy Steve Martin wrote a song about."
Olaf: "Oh that's right."

Climb up the column to the left to get a load of goodies at the top
(big meat, exploder, tomato, shield, small meat) you will have to pass some
to the other guys if you want to get them all. Climb back down and jump
across the spikes to the right getting the tomato. Now push the button so
the other guys can get across.
Jump from the top of the hill to the right and land on the small platform
there. Jump off onto the block causing it to go down a bit - be wary of
fireballs from the right (jump to avoid them). Once the block stops moving
jump off to the right as far as you can to land on top of the statue shooting
fireballs.
Olaf

Move to the right until you reach an area where there are spikes below and
the block that Erik moved down is. Wait on the edge of the platform.
Baleog

Join Olaf and shoot the chain holding the block up. Fall off the platform to
the right and go all the way to the right and down the ladder. Defeat the
egyptian there.
Erik
ŻŻŻŻ
Get off the statue to the left and climb about halfway down the ladder Baleog
just went down. There is a secret to the right if you have the guts to risk
being zombified there is a fire arrow and a shield to be gotten.
Bash down the wall where Baleog is waiting. Now go left climb down the ladder
and bash the wall to the left.

Go on a killing spree! Walk all the way to the left climb down the ladder and
defeat the egyptian there (don't worry about the one to the right trapped
inside since you won't need to kill him). Then climb up the ladder to the
left and smack the egyptian there.

Go to the right, jump to get the bomb near the hill and then go back to the
left and climb partially down the ladder there. Then wait until the Zombie
below is near the bottom of the ladder and drop the bomb. Watch it go boom
then climb back up the ladder and go to the right, charging down the first
wall you see. Jump to get the turnip if you want.
Now wait until the moving platform moves up and quickly go under it, get the
red key and get back out to the left. Now get on the platform and get off at
the top to the right (before you get impaled on those huge spikes above!).

Go to the right and get on the moving platform and get off to the right at the
top. Move to the right until you are right next to the wall there.

Open up the door using the red key.

Defeat all the zombies on the current platform, just make sure Olaf does NOT
go off the right edge or you will not be able to finish the level (unless you
are REALLY good with Erik!). Oh and you can only kill the zombies with the
sword. There is also a wall for Erik to break down, just make sure you have
Olaf there to block it first.
There is also a secret here just after the second "spike" on the platform.
Press down and you will climb down a ladder. Be wary though as there are two
snakes down there as well as the fire arrow and turnip.

Time to go gliding! Go all the way to the left back to the start and climb
down the ladder there. Now set your shield in the up position. Step off the
platform to the right and glide right to the ladder there and press up to
get onto it. Now climb up/down until you are about level with the bottom edge
of the wall to the right and glide across to the next ladder to the right.
This next bit gets a bit tricky since there is dripping acid between the
ladders. Climb up/down until you are level with the bottom edge of the wall
and glide across to the right AFTER a drip drops down (just after!). Climb all
the way up the next ladder. Now wait for the drip and glide across to the
right again and climb all the way up the first ladder there and go right to
get the blue key. Climb back down the ladder until you are slightly above the
bottom of the wall to the right.
Glide across to the right after the drip goes past and climb all the way up
the first ladder. Wait for the drip and then glide right again and climb the
ladder there. Now climb all the way up and then glide across to the right and
land right near the exit. Open the door using the blue key.
Climb up the ladder, grab the shield and then wait near the top for the zombie
to walk to the right. Quickly climb all the way up and block the zombie to the
right.

Make your way off the platform to the right and fall to the right onto the
small platform there. Fall off to the left of that platform onto another small
platform. Fall off right and you will land on another with a bomb to the right
of you. If you have more than 1 life point left make your way off to the right
and fall all the way to the right to avoid unpleasantness. Otherwise you'll
have to jump and get the bomb and try to land back on the platform you were
on. Now select the bomb and jump up to the left slightly and drop the bomb
onto the platform below, landing on the platform you were on originally.
The zombie below should be toasted so fall off to the right and land on the
platform there. Then fall off to the right again and wait.
