Introduction/ Story
---------------------------------------------------------------------
This story shows similarities to the TV show Medabots produced by
Nalvana. It has the character Ikki and Erika running around all over
trying to stop the evil RubberRobo gang. You play the game gaining
knowledge of what is happening and getting more powerful, faster, and
better medabots, with comedic bits every so often. The objective to get
all the medals, medaparts, and make all the medabots possible
Starting up
---------------------------------------------------------------------
The tactics to starting up this game are none; you will talk to many,
many people before you robattle Erika. When you do use any of these
tactics to win. (Shouldn't be very hard.
Ok before you face Erika, which is when you are in your home after you
get the Kabuto Medal, save before you walk out the door, this way if
you lose then you can fight her again, and do everything over again,
now to the tactics.
Approach 1: Use Missile attack all 4 times, and when they are used up,
use revolver, and then submachinegun if Brass (Erika's medabots) is not
already ceased.
Approach 2: Use Missile 2 times in a row, if legs are not destroyed,
then a third, and then use submachinegun, and then revolver the rest
until she is ceased.
Here are Erika's medabots stats, and their armor with extras.
Variable Hair: 45 and 3 uses
Pateri Vulcan: 25 and a shoot type
Short Stop: 25 also a shoot type
Flaregather: 45
After you win, she will tell you to meet her at school, and save right
after she tells you to.
The Screws Gang
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The Screws gang is a group of kids at your school you think they are
good at medafighting, but let's find out on our own.
Sloan will be your first opponent, his medabots is very slow, because
of it leg medaparts and attack choice.
Approach 1: use 4 missiles and then revolver the rest of the match
unless it gets destroyed
Then use submachinegun.
Approach 2: use revolver until he attacks, then use sub machinegun
until he attack again, if he destroys your legs or any one of your arms
then use missile, if not, keep using submachinegun and/or revolver,
this will get you more experience.
Your second opponent is Spike that will be quicker than you most of the
time, using shooting attacks, his rifle attack should be avoidable, but
his chain gun attack will be very unlikely to dodge.
Here are Sloan's medabots stats.
Tyrano Laser: 55 with 2 uses
Mega Laser: 40
Giga Laser: 40
Rollertank: 120
Approach 1: Use Revolver until he has only one arm and his head, if he
dodges any of them switch to missile next turn and then stick with it
for the rest of the battle. If he never dodges keep on using revolver.
Approach 2: Use missile all 4 times then revolver 2 times, if he is not
ceased, then use submachinegun.
Approach 3: Use Submachinegun 3 times, and then use revolver 2 times,
then try submachinegun again, and you should do more damage then you
did the time before, and stay with it for the rest of the match.
Here are Spike's medabots stats.
Linear Cannon: 45 with 6 uses of shot
Snipe rifle: 40
Assault: 40
Gunner: 50
When you beat Spike if you get his legs or arms then after you face
Samantha equip them. Samantha is the leader of the gang, she has a
female type medabot, that has attack to stall you, and she has good
evasion.
Approach 1: Use 4 missiles then attack with revolver until she ceases
function.
Approach 2: Use Missile attack until she has one arm and her head, then
use submachinegun to finish her off.
Here are Samantha's medabots stats
Light Circuit: 30 with 4 uses with shock status effect
Light Jump: 25 with shock status effect
Light Blow: 25 with shock status effect
Quick Alert: 35
After you win they will all run off into a classroom upstairs and Erika
will follow but not go to the same room. You should be a level 4 or
just about to be at level for and you will need some better weapons, so
save and then run around, save after every win to insure your safety.
Equip the medaparts you feel can help you out.
These are all of the possible medaparts to be gained at school after
the Screws Gang. I setup a switch menu with the medaparts that beat
medabee's
Head Cannon: 45 with 6 uses of shot
Aim rifle: 40 switch with revolver (optional)
Battle Rifle: 40
Gunner: 50
Sumo Press: 35
Light Axe: 30
Great Axe: 30 Switch with Submachinegun (optional)
Kinta Leg: 50
Spreader: 40 with ten uses Switch with Missile (optional)
Smasher: 35
Splasher: 35
Anti-Grav: 65 switch with Ochitsuka (optional)
Principal
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Your Principal is also a medafighter, and when you fight him he has two
medabots, that walk kind of slow, and their twins the exact same
medabot, so here's approaches for beating them.
Approach 1: Use Missiles of you kept them until you run out, but only
use them when the sight is aimed on the leader, if it isn't, try with
your right or left arm to see if the sight is aimed the leader, if not,
if you have gone to level 10, you have the medaforce so use that as a
last resort if you have it, but if you don't use anything else until
you have the option to attack the leader again.
Approach 2: If you have Great Axe and/or light axe equipped then hit
them with that non-stop, if they destroy them (it) then use your
missile or your head weapon. If you have medaforce power up and use it.
When you win you get the one of the last following medaparts at your
school.
Victory Armor: 85
Vulcan: 45
Gatling Gun: 45
Armor Car: 65
After this go upstairs and talk to Erika, she will say to go look for
hideout kind of place, which is the building right next door to your
school, when you step in front of the door Erika will yell for you to
come back to school, when you Erika will be taking pictures of Koji
wiping the floor against all 3 of the Screws medabots. He's upset
because a medabot tickled Karin, and he wants revenge.
Koji
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Go upstairs where he went, save and then talk to Erika, you will then
walk near Koji and face him
Approach 1: Use Missile all 4 times if still equipped, then use Great
axe if equipped the rest, finish him with medaforce if you have if.
Approach 2: Use "Break" type medaparts 3 times, if you have them, then
use great or light axe to finish him off if you have them.
Approach 3: If you have medaforce save it up once then fight him with
anything you have for 2 or 3 turns, if he hits you twice then just use
the medaforce and then finish him off with any variety of attacks.
Here are Koji's medabots stats, I think..
Hunter: 50 with 6 uses, speed up medabot
Flexsorsword: 30
Straw Hammer: 30
Sharp Edge: 45
After you win, Erika calls you boring, then Karin walks in and Koji
tell her to leave with him, and they leave. Erika tells you to meet her
at her house, and then she gives you her skirt and you are dresses like
a girl, you go outside a medabots makes fun of Erika, and then you here
a scream from the warehouse.
RubberRobo in Warehouse
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Before you walk in save, and then when you do, Karin sees you and you
run towards the RubberRobo and battle him.
Approach 1: use 4 missiles and 2 great axe hits and he should be gone,
if not use more.
Approach 2: use Break type medaparts 3 times, if you have them, and
then use great or light axes, if they get destroyed then use medaforce.
Approach 3: Use the medaforce until he's dead (Gives you the smallest
amount of experience)
Here are the stats of the RubberRobo's medabot
Head: 40
Arms L+R: 35
Hakama: 40
After you win, you get your first RubberRobo medal. Then the select
corps come, takes away the RubberRobo, and then leave. Go to the box on
the floor at the uppermost left hand corner, and you will find a medal,

for a while to raise your medal until it has the medaforce. Now since I
cannot tell you which medal to take or what parts to give it my
Approaches will be a bit more general. But ill try to make them as in-
depth as possible.
Erika 2
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Next, you have to go north to where the Odoro Pond is. There you will
face Erika for the second time.
Approach 1: use shooting attacks against her such a missile or break,
and then use grappling attack like great axe or light axe, her partner
has counterattack abilities and she can block with her shield.
Approach 2: use shooting attack that only hit the partner, and then
move to the leader with any form of attacks.
Approach 3: Hit as many times as you can with a variety of attacks,
until her partner use her shield, then use the medaforce.
Here are her medabots' stats.
Leader
Variable Hair: 45 and 3 uses
Pateri Vulcan: 25 and a shoot type
Short Stop: 25 also a shoot type
Flaregather: 45
Partner
Reflect Mirror: 65 with 2 uses of Counter Attack
Right Arm: 25 Freeze effect
Left arm: 85 Blocking specialties
Temple Master: 40
After this Koji and Karin will come up and say they are looking for
other things.
Now I don't have a map but I can give you directions of what you'll be
seeing.
To the left there is a bridge, and that way goes to the fisherman that
eventually, takes you to the bear medal.
To the upper left there is another bridge that will take you to some
kids then a bridge taking you to Select Corps field base.
To the due north there is a kid and a tree in front of him that a
RubberRobo is sleeping in, if you kick it he will be in there, and you
will face him.
RubberRobo 2 in a tree
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This guy really isn't hard it Medabee version, he has a guy that uses
medabots to make you miss a lot, and a guy to is not affected by
missiles and napalms I think.
Approach 1: Use Missiles they only hit the leader or break/press
medaparts, use grappling attack against the leader when he has no leg,
or with no arms, or both, is a good strategy also. If you have troubles
use the medaforce.
Approach 2: Use Medaforce abilities, and make you partner continuously
hit the partner and never the leader, and then use missile or break
attacks against them.
Here is the RubberRobo Medabots stats, remember these stats because
you'll be facing a lot of them in the future.
Leader
Head: 35 with status effect of lowing success rate (ROS) with 4 or 5
uses
Arms L+R: 30, status effect of lowing success rate (ROS)
Legs: 40
After you win he will run away, but before that give you your second
RubberRobo medal. Now back to the map.
Child blocking path
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you go to your right there will be a kid that is near the narrow
pass to continue. He will robattle you.
Approach 1: Use Missile or Break attacks, then when those are either
destroyed or stop working then, use grappling, if that fails use
medaforce
Approach 2: Use 2 missile that attack the leader, and then if you still
have it equipped use the revolver 4 times, after this use grappling
attacks. While doing this, make your partner power you up in any way it
can.
Approach 3: Use 3 to 4 Breaks or press type attacks against the leader,
then have your partner use grappling or shooting attacks against the
partner. If you have a shooting attack with the leader, attack until
they die, or if they the medaparts is destroyed resort to medaforce.
I don't remember any of his stats, only the approaches that beat him.
After this the fun parts start to happen, there is a medabots that
gives you a ferry ride, to the treasure island, there you get Psycho
Missile medaparts, 1.00, a empty chest I think and a ninja in the last
one, when leaves click on the chest again to find the jellyfish medal.
Jellyfish medal
Best with bomb parts
Compatibility Bonus: +1
Medaforce 1
Name: Bomb Form
Effect: All the parts are bomb type (missile-napalm)
Medaforce 2
Name: Absorb Bomb
Effect: Bomb attacks heal you
Medaforce 3
Name: Remoteness Up
Effect: Rises the remoteness of the legs and makes Shoot attacks more
accurate
Now this part is quite important. I your jellyfish medal is under level
10 then you need more practice, if it is from 11-14 then your doing
very nice, if it is anything above 15 then your doing great. I will do
medal check-ups for every medal to see how you are doing as time
passes.
Now take the ferry back then go down, according to some of my peers if
your talk to a certain one of the you get a "Cat" or "?" medal later in
the game, but I have no idea of how to keep up with the order, seek
reference to other Walkthroughs to find out.
Now back track to the center of the map, if you want you can go to the
fisherman isle as I like to call it, and face minimum 3 or 4
medafighters to get to the bear medal. Or you have the choice of coming
back later to get it, and heading upper left across the bridge and then
you'll see some kids if you want to talk to them it's all your choice,
I think 1 of them only fights you, anyways before we continue I'll show
the bear medal stats.
Bear Medal
Best with gravity parts
Compatibility Bonus: +1
Medaforce 1
Name: Gravity Form
Effect: All the parts are gravity parts (break press)
Medaforce 2
Name: Absorb Gravity
Effect: Gravity attacks heals you
Medaforce 3
Name: Leg Crash
Effect: Destroys the legs of the enemies
Cross the bridge and enter the building. Save before you talk to
anyone in the room, even though one only fights you. Talk to the guy
sitting down, and he will fight you.
Select Corps 1
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
He will have 3 medabots so you will be at a disadvantage, so I'm going to tell
to the stats before the fight because if you find your own groove of winning,
you can stick with and it'll work like every time.
Leader
Head: 35 with status effect flow damage (your on fire until you hit, or
it might ware off on its on) 3 or 4 uses
Arms: L+R 30
Legs: 40
Partner 1
Head 50 with strike sword attack 4 or 5 uses
Arms L+R: 40
Legs: 40
Partner 2: attacking parts have Anti-Air attacks
Head: 50 4 or 5 uses
Arms L+R: 40
Legs: 120
Ok now that you know the stats I'll show you my strategy before any
approaches.
Select Corps Strategy: Leader uses missile, partner use break or press;
continue 2 twice, and then use grappling attack, and/or medaforce.
(When you have your third medabots make him use scout ability and then
grappling attacks with the rest.)
Approach 1: Use Missile all 4 times, Use Break/Press attacks with it 4
times, and then use medaforce, if you have been hitting the last
partner, then use attack that only hit the leader after the medaforce.
RubberRobo 3 getting transported
---------------------------------------------------------------------
After you beat him, he'll tell you about killing time, and then leave,
and save again, go north to the bridge, and another member of the
RubberRobo gang will stop you, he will have medabots identical to the
second RubberRobo you faced earlier, use the exact same strategy with
this note, if his partner is brown then he wont be affected by
Press/Break attack, and if he is green and mellow color then he won't
be affected Missile/Napalm attacks. With keeping in mind the strategy.
Approach 1: Use Missiles they only hit the leader or break/press
medaparts when they only partner, use grappling attack against the
leader when he has no leg, or with no arms, or both. If you have
troubles use the medaforce.
Approach 2: Use Medaforce abilities, and make you partner continuously
hit the partner and never the leader, and then use missile or break
attacks against them.
Kainnee's House and back to Odoro Marsh
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
After you beat you won't like the outcome, you will chase him and fall
into a river, and then wake up in a girls kimono at Kainee's house, if
you faced a lot of medafighters, then you'll recognize her as the old
woman, don't worry she won't challenge you in her house. Go outside and
talk to the medabot at the top of the screen he will be looking for a
letter, go back inside the house and talk to her again, when you leave
the house the medabot will be gone, if you want to get a medaparts go
up and south back through the alley to the medabot, he will ask to have
lunch with him and accept, you will use your lunchbox and hen you will
receive a arm part called heavyweighter. Then go up and cross the
bridge.
When you cross you will see the same medabots that didn't save you in
the river and he will tell you he delivered the RubberRobo gang to the
place. Then go down until the screen bit stops, save, and then
continue.
RubberRobo 4 Blocking Kainee's Medabot and Letter
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
They will talk about some kind of plan they have to be ultimate, and
then you stop them, they will and they will fight you. Now I don't
remember they're attacker, but I'm pretty sure that he has both of the
medabots the RubberRobo gang usually uses to assist, and they're
attacker isn't that strong.
Approach: Use Missile attacks on the leader until you run out, and the
times you don't select the leader to hit, gather medaforce, and have
your partner either use a scout ability, or a break/Press on his
partner that is effect by break/Press attack, until the leader either
has no legs, or no arms, then go all out the leader
After you beat one, 2 more surround you and say the will defeat you,
then.. Dum Dum Dee Dum, the Phantom Renegade (Henry from the store)
will come and save you, they will flee, and pick up the letter at the
right hand side, then let the medabots take you to Kainee's house
again, she will reward you with a choice or 2 chests the small one has
a male tinpet plus 1.00, and the big one has a female tinpet, all the
parts to Brass (Erika's Medabot) and 1.00. It's your choice to decide
what to take, but either way you get to put one of your new medals in
the medabots.
Karin 1
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you walk back outside the medabot, will take you back to the Odoro
Pond. Then you will see Karin at the top of the screen, but save before
you talk to her, then do so, she will tell you she was also separated
from her partner. She will fight you after she is done talking.
She has relatively weak medabots, her leader does nothing but heal, and
her partner does nothing but protect, her leader has good evasion so
use scout abilities with anyone in the first move.
Approach 1: Use medaforce gather with leader, attack partner with one
of yours, and have your other partner use scout abilities, do this
twice, then use medaforce with leader grapple or shooting attack with
partners, and then go all out on partner if not dead, if he is go all
out on leader, but use the best attack possible, because she can
recover a lot of HP within little time.
Approach 2: Any medabots that have medal that damage your opponent use
them, anyone who doesn't use scout abilities, then use the best of the
best attack you have on your medabot, then have your leader keep on
using the medaforce, if your Kabuto medal is at level 30, then by all
means use damage ball if you have even been touched.
I only have stats for Karin's Leader medabot, but I am quite sure that
her partner is the same as Erika's
Head: 40 Heal Ability uses 3 or 4
Arms L+R: 40 with Heal Ability
Legs: 40
After you win you get another medapart from her, called Right Armor,
which you'll need against an upcoming boss.
After you beat her then go to the bridge where you last fell in, then
talk to the medabot ferry he will take you to the Odoro Marsh. There
you will see Sloan guarding a path, and then a chest due north, open
the chest to find a battle rifle, which you will need in a bit.
Sloan 2
--------------------------------------------------------------------
When you talk to Sloan he will of course face you and this time he
partners.
Approach 1: Use grappling or strong attack, to hope they hit they
leader, if you don't want to leave it up to chance use aim shot or
shoot parts, to hit the leader, if you have chose the female tinpet,
then use healing attack if you get hurt. Use medaforce if you have
troubles.
Approach 2: Use Medaforce with leader, and have the partner attack
partners only, repeat twice. Then use grappling attacks, until they are
ceased.
Approach 3: Use missile and Break/press moves 4 times, no matter whom
it hits, then use grappling, shooting, and medaforce attacks.
After you win he will run away and set traps for you, you need to blow
something up with Battle Rifle, then Psycho Missile, Then
Heavyweighter, I'm pretty sure that's the order, but I do know those
are the medaparts that need to be used.
You already know Sloan's medabots stats from before, so here is his
partner(s) stats
All his parts not including legs have anti-sea powers
Watergun: 45
Shower: 40
Clench: 40
Liminous: 60
Sloan 3
--------------------------------------------------------------------
When you destroy all of them use will see stairs, go up them and then
you'll see Sloan again, when you talk to him, he will fight u again use
the same strategy choices as last time.
When you beat him this time, you won't have to face him anymore, then
go into the sub-room to your right, and click on all the broken
medaparts, because on of them can be picked up, and turned into better
parts later. Then go down near the chest and open it, you will receive
10.00.
Spike 2
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Go over and talk to Spike, he will fight you but this time also with
some partners.
Approach 1: Use missiles/press/break attacks on leader, and then use
scout and/or healing abilities with everyone else. Then use grappling
attacks and/or medaforce attacks, to finish them off.
Approach 2: Use medaforce twice with leader, then use shooting attacks
with partners, regardless of the hit. Then Use Scout abilities, while
the leader uses grappling attacks.
Here is Spikes partner(s) stats for now and the future
Kataki: 15
KamaKubi: 20
KabiKiri: 20
Kamaki: 15
After you beat him go up and talk to Samantha she will just walk a way,
and then continue upstairs, and then click on the medaparts in your way
of the hallway, and then you will have 2 broken medaparts, then save.
Before you step in front of the door, which leads to Koji and then
Squidguts, take time to re-assemble your medaparts, have your leader
with Right Armor, and a grappling attack, with a head that is either
Break or Press, and have your legs fit to the Valley terrain.
Have your partner 1 with scout head, attacking arms, and Valley terrain
fit legs.
Have your partner 2 with Missile head, scouting arms, and Valley
terrain fit legs.
Note: make sure to have raises leader to level 30.
Then go in front of the door.
Koji 2
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You will be stopped by a medabot that looks kind of old, who has been
manipulated by the RubberRobo gang, Koji will come and then he will
fight you. He isn't very hard to beat. His partner doesn't attack and
just makes him and leader faster.
Approach 1: Use Missile/Break/Press attacks on the leader, and scout
abilities with a partner, and then when leader has no arms, go all out
on both of them.
Approach 2: Use Medaforce, while 1 partner uses Scout, and the other
attacks, then, use missile/press/break, as much as possible, until they
die. A suggestion for using the medaforce, is that if you are at level
30 then use have the medaforce damage ball, use this if Koji even hits
you once.
Here is Koji's partners stats since you already knows the leaders
stats.
All of the parts not including the legs, make leader or itself quicker.
Blank Look: 55
Leaves: 50
Stem: 50
Fiyun Ball: 80
When you win, both of you will resolve your differences.
Squidguts
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
And then Squidguts will come out and tell you both to shut up; Koji
will grab two RubberRobo's, while you get Squidguts. This is where re-
equipping everyone becomes handy.
Approach Most Likely to Succeed: Have Leader gather medaforce, while
the partner 1 uses scout, and then partner 2 uses missile, have leader
charge medaforce again, while partner 1 uses scout again, and partner
two uses Missile attack. If leader has been hit have him use Damage
ball, if he hasn't then use the first one, have partner 1 use a
grappling attack, while, partner 2 continue to use missile, if they are
still alive, have leader, use grappling attack, and if partners are
still around, use grappling also, until the opponent is gone.
Note. This is the only strategy I find fitting to win, basing on the
type of parts you have, vary each of them you fit best to attack with,
use status when you first open up the battle to see if you advantages
over them.
After you win, go into the room above and pick up the last broken
medaparts, then Select Corps come and you will hide. Go then back out
the door, and exit the cave, therefore getting a girl's kimono in
stock, Erika will be outside, waiting for you, talk to her, save and
then go home.
Back to town (second medal choice and other objectives)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you get back go and talk to Dr. Aki, and he will take the broken
parts off your hands for a point being, and then he will tell you about
the new medawatch that has been marketed, is the kind of medawatch you
have, so everyone can use the medaforce now.
Then go to Miss Nae and get your next medal choice, and now I will have
my next medal-rating test.
If the Medal is at level 20 or below, you were very lucky beating
Squidguts
If the Medal is at levels 21-24 then your doing ok, but need some more
training
If the Medal is at levels 25-29 your doing very nice
If the medal is at level 30 or higher, you're doing incredible!
After talking to miss nae, go home, argue with your parents about going
to medabots island, then talk to Erika's family, and then your family,
and then go to docks, and then talk to the guy about boarding the ship,
Erika and her family will take you with, on their extra ticket.
Medabots Island (multi-quests and buildings)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Once you get off the boat just keep on going up to the boards, then
Erika will say something about entering in the tournament, since this
is a really big part of the game I will make a map for you.

Now that that's out of the way then let's get back to the Walkthrough.
Erika 3
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Erika tells you to go to Surprise Site, so go there, and she will be
your first opponent. She is relatively easy, with one partner than last
time, but he is the same one just copied.
Approach 1: Use Missile/Press/Break attacks on her leader, before the
partners defend, when they do use grappling attacks, because they
shouldn't miss on defensive attack. If they do have someone use scout
abilities. Beware that she can use medaforce now. Then when her
partners are gone, use the medaforce on her. And continue with the
attack if she is not dead.
After she is gone, use will lose control of Ikki until he comes out the
door. Then you will see Karin. (Note: save after every fight, so you
can grantee you will never lose.
Karin 2
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
She should not be that hard, but this time she can use the medaforce
and she has two partners to give you trouble while she constantly heals
them.
Approach 1: Use medaforce with leader, and use grappling attack when
the partners start to defend, but before that that have someone use
their scout abilities if they have it. Then use them all the time, if
necessary, use medaforce with everyone.
Approach 2: Use scout abilities, then grappling and shooting attacks,
with the exception, of missile/press/break, while doing so, use until
they start healing, then use medaforce. While others continue attacks.
After you beta her, the same thing will happen to Ikki, as it did
before. Your next person you will see is Sloan near the lockers.
Sloan 4
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sloan is the exact same, as he was in the Odoro Marsh. I sense he might
have had better strategy than last time, not including that he can use
the medaforce ability now. But still use the exact same strategy,
without as much barraging. If you have the Flash parts, the medaparts
that render Beams or Lasers attack from your opponent useless.
Then use grappling attacks, until they are
ceased.
Approach 3: Use missile and Break/press moves 4 times, no matter whom
it hits, then use grappling attacks, and medaforce attacks, until the
partners are gone, then use shooting attacks on the leader, then if you
want finish him off with the medaforce.
(Warning: for all Approaches there is one flaw, or problem, if the
leader does attack his laser is strong enough to almost grantee a
medapart is destroyed, so if your flash parts are destroyed/not
equipped you will have some troubles, a counter tip is to use damage
ball medaforce if the leaders flash medapart is destroyed.)
Once you win, once again Ikki will walk back on his own, and then you
will see spike at the other end of the room, and her will be your next
opponent.
Spike 3
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spike is not terribly difficult, but once as always now, he can use the
medaforce. A tip is to equip the highest evasive legs possible, one or
two hits form leader or partners can really be a pain.
Approach 1: Use scout abilities then have everyone use grappling
attacks, since the partners are weak, they will die within 2 hits at
most, but the leader will take a bit longer, continue until their
functions are ceased.
Approach 2: Gather medaforce with leader, while partners use shooting
attack against the partners, then when leader use medaforce have other
use grappling attacks, if you experience frequent misses, then use
Missile/Napalm/Break/Press attacks instead.
Approach 3: Use Missile/Napalm/Break/Press attacks in the beginning
with everyone that has it, those who don't use scout abilities, if you
have none of those then gather medaforce, and use it whenever full, use
until the end of the battle.
After you beat spike you go back to the locker room again, and you see,
guess who, the leader of the screws Samantha
Samantha 2
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You haven't faced Samantha in a while but, she has got a lot better
than she was before, and she has partners now, a tip is to include
thing that either never fail or never miss (e.g. Missile, or scout
abilities). She of course will be your next opponent, and the last one
of the first half.
Approach 1: Use scout abilities with who ever you can then bust out on
her with some grappling or shooting attacks.
Approach 2: have leader gather and use medaforce when ready, have
partner 1 use scout abilities then use grappling attacks, while partner
2 does the same, but uses shooting attacks. Then repeat until she dies.
Since it's been a while since you've faced her I'll include the
leader/partner stats
Leader: all parts not including the legs have shock ability, which
makes you slower.
Light Circuit: 30 with 4 uses with shock status effect
Light Jump: 25 with shock status effect
Light Blow: 25 with shock status effect
Quick Alert: 35
Partner: Unable to find specialty
Hat trick 50
globe trick 45
bangle trick 45
floater 70
After you win, you will be crowned champion of the first half. Now if
you want there will be people at the other room, who will trade you
parts, one guy has a bad deal, and the other guy has a good deal. Your
choice.
After the whole ordeal of the winning the first half of the tournament, then
talk to Erika in the lounge, she will leave, when you leave, and once you exit
the building you'll see a RubberRobo robbing a girls medal, then when you chase
him, then you will face someone new.
Ryo (crazy guy)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
He will stop you, and not speak in proper English, just blurting words, and
shows you his medabots power, and then you'll face him. He has 3 of the exact
same medabot so one is good as the other. A tip is to equip something with high
success rate: Missile/Napalm/Press/Break medaparts.
Approach 1: Use Missile/Napalm/Press/Break attacks on him until they have no
legs. Then use grappling attacks all the time. If your leader has been hurt
seriously, then use damage ball medaforce with him, and see the great effects
of it on these guys. (2 parts destroyed should equal the destruction of Ryo's
medabots, basing on the armor of the part destroyed.
Approach 2: Use Ultra shot medaforce with leader if you have a lot of shooting
type parts on, if not, the use missile/napalm/Press/Break attacks instead, have
partners use Scout and heal abilities if necessary, then use grappling attacks
until they have no arms, then finish them with the medaforce.
Here is Ryo's medabots statistics
Sombrero: 40 with 6 uses of chain gun
Spiky gun: 35
Needle gun: 35
Right-A-Away: 55
Side Stuff (girls medal, RubberRobos, and Erika and Karins information.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After you win, the select corps will come over and arrest him. Then go down to
the medacoaster area, to find a RubberRobo trying to mug another girl, he has
the basic medabots
RubberRobo
----------
Leader: all parts have ROS rate down effect
Slipper: 45 with 7 uses
Accident: 35
Troubler: 35
Speartail: 70
Partners will have the exact same armor stats
One will have Laser/Beam useless parts, and the other will have Missile/Napalm
useless parts.
Head: 70
Arms L+R: 65
Legs: 70
When you beat him you will see Koji, he won't fight you, but you will see
RubberRobos at the top of the screen he will take and so will you, he should
have the same partners, and a weak leader, so just in case he gets hard, save
before you talk to Koji. After you win they will drop 2 medals Koji will return
one to a girl and you win will return the other to the girl you saw getting
robbed. After you do that Erika will see you and get mad, and run away, the
girl will give you a medapart though, but if you have trained a lot you should
already have it.
Erika and Karin Information
---------------------------
Now you get to make a decision. You can train more and gte more parts, or you
can play a game and get a RubberRobo medal. If you want to train go to the
Haunted House section of the map and talk to Karin she will say she wants to go
in the Haunted House, save before you walk in, even though you cannot get out
of the situation you are already in, go in the house and continue into the
room. You will have to face medabots from now on, but they are all the same.
Here are the stats and information of the Ghost medabots.
Leader: has parts that make you unable to evade. Medaforce can make a certain
part useless, or medaforce can throw everyone into chaos, which is like auto
mode, except they don't follow your orders.
White Cap: 40 with 12 uses of no escape.
White Long Arm: 35
White Whale: 35
White Belt: 70
Partner: You may recognize from Odoro Marsh, but now he can use the medaforce,
and he only uses one, it takes up 70 life total from your parts and repairs his
damaged ones. Good News is you will get it later in the game!
Sun beam: 55 with 2 uses of beam
Go-Up: 45 with speed-up equip status
Rise-Up: 45 with speed-up equip status
Stem-Up: 35
Partner 2: You may recognize this medabots form all around; it is a weaker
version of Spike's Medabots Cyandog. It use shooting attacks and is an easy
kill, and he never uses the medaforce!
Head Cannon: 45 with 6 uses of shot
Aim Rifle: 40
Battle Rifle: 40
Howzer: 50
This you will face this medabot about 7-9 times, so heres the strategies to
stick with. A tip is to have high evasion legs, strong grappling attacks, and
Olny Missile/Napalm part for the rest, if you don't have a Missile/Napalm arm
or don't want one use one of your opponents parts, the Rise-Up or Go-Up parts,
for your leader, have partners equipped with scout abilities, and heal
abilities if possible.
Approach 1: Use Missile/Napalm attacks up right away, you will have 3 turns, to
spare, then all your medabots cannot evade, don't use the weaker attacks on
partner 1, but use them on partner 2. Have the leader gather medaforce after
the missile/napalms are use up, on whom ever, then use the medaforce damage
ball even if you are not hurt. While doing this have one partner use scout,
while the other attacks and do this twice with them, then have both attack. Do
this until you win. If Chaos comes up during this, there isn't much you can do
unless, he doesn't use it again.
Approach 2: Have leader attack partner 1 only, have your partner 1 use scout
ability 2 times, have partner 2 attack, partner 1 only. Then when he dies,
attack the leader only with your leader, and have both partners attack the last
partner. If you get sidetracked by chaos, hope that you won't attack each other.
Approach 3: Very simple, attack the leader only with everyone, but have one of
your partners use scout ability once or twice, and then have leader use
medaforce hoping to have it attack the leader.
After you do certain parts in the Haunted House, you will finally get to leave,
and this concludes the Karin information part.
Erika is very easy compared to Karin's quest, go to the game corner part of the
map, and go to the game corner, talk to her, and she will yell at you, then
talk to the boy, in the lower left hand station, he will get bored of the game
and leave, the you get to play the game, it costs one dollar per play, use the
L and R buttons to shift and catch all the bombs, then when you beta it, talk
to Erika again, and she will say she forgives you and you can go to the
Surprise site for the second half of the tournament.
<<<<<<To Be Continued>>>>>>>
Extras
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This Extras portion is added in to help you out with some of side stuff
that I don't include in the Walkthrough, just little facts and area
help.
First, I will start with the medaroad race
MedaRoad Race
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Medaroad Race is a race you will have frequently when you go to Medabots
island, and since the strategy stays the same all the time, I figured I would
put it right here.
The races depend on two things your leg medaparts and how fast you cheer on
your medabots.
The legs you should always choose, is street or room-best legs, such as:
Right-A-Away, Balance Ball, Armor Car, etc. when you then get the street
territory, field, you shouldn't have a problem if everyone is equipped with the
right legs, press A as fast as you can, and you will definelty win.
If you happen to go to the room field, then you will have to press A as fat as
you possibly can, to win, you may have the advantage and be in first for the
first 2 laps, but at the last lap, the flying medabots should take the lead,
and win. So it's worth it to wait for street terrain.
Elemental Series/Vehicle Information
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The elemental series is a group of medabots used for power, and they have all
parts that vary in moves.
There is a sea-type, and has moves that heal or help out.
There is a tank-type, and has moves that block and set traps
There is a land-type, and has moves that consist on attacking
There is then a medabots that is a attacking type that has different moves.
Elemental vehicles are medabots that can be used for battle and transmuted for
different uses.
One has Anti-Air qualities, and can be used for riding on like a car. You get
the parts and the Mini S. Wheel when you go to medabots corps, and get passed
to visit the researchers
Another one also has Anti-Air qualities, but stronger, and can be used to fly
to different places, you need Wings of Wind, and the needed medaparts from Dr.
Aki when you go after Dr. Armond.
There is a medabot with all napalm attacks, and can be formed into a silver
locket, that is suppose to get you into Kodine Kingdom. You get all this stuff
when you get sucked into a so-called Utopia.
Lastly there is a powerful anti-sea medabots which can be formed into a medabot
like the ferry medabots at Odoro Marsh. You get this when you go back to the
Medabots corp, after beating Dr. Armond.
This is all of the extras I have for now. So...
