1. Update History
==================

Version BETA, September 7, 2005: First version of this guide. I have everything
done but I didn't start the walkthrough. I will add more as the days go by, and
another thing to note is that my time attack section is not 100% done yet.

Version 1.13, September 10, 2005: Started the walkthrough and finished all of
Route 99. I also added a time to the time attack, but that will slowly be
finished.

Version 1.26, September 11, 2005: Yes, we all remember this sad day. Anyhow, I
finished all of Sunset Hill. I also added a few more gold ring times in my Time
Attack section.

Version 1.53, September 16, 2005: Finally got a chance to work on this guide. I
added a few more gold ring times to the time/boss attack sections and finished
Ocean Base and the Toy Kingdom Zones in my walkthrough as well.

Version 2.00, September 17, 2005: Today was a big day for me writing this guide
since I did not feel good at all. First off, I finished the entire walkthrough
in this guide. Second, I added all of the gold ring times in my Time Attack
section that I was missing, so give those a go and you'll get the gold ring in
that level. There is slight more soon to come in this guide. Yay!

Version 2.25, September 18, 2005: Did some changes to parts of this guide.
First, I fixed up some really stupid errors in my credits section. Second, I
added two sections. A mini game section and an obstacles section, as both were
highly needed, as they go over more basics of the game. The last change I did
was I added a mini bosses part to my bosses section. This covers all three
times to fight G-Mel in the game (not including Altar Emerald).

Version 2.40, September 23, 2005: I added an enemies section to this guide,
covering all of the enemies in the game. Also, thanks to my stupid modem, which
I'm going to snap in half and use as a doorstop, I can't upload this guide
right now. Sorry for the late upload. You can blame the black box below my feet
to the left thanks to it.

Version 2.45, September 25, 2005: Did some minor changes to this guide. I
edited my controls section a bit (Sonic/Amy, Tails/Amy, Knuckles/Amy, and
Sonic/Knuckles) and added the "air trick" to the main controls. In the mini
game section, I added the time limit needed to get 5 lives for the enemy mini
game. All of this is thanks to gamersince93, a user on GameFAQs. I added him to
the credits section for this.

2. Controls
============

In Sonic Advance 3, you can select any character you want and any partner you
want, bringing Sonic games to a whole new level. There is a special skill that
each team can use, but beware some of a character's original skills may be
lost. First, here are the main controls.

-----------------
Playing the Game
-----------------

Jump: Press A to make your character jump.

Duck: Hold down to make your character duck

Left and Right: Move your character left and right

Spin Dash: Hold the Down Button and keep pressing A. After, let go of down to
Spin Dash.

Dash: While running, press Down to do a Small Dash.

Double Jump: Press A while in the air. The action taken depends on the
character you are using. For example, it would be Tails fly, Knuckles glide,
Cream fly, and Amy's hammer attack.

Tag Action: This depends on the two characters. Hold R and the character will
jump into your hands. Now release R for a Tag Action or press A to do it in the
air.

Air Trick: This can only be done with certain teams. They are Sonic/Tails,
Tails/Sonic, Amy/Cream, and Cream/Amy. This move is used in the air. Hold R
when being bounced off a spring and then hit Up, Left, Right, or Down. If you
hit left or right, you will dash left or right in the air. Pressing Up gives
your character a little more air, and hitting Down makes them hit the ground
fast and then bounce up slightly.

-----------------
Outside the Game
-----------------

D-Pad: Move Up, Down, Left or Right
A: Select selected option
B: Return back to the previous screen

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sonic's Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A: Jump
D-Pad: Move
B: Somersault
Down + A: Spin Dashing
Trick: Hold Up and Press R once in the air being bounced off of a spring.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Sonic/Tails Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sonic and Tails are considered "The Unbreakable Bond" and have been best
friends for nearly forever now.

Fly: Hold R and Tails will jump into you. Now, press A while holding R and you
will be holding onto Tails arms, flying. Use the D-Pad to move around and keep
tapping A to fly higher. If you want to sink to the ground, either jump or
don't press anything.

Air Boost: Hold R and Tails will jump into you for a tag action. Now let go of
R and Tails will launch you very high into the air. This is very useful for
getting onto high or secret platforms, and you'll really need this in the later
levels.

Air Trick: When launching off a spring, hold Up and Press R in the air. This
will make Sonic gain slight more height in the air to get onto a higher
platform, but the air Boost is much more useful.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: This is always your basic and classic team. They can pretty much do the
standard attacks and they are great for beginners. Sonic also loses very little
ability to go with Tails as his partner.

Cons: It is the only team you can use until you start unlocking more
characters, but you can use Tails/Sonics. Even though flying with Tails and the
air boost is really useful, they have no speed boost to go along with that.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Sonic/Knuckles Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you select these, the game will call them "Fighting Buddies". Since Sonic
the Hedgehog 3 came out, Sonic and Knuckles have been rivals, but after a while
now, they came to be friends and they make a good fighting combo together.

Glide on Knuckles: During a level, hold R and Knuckles will jump into your
arms. Now, holding R, jump in the air and let go of R. Sonic will be riding on
Knuckles and they will be able to glide in the air. This is useful for getting
across distant platforms far away from each other. But if you pause the game
when they are turning, just notice Sonic and Knuckles. I dare you.

Throw Knuckles: This is Sonic and Knuckle's Tag Again. Hold R and Knuckles will
curl up and jump into your arms. Now let go of R and Sonic will throw Knuckles
in the direction he's facing. All though this doesn't have too much of a use,
it can be used for attacking enemies when you are out of rings.

Somersault: Press B and Sonic will do a Summersault. But since Knuckles is your
partner, it will have more power with it, so you could slide farther and
maybe attack an enemy on the way.

Air Boost: Press A to jump in the air, and then immediately hit Up+B. This will
give Sonic an extra boost in the air, which can be used for getting onto
slightly higher platforms. This is the move a team like this needed, because
this really isn't a flying combo.

Air Attack: Press A to jump in the air, and then immediately hit Down+B. Sonic
will directly attack the ground, which really isn't needed, but you can just do
it for fun.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Sonic and Knuckles make a great fighting combo. Their tag action can
attack distant enemies and Sonic being able to glide on Knuckles is useful for
getting across many wide platforms and such. The forward summersault Sonic gets
is able to slide farther.

Cons: With Knuckles as a partner, Sonic loses his "Air Trick" (where you hold
Up and press R) ability. The forward summersault may mess you up if you get
careless, as you could fall into a gap or a pit with it. You can't climb walls
with Sonic, sadly, as this could've made it more interesting.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Sonic/Cream Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This is probably my favorite team combo in the game. Nothing too complicated
with this one.

Air Dash: While jumping in the air, press right to do a fast dash in the
direction you are facing in. This is useful for getting across minor gaps and
taking out enemies in the air.

Air Booster: This is the same thing as the Sonic/Tails are Booster. But because
Cream is weaker, the amount of air you will gain will be much lower. Hold R
until you grab hold of Cream. Now jump in the air and let go of R. You will get
a nice boost in the air. Also for doing this, you will get to control Cream's
Chao.

Tag Action. Sonic and Cream really don't have a Tag Action. Hold R so Cream can
jump into you. Once that happens, let go of R and her Chao will turn blue. This
means you can control it! When there is a nearby enemy, press B to throw the
Chao at it and then it will get rid of it. It even works for bosses too!

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Being a partner with Cream, attacking any enemy is very easy with the tag
action, as the Chao can attack bosses and enemies. The attacks are very simple
to use and don't require any skill. The air dash is a great skill for taking
out enemies.

Cons: One of the cons is the lack of abilities you get. All you can really do
is control Cream's Chao, and the air booster isn't that powerful compared to
Tails' either. Sonic will lose his air trick which allows him to boost onto
higher platforms.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Sonic/Amy Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Long story short. Any team with Amy in it is horrible. But if you seem to like
it, I got the controls ready for any team. Time to do the controls for this
"Lovely Couple".

Hammer Attack: With Amy as a partner, the Hammer Attack replaces the dash. So
that means you press B to attack something with a hammer. It will knock out an
enemy right next to you, or you can use the hammer to destroy a platform that
is breakable.

Hammer Boost: Well, Amy does serve a purpose now. Hold R so Amy will jump into
Sonic's arms. Now let go of R and Amy will use her hammer to launch you really
high into the air. It is about the same height as Tails' Air Booster, so this
is very useful.

Tag Action: If you have the Hammer Boost, than you really won't need this. As
always, hold R so Amy and can jump into your arms. Now jump in the air and let
go of R. Amy will use her hammer to launch you into the air. This is like the
Hammer Boost, but it is pretty pointless.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: The hammer can be used to attack nearby enemies for when you don't have
rings. The Hammer Boost can be really useful for getting onto higher platforms
and so can the tag action.

Cons: Sonic cannot jump normally with Amy as a partner. Instead of being able
to curl up into a ball jumping, he jumps more like a human, so an enemy could
easily hit him. If you want to jump normally, you have to jump in the air and
press B to curl up. He loses his somersault ability for a hammer attack. No Air
Trick for Sonic with Amy as a partner as well. Sonic will also grind rails
differently with a surfboard below him when grinding a rail.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tails' Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A: Jump, press A to fly after that.
B: Tail Whack
D-Pad: Move Tails
Down + A: Spin Dash

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Tails/Sonic Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Speed Booster: This is one of the coolest moves in the game. First, hold R so
Sonic can jump onto Tails. Now get go of R and Sonic will have Tails go really
fast. You can use this to get up steep ledges, or in front of a speed booster
if you got a really bad jump. But this beats running any day.

High Speed Booster: This is the same thing as above, but this time, hold R so
Sonic can jump onto Tails. Now jump before letting go of R. Now get go of R and
Tails will run really fast, except you will start out in the air. You'll have
just a bit less speed than starting from the ground.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: The Speed Booster is really useful for getting up steep slopes and such.
Tails can still fly normally and no abilities are affected for when Sonic is
Tails' partner. Tails will even be able to use his Air Trick for when bouncing
off a spring, making this team combo even better.

Cons: There really isn't anything bad about this team, except that there is no
ability to have Tails boost higher into the air.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Tails/Knuckles Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Weak Glide: Wow, just wow. This glide is pretty much useless. Press A to jump
in the air and then hold A. Tails will get boxing gloves and glide. He will not
get any high air and will land very fast. Do not use this attack, as it wastes
time and it is hard to control Tails and where he lands.

Glide on Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Tails. Now jump in the air
and let go of R. Tails will be gliding on Knuckles now and you can glide with
him wherever you want. Poor Knuckles. He's getting it from Sonic, now Tails.
Just pause the game when they are turning and you'll know what I mean.

Throw Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Tails. Now let go of R and
Tails will throw Knuckles. There isn't much of a point for this attack, but it
can be useful for attacking distant enemies if you don't have any rings.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Tails will become more of a fighter, making it easier to destroy enemies.
Gliding on Knuckles is pretty useful and you can use it to get to distant
platforms. Also Tails can press B to spin around even faster, looking like a
tornado. This can get rid of enemies easier as well.

Cons: Tails loses what makes him Tails. Having Knuckles as a partner loses his
ability to fly, and it then turns into a pathetic glide. Tails cannot get any
major air for gliding and most of the fighting abilities he against are pretty
much useless. Tails and Knuckles is a bad combo, so try to stay away from it.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Tails/Cream Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Control Cream's Chao: Hold R until Cream jumps into Tails' arms. Now let go of
R and the Chao will become orange/brown. This means you can control Cream's
Chao. Use B to attack enemies with it that are nearby, while you don't have to
do a thing. This can even get rid of Bosses too! So use this if you want to get
through the game the easy way.

Air Booster: Hold R until Cream jumps into Tails' arm. Now jump in the air and
then let go of R. Cream will give you a slight boost in the air, but lower than
your flying height. Once you land down to the ground, you can control Cream's
Chao as well.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Being able to control Cream's Chao makes the game easier for getting rid
of enemies and bosses. The air booster is useful for getting onto slightly
higher grounds you normally can't jump onto.

Cons: Besides being able to control Cream's Chao, Tails gets pretty much
nothing. He can still fly, but it's nothing like normal Tails. He can only fly
in the air for 3 seconds and then he gets tired with Cream as a partner. He
also flies with the two tails on the bottom. Also, he gets no higher air boost.
This team is pretty bad as well.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Tails/Amy Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hammer Attack: Instead of being able to attack enemies with your tail, Tails
can now attack with a hammer. Press B and Tails will attack with a hammer. This
is useful for breaking up platforms or for attacking enemies that are right
next to you.

Hammer Boost: Well, Amy does serve a purpose now. Hold R so Amy will jump into
Tails' arms.

Pros: With Amy as a partner, Tails will have slightly more flying time and he
can fly faster as well. The hammer boost works just as great as a flying
ability. Also when flying, Tails gets a hammer, so he can attack while flying
in the air as well, making flying more handy. While in the air, Tails can
attack with the hammer. Just hit B to do a hammer attack, but remember to keep
tapping A to stay in the air when flying.

Cons: Tails does not jump normally, so enemies will be able to attack him
easier while he is in the air. He would jump like a human instead of curling up
like a ball. If you want to jump normally, hit B in the air to curl up like a
ball. Tails will also lose his Air Trick for when bouncing off a spring if Amy
is his partner. Overall, Tails and Amy is a pretty decent team.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Knuckles' Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A: Jump, Glide when in the air, climb up walls
B: Punch
D + A: Spin Dash
D-Pad: Move Knuckles

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Knuckles/Sonic Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Air Dash: Press A to jump. While you are in the air, press A again. Instead of
gliding, Knuckles will dash forward in the air and then land. What a rip-off.
You can't even glide.

Speed Booster: Hold R until Sonic jumps into your arms. Now let go of R and
Sonic will have you go really fast. This is a really useful move, as it can get
you up really steep platforms, and if you had a bad jump while running, you can
use this to get a great jump.

Air Speed Booster: This is the same thing, except this one is in the air. Hold
R until Sonic jumps in your arms. Now jump in the air and let go of R. Sonic
will have Knuckles go really fast, but this only difference is that you're
starting out in the air. This is a little slower than doing it on the ground.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: With Sonic as a partner, Knuckles can use a tag action and go really fast
for getting up steep slopes. That is pretty much the only useful thing about
this combo.

Cons: Wow, there are plenty of them with this team. Knuckles will lose his
ability to glide and it gets replaced with some useless air dash. To top that,
Knuckles loses his ability to climb up walls. The other part is Knuckles gets
no air trick either. So Sonic takes away what makes Knuckles...well Knuckles.
Try to stay away from this team.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Knuckles/Tails Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sky Uppercut: Press B and Knuckles will do an uppercut and jump into the air.
This is slightly useful for taking out annoying enemies that are directly above
you.

Air Boost: Hold R and Tails will jump into you for a tag action. Now let go of
R and Tails will launch you very high into the air. This is very useful for
getting onto high or secret platforms, and you'll really need this in the later
levels.

Fly: Hold R and Tails will jump into you. Now, press A while holding R and you
will be holding onto Tails arms, flying. Use the D-Pad to move around and keep
tapping A to fly higher. If you want to sink to the ground, either jump or
don't press anything.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: When Knuckles tries to glide, he will do a double jump, gaining slightly
more air before gliding thanks to Tails. Knuckles will not lose his ability to
climb up walls, even though you can grab onto Tails and have him fly you
anywhere. The Air Boost from Tails is really useful to get onto extremely high
platforms above you.

Cons: There is pretty much no problem with this team. Knuckles/Tails is one of
the best teams in the game.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Knuckles/Cream Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Control Cream's Chao: Hold R until Cream jumps into Knuckles' arms. Now let go
of R and the Chao will become red and kind of look like Knuckles. This means
you can control Cream's Chao. Use B to attack enemies with it that are nearby,
while you don't have to do a thing. This can even get rid of Bosses too! So use
this if you want to get through the game the easy way.

Air Booster: Hold R until Cream jumps into Knuckles' arm. Now jump in the air
and then let go of R. Cream will give you a slight boost in the air, but lower
than your flying height. Once you land down to the ground, you can control
Cream's Chao as well.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: With Cream as a partner, Knuckles will get to keep all of his abilities.
That means being able to glide normally and climb up walls like that. Knuckles
will also get a slight air boost from Cream's tag action that may work better
than gliding sometimes. You can also use Cream's Chao to attack enemies and
bosses easily.

Cons: With Cream as a partner, being able to control Cream's Chao is all that
Knuckles pretty much gets. He doesn't get any major air or speed boosts either.
But still, the Knuckles/Cream combo is still a pretty solid team.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Knuckles/Amy Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hammer Attack: Instead of being able to attack enemies with your firsts,
Knuckles can now attack with a hammer. Press B and Knuckles will attack with a
hammer. This is useful for breaking up platforms or for attacking enemies that
are right next to you.

Hammer Boost: Well, Amy does serve a purpose now. Hold R so Amy will jump into
Knuckles' arms. Now let go of R and Amy will use her hammer to launch you
really high into the air. It is about the same height as Tails' Air Booster, so
this is very useful.

Wall Spin Dash: When climbing up walls, you can spin dash up walls if Amy is
your partner. When on a wall, hold the d-pad in the direction you are facing
and then keep tapping A. Now let go of the d-pad button and then you'll spin
dash up the wall into the air. Much faster than just slowly climbing up a wall.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: The Hammer attack can be better than attacking with your fists. Knuckles
will not lose his ability to glide or climb up walls, making him the same hold
Knuckles. The Hammer Boost works just as great as an Air Boost, allowing you to
get onto extremely high platforms. With Amy as a partner, Knuckles can spin
dash up walls when he is climbing them, making it much faster than just
climbing the walls.

Cons: Knuckles will lose his ability to jump normally. Instead of curling up
and jumping, he will jump like a human. This will make most enemies easier to
attack Knuckles. Other than that, Knuckles/Amy is a fairly good team.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cream's Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A: Jump, fly while in the air
B: Attack with Chao
Down + A: Spin Dash
D-Pad: Control Cream

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cream/Sonic Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sonic
will have Cream go really fast, but this only difference is that you're
starting out in the air. This is a little slower than doing it on the ground.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: With Sonic as a partner, Cream can use his speed booster ability,
allowing her to go really fast and get up steep slopes. Also she can still
throw her Chao and fly normally. Otherwise, nothing much changes with Cream and
Sonic.

Cons: There is nothing bad about this team. Cream/Sonic is a pretty good combo
that can help you defeat bosses and get rid of enemies easily.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cream/Tails Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Float: This is something weird if Tails is your partner. To do this, jump in
the air and then hold A. Instead of flying, Cream will take an umbrella and
start floating down to the ground. Being able to fly was better.

Pros: Cream can still use her Chao normally. She can get Tails to fly her to
really high platforms, since Cream cannot fly as long as Tails can. The air
boost is really useful for a character like Cream and you can use it to get
onto extremely high platforms.

Cons: There is only bad thing about this team. Instead of being able to fly
with Cream, she can only float in the air. She will pull out an umbrella and
float slowly down to the air. Who cares, Tails can fly you and give you the air
boost. So this team is decent.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cream/Knuckles Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Glide on Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Cream. Now jump in the air
and let go of R. Tails will be gliding on Knuckles now and you can glide with
him wherever you want. Poor Knuckles. Cream is too young to be doing that kind
of thing! Just pause the game when they are turning and you'll know what I
mean.

Throw Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Cream. Now let go of R and
Cream will throw Knuckles. There isn't much of a point for this attack, but it
can be useful for attacking distant enemies if you don't have any rings.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Cream gliding on Knuckles can sometimes be more effective than flying, as
you can use it to get to distant platforms. Also, throwing Knuckles can be
useful for attacking enemies that are really far from you. Cream can still
throw her Chao and fly normally, so she won't lose any of her abilities.

Cons: The Cream/Knuckles combo does not really get any air or speed boosts, but
they are still good for getting rid of bosses. This is another good combo to
use most of the time.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cream/Amy Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hammer Attack: Instead of being able to attack enemies with your firsts, Cream
can now attack with a hammer. Press B and Cream will attack with a hammer. This
is useful for breaking up platforms or for attacking enemies that are right
next to you.

Hammer Boost: Well, Amy does serve a purpose now. Hold R so Amy will jump into
Cream's arms.

Pros: Since Cream is a bad flyer, Amy's hammer boost can make up for it,
allowing you to get to extremely high platforms. With Amy as your partner, you
will have more flying time and you will be able to fly in the air faster.

Cons: Instead of being able to attack with your Chao, Cream can only attack
with a hammer when you press B. You cannot jump normally, so enemies will be
able to attack you. You jump like a human instead of curling up. If you want to
attack with your Chao, jump in the air and then press B, even though it can
mess you up. Try to stay away from this team.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Amy's Controls
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A: Jump
B: Hammer Attack
D-Pad: Move Amy
Down + A: Spin Dash

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Amy/Sonic Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sonic
will have Amy go really fast, but this only difference is that you're
starting out in the air. This is a little slower than doing it on the ground.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: Amy is already a bad enough character. But Sonic helps that out by
letting her use his speed booster ability. This can help Amy get up steep
slopes and such. Plus her hammer can really come in handy sometimes.

Cons: Amy cannot spin dash normally. She will charge up on the ground instead
of curling up. Yeah, this looks really weird and it may mess you up sometimes.
But this team is decent as best, but not one of the best around.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Amy/Tails Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Float: First, jump in the air. Now hold A while you are in the air and then Amy
will start floating down to the ground very slowly. Just like how Cream used an
umbrella, Amy uses balloons, which are even more slower.

Pros: Amy can grab onto Tails and have Tails fly with her. You can use this to
get to distant platforms or to avoid traps. Also, the air boost works really
well to get onto extremely high platforms.

Cons: This is a pretty bad team. Amy cannot spin dash at all. Instead, she hops
like a bunny when you try to spin dash. She can also not jump normally, making
it easier for enemies to attack. Also, the balloon floating is pretty useless.
One of the worst teams in the game.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Amy/Knuckles Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Glide on Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Amy. Now jump in the air
and let go of R. Tails will be gliding on Knuckles now and you can glide with
him wherever you want. Poor Knuckles. Now we all know Amy is cheating on Sonic!
Just pause the game when they are turning and you'll know what I mean.

Throw Knuckles: Hold R so Knuckles will jump onto Amy. Now let go of R and
Amy will throw Knuckles. There isn't much of a point for this attack, but it
can be useful for attacking distant enemies if you don't have any rings.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: With Knuckles, Amy can spin dash. Gliding on Knuckles is useful to get to
distant platforms, and throwing Knuckles can be useful for defending yourself.
Also, Amy gets a much bigger hammer and can knock down stuff easily.

Cons: Amy cannot jump normally, making enemies easier to hit her. With the
Amy/Knuckles combo, they get no beneficial air or speed moves. Amy/Knuckles is
a DECENT team at best.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Amy/Cream Controls
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Control Cream's Chao: Hold R until Cream jumps into Amy's arms. Now let go
of R and the Chao will become pink and kind of look like Amy.. This means you
can control Cream's Chao. Use B to attack enemies with it that are nearby,
while you don't have to do a thing. This can even get rid of Bosses too! So use
this if you want to get through the game the easy way.

Air Booster: Hold R until Cream jumps into Amy's arm. Now jump in the air and
then let go of R. Cream will give you a slight boost in the air, but lower
than your flying height. Once you land down to the ground, you can control
Cream's Chao as well.

***************
Pros and Cons:
***************

Pros: With Cream as a partner, Amy can control her Chao and use it to get rid
of enemies and bosses easily. The Air Booster makes up for the jump and spin
dash and allows you to get onto higher platforms.

Cons: Amy cannot spin dash at hall. Instead, she can just hop like a bunny all
over the place. Another thing is that she cannot jump normally, so enemies can
hit her easily while she is in the air. Stay away from this team, as it will
just give you no good.

==============
3. Characters
==============

This section will cover all of the main characters in the game.

Sonic = The main character of the game, and now he is out there for another
adventure. He absolutely hates evil and wants peace in the city of Gemerl.
Sonic can spin dash, run like crazy, and even turn into Super Sonic with all
the Chaos Emeralds in the last level of the game. This energetic blue hedgehog
will always be my favorite character in the Sonic series.

Tails = Ever since Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the Sega Genesis, Tails has been
Sonic's best friend and has been a big help to Sonic in the past to present
day. This brown, two tailed fox can do just as much as Sonic can. With his two
tails, he can fly in the air and get onto higher platforms and such, making him
really useful. Tails is just a cool little character in the Sonic series to
have around.

Knuckles = Knuckles first appearance was in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, but you
couldn't play as him until Sonic and Knuckles or Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Since
then, he and Sonic have became rivals, but they have been friends as well.
Knuckles can glide in the air and climb up walls, making him a character that
is tough to beat. Knuckles is also a pretty sweet character.

Cream the Rabbit = Recently new to the Sonic series, Cream was introduced in
Sonic Advance 2. She is a young rabbit, but Cream and her Chao named "Cheese"
will not go down easy. She can use her long ears to fly, but the amount of
flying time she gets is nothing compared to Tails' flying time. With her Chao,
she can take down any enemy or any boss easily, for those who are not that
great at this game.

Amy Rose = Since Sonic CD, Amy has been Sonic's "girlfriend". In pretty much
every Sonic game Amy is in, she annoys Sonic that if he is going to ask her out
or not. This pink hedgehog is not so great in the game. She does have a hammer
to go and attack enemies, but she cannot jump normally, or even spin dash in
some cases.

G-Mel = A black robot that is the size of Sonic, invented by Robotnik. In most
of the boss levels, you will see G-Mel first to fight him. He is pretty easy to
get rid of, just hit him once he is on the ground. But at the end, G-Mel gets a
nice little surprise from Tails and Cream.

Dr. Robotnik = The evil man behind all of this. He is an extremely smart
scientist, with an IQ of over 300. But he is no match for Sonic and his
buddies. He always invents cool things, but he always falls short. Robotnik can
also take enemies and turn them into robots for his own will. In pretty much
every Sonic game, he wants to take the Chaos Emeralds and rule the world with
them.

=========
4. Items
=========

For the items in this game, they are found in small, silver jars in each of the
level.

5 Rings = The jar will have a 5 on it. Breaking open this box by jumping on it
will give you 5 rings.

10 rings = The jar will have a 10 on it. Breaking open this box will give you
10 rings.

?? rings = This jar will have a random amount of rings. It will have a "?" on
the jar. You can get amounts of 1, 5, 10, 30, or even 50 rings out of this
random ring box.

Sneakers = The jar will have a sneaker symbol on it, and this is probably my
favorite item in the game. Breaking open this box will make you much faster for
a short amount of time, and you can be running at max speed. This is good for
getting past annoying slopes and such, and it is like Sonic's speed booster.

1-up = This will have a face on it. Breaking open this will give you a free
extra life. Once your amount of lives hit 0, you get a game over. Don't worry,
all of your data is still saved.

Invincibility = This will have stars on it. Breaking open this will allow you
to become invincible for a short amount of time. While you are invincible,
nothing can hurt you except for drowning under water and being crushed by
moving platforms. Still, you can run into an enemy and get rid of it.

Shield = Once you break this open, a barrier will surround you. You will be
protected from enemy attacks and you will not lose rings once you are hit. So,
if you get hit with a shield off, you will lose your shield and not lose any
rings. Try to get these if you see these. You will know that you have a
standard shield if the orb surrounding you is green.

Ring Magnet = This is like a shield, but even better like the Electric Shield
from earlier Sonic games. With this shield on, any nearby rings will come right
to you without you having to jump up and collect them. The difference for
colors between an Electric Shield and a normal shield is that the orb
surrounding your character is big and blue, not green.

==============
5. Mini Games
==============

In Sonic Advance 3, there are mini games that you can play to get a chance for
extra lives, even though you can only have up to 10 lives at a time. In each
zone map, there are two blue machines. If you stay under one for a second, it
will suck you into the machine and you will play 1 of the 2 mini games. They
are the same ones each zone, but beware that they get harder and harder each
zone. If you want to get extra lives really easy, do the Switch Mini Game from
Route 99, as all you have to do is score 5 points. Anyway, here are the mini
games.

-----------------
Switch Mini Game
-----------------

This is the better of the two mini games, and it is easier too. The point of
this mini game is to hit the switch by dashing, jumping, or attacking with it
in any form to get points. There are 5 switches on the machine, but you can
only hit one, which is the colored one, so go for that one. When you hit the
colored switch, a new one will appear on a different part of the machine. If
you hit it when the switch is red, you get 3 points. You will also 2 points for
a yellow machine and 1 for a blue machine. The colors will change from red to
yellow to blue in a matter of seconds, so try to quickly hit the switch before
it turns to blue. Another note is that you have 30 seconds to get the required
amount of points needed to win. If you can get the required amount of points
before the time runs out, you will get a certain amount of 1-ups. The faster
you beat it in, the more 1-ups you will get, but I don't know how it is done
myself. Also, the amount of points depends on the zone you are in. Here they
are below:

Zone 1: Route 99: 5 points
Zone 2: Sunset Hill: 8 points
Zone 3: Ocean Base: 12 points
Zone 4: Toy Kingdom: 15 points
Zone 5: Twinkle Snow: 18 points
Zone 6: Cyber Track: 22 points
Zone 7: Chaos Angel: 25 points

----------------
Enemy Mini Game
----------------

This one is the harder one out of the two of them. In this mini game, you must
defeat 8 enemies within a minute to earn 1-ups. The enemies you will have to
face are the ones found in that zone. You will also have to use or avoid the
obstacles you will find in that zone as well. Fighting and flying teams work
here the best, as this mini game also gets harder as the game goes by. If you
defeat 8 enemies within a minute, you will earn a certain amount of 1-ups. The
faster you beat the mini game in, the more 1-ups you get. If you want to win 5
lives (which is the highest amount you can get), then you have to finish the
mini game with at least 25 seconds remaining (thanks to gamersince93 for this
one).

Have fun.

===========
6. Enemies
===========

Here is a list of the enemies you will find in the game. Like most Sonic games,
many enemies only appear in certain levels, while some appear in multiple
levels. Since I could not find their real names anywhere, I will make up my
lame names for them and describe them as best as I can. I will also list which
zones they can be found in.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Spiked Purple Bat = One of the most annoying enemies out there if you are
either flying or falling from a gap. They stay in the air and do not attack
you, but they have a spear rotation around them that will hurt you if you touch
it, so watch out if you find one of these purple enemies in the air. So, to get
rid of these enemies, hit them from the top or hit them from below. They are
found in Route 99, Ocean Base, and Chaos Angel.

Jetted Lady Bug = An enemy that shouldn't annoy you too much. These ladybugs
slide around on the ground with their jets but they do not attack you, but you
will get hit if you touch them. To get rid of them, spin dash into them or jump
to them and they should not give you any problem at all. You can find them in
Route 99.

Plane Bird = An enemy just as annoying as the Spiked Purple Bat, except these
fly and attack you. You will find these planes flying around in the air, and
they directly attack you once they're spotted. If you're not careful, it could
really mess you up. The best way to get rid of these suckers is to jump onto
them before they attack you. You can find them in Route 99.

Blue Ladybug = If you're running around a lot of the levels, you'll be ignoring
these enemies most of the time and they will not give you any problem at all.
When running down a slope, you'll probably see these running down the slopes of
Route 99. Once you see these, they'll jump into the air and you'll run right
under them. But if you want to take them out, just simply jump on them and
they'll be gone.

Frogs = Found hopping on the ground in Sunset Hill, they can be annoying if
you're running around the grass carelessly. They are Frogs (duh) who hope
around on the ground, but they don't bounce too high. If you're not close
enough to them, they will try to attack you by sticking out their tongue, which
isn't too hard to avoid. Just jump onto them to get rid of them.

Robot Bees = One of those old enemies from the earlier Sonic games. You can
spot them out easily in Sunset Hill and Chaos Angel. They fly around in the air
and they attack you by shooting a mine at you once they see you, which should
be easy enough to dodge. They do not attack you any other way. The best way to
get rid of them is to just jump onto them.

Jumping Moles = In Sunset Hill, you'll notice small gray holes on the ground.
You'll see moles jump out of them and jump back in them by surprise. That may
be annoying, but they don't attack you directly. Just jump on them to get rid
of them. They'll jump out of their little homes once you come close to them and
then they'll jump back in. Annoying, but shouldn't really be a problem.

Camping Sharks = Found in the Ocean Base, this is going to be one of the most
annoying enemies in the game. When jumping up a waterfall, you'll see these
sharks camping on the sides, waiting to attack you. Once you come close to
them, they'll attack you and it may knock you off the waterfall. Try to dodge
them as best as you can. To get rid of them, jump on them but try your best to
ignore them.

Red Octopus = A flying red Octopus in the Ocean Base. They fly around in the
air and move from side to side. Once they see you, they'll shoot small mines at
you, which shouldn't be hard to dodge. Jump on them to get rid of them because
sooner or later, you'll find these enemies pretty annoying. Sometimes you may
see these enemies in groups.

Toy Lions = An annoying enemy found in the Toy Kingdom. You will see these
golden lions moving slowly on the ground. They do not attack you but they can
get in your way pretty easily. If you try to attack them on the head, you will
just bounce off of them. The right way to get rid of them is attack them from
behind, which isn't hard.

Robo-Clown = This is a clown riding on a wheel in the Toy Kingdom. They like to
juggle their pins and they do not notice you at all, or attack you as well.
Once you see one of these clowns, hit them on the head to get rid of them.
Unless you are running around like crazy, these clowns shouldn't give you a
problem at all, unless you really, really hate clowns.

Magnet Pig = If you're a freak about having a high amount of rings, then stay
away from these pigs. They roll around on wheels, but they do not attack you.
If you jump onto them, they will be gone for good. If you touch them, you'll
get hit. But that's not it. All of your rings will go into the slot in the pig
and they will be gone forever unless you kill the pig. If you kill the pig
before the rings are gone, you have a chance to get your rings back. Found in
the Toy Kingdom.

Toy Soldiers = Found in groups of three marching around Toy Kingdom, they are
easy to defeat but they can easily get on your nerves. When walking around,
they shoot mines out of their muskets and they don't care where they go, and
they can hit you. If you want to get rid of these enemies fast, just spin dash
right into them. Or just jump onto them if you prefer the hard way.

Snowmen = I HATE WINTER AND THE SNOW SO MUCH. Even in a video game, levels with
snow are annoying. These snowmen don't make life any better. Standing on the
ground and not moving, they toss snowball after snowball after snowball, and
this gets really annoying. To get rid of these snowmen, jump on top of them.
Looks like this snow is fake, not artificial. And if it's a snowman, guess
where they are? Twinkle Snow, because they'd probably melt somewhere else.

Spiked Snails = Again, Twinkle Snow gives us another enemy to add to your
delight. These snails have spikes on the top and if you touch them, you get
hurt. When you come near them, they'll release the spike into the air, but they
will not grow back another one. Once they release the spike, attack them on the
back to get rid of them. They also move around and do not attack you any other
way.

Spiked Octopus = God, I really hate this enemy. You'll find this under the cold
waters of Twinkle Snow. They do not move around and stay where they are, making
them much worse. On the side of them are spikes, which they'll release in all
different directions once you see them. And if you think that's bad enough,
they grow them back! Quickly jump on them to get rid of them once they release
the spikes.

Clams = Surprisingly, this enemy is only found in Cyber Track. You'll see their
yellow shells and they look harmless...not until they open up and shoot mines
out of their mouth, but they shouldn't be too much of a problem. Just jump on
their shell or spin dash into them to get rid of them and they should not annoy
you at all.

Grasshoppers = Remember these from Metropolis of Sonic the Hedgehog 2? They're
back in Cyber Track and they're annoying as ever. Just like in Sonic 2, they
will release their sharp claws at you to attack, and if you're not careful, it
can knock you off a platform and mess you up big time, just like in Sonic 2.
After they release the claws, they got nothing else to attack you with. Just
jump onto them to get rid of them.

Spiders = Another old pal from the past that you will find in Cyber Track. You
should remember these spiders from the Chemical Plant zone of Sonic the
Hedgehog 2. They move around on the ceiling waiting for you to come close. Once
you do, they'll try to grab you, which will cause you to lose your
shield/ring/die. Jump onto them if you want to get rid of them without a
problem.

Caterpillar = Man, I guess Cyber Track is the place to go to find old Sonic
enemies. Just like the flying caterpillars from Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic
the Hedgehog 3, they fly around in the air. But they do not attack you and you
do not need to hit them in the head this time. Just jump onto them to get rid
of them and you'll have no problem with these enemies.

Rolling Rhino = In Chaos Angel, these enemies are pretty annoying. You cannot
attack them if they are curled up and rolling, which these you to attack you.
Once they uncurl, spin dashing into them is the best way of getting rid of
these annoying enemies.

And there ends the list of my lame enemy names.

================================
7. Obstacles/Zone Map Obstacles
================================

This section will cover most of the basic obstacles and ones you will find on
each zone map as well. First, on with the basic obstacles.

----------------
Basic Obstacles
----------------

Rings: These are pretty much found in every level. Collect them if you see
them, because if you get hit by an enemy or something else, you will lose a
life. So collect as many as you can. If you get hit with rings, you will lose
all of your rings, but try to collect as many as you can once you get hit.
Collecting 100 rings will also give you a 1-up.

Spikes: Yep, those old spikes that have annoyed you all the time in previous
Sonic games. They just like to stick out from the ground, on the side of the
wall, or hanging from the ceiling. If you touch one of these, you will either
lose your shield/lose your rings/lose a life. Sometimes spikes may be hidden
from the ground and they can pop up at anytime. They can also mess you up if
you are running through a level.

Springs: You can always use these to get onto higher platforms. They can be on
the ground, on the side of a wall or hanging from a ceiling. Hitting them will
send you high into the air to get on a higher platform, across the floor, or
sending you down to the floor if they are hanging from the ceiling. Be noted
that some springs may bounce you higher than other springs.

Speed Boosters: One of my favorite obstacles in the game. If you touch them,
you will start running at maximum speed, and then you will be stopped by
something sooner or later, and these can get you through areas a lot faster. If
you don't see any of these nearby, you could always use Sonic's high speed tag
action if Sonic is your partner to go at maximum speed.

--------------
Map Obstacles
--------------

This part of the section will list the obstacles you will find on each zone map
and what they mean. The zone maps are where you can get from one act to another
or get into a mini game. If you are trying to look for a Special Stage Spring
or a Mini Game/Boss machine in a certain zone, look under the appropriate zone
in my walkthrough. Each map obstacle will be listed before I start the zone's
first act. Here goes:

Giant Ring: These are found at the beginning of every zone map. If you jump
into one of these, you will be taken into the zone factory, where you can do
plenty of things. First, you can enter the machine with the arrows pointing up
to change your character/team/partner. Another thing is if you head left and
hit the spring, you will find an opening. This opening will take you to the
Chao Map, where you can view the Chao you've collected in the current zone and
if you have the Chaos Emerald found there or not. If you head right from the
Chao Map, you will find an area to warp from zone to zone. If you already
visited a certain zone, you can jump into the machine that has its zone number
on it and warp there. Very useful for getting around areas instead of going
through zone to zone.

Act Ring: The smaller rings that you will find in each zone. Each ring is
scattered around the zone map, and each one will be labeled with a 1, 2, or a
3, representing the act it is in. You can do the acts in any order that you
like, but you need to do all 3 before you fight the boss. Jump into the ring to
go into the act. A crown will appear above the ring if you've already finished
it.

Mini Game Machine: There are two of them in each zone map and they are both the
color blue. If you stand below one of these, it will take you to either the
Switch or Enemy Mini Game, where you have a chance to earn 1-ups. Unless you
turn the game off, you can only enter each mini game once every time you play,
but that shouldn't be a problem.

Boss Machine: These are orange machines that have Robotnik's face on them. They
will not be activated until you have beaten all 3 acts in that zone. Once you
have zone so, you can enter this machine and fight the boss to be taken to the
next zone in the game.

Special Stage Spring: These springs will take you to the zone's special stage,
where you can go attempt to get the zone's Chaos Emerald. You need a special
key to unlock the spring each time, where you can find it randomly in any act.
But to first find the key, you must collect all 10 Chao found in that zone.
After, you can find the key and use it on the Special Stage Spring.

Omachao: This just isn't a map obstacle, it's also something you will be seeing
a lot throughout the game. They are little robotic Chao that can help you give
useful tips and such. You can also notice them by seeing a spinning propeller
on top of their head. If you walk up to them and press Up, they will give you a
tip on something, whether it is during an act or while you are in the zone map.

===============
8. Walkthrough
===============

I will be guiding you throughout each zone and act and tips for each act if one
part is annoying you. Of course, this won't cover how to get the Chao, just use
my Chao walkthrough for that. This is just for using the best paths to get out
of the act, the teams recommended, and how to get out of it as well.

<><><><><><><><><>
Zone 1: Route 99
<><><><><><><><><>

Locations of rings around map:

Act 1 ring: Go forward and you'll see a black tile on the ground. Keep jumping
at it to get rid of it, and then fall in the hole. Down here, hit the switch to
create a spring to the right. Use it to get onto the platform above you. Up
here, head left and use the hook above you. Up here, head right to the act 1
ring.

Act 2 ring: From the act 1 ring, head right, jumping across all of the
platforms and the gaps until you get to the act 2 ring.

Act 3 ring: Next to the act 2 ring, drop down to the floor to your right. Down
here, head all the way right until you get to the act 3 ring.

Boss Machine: Head right from the act 3 ring and hit the switch, which will
create 4 springs. Let all 4 bounce you onto a hook, and the hook will take you
onto a higher platform. On here, head left and get to the boss machine.

Special Stage Spring: From the act 1 ring, head left and you'll get to a
spring. Let the spring take you to a hook which will bounce you onto a higher
platform. On this platform is the special stage spring.

Machine Mini Game: From the act 2 ring, head right and drop down to the gap
below you. Down here, RUN left and you should run over a gap to a machine. This
mini game is the machine mini game.

Enemy Mini Game Machine: From the act 1 ring, head right and you'll get to a
gap, so fall down it. Down here, head left and spin dash up the curved wall and
onto a higher platform. Up here, head left to the machine and let you suck it
to play the enemy mini game.

--------------
Zone 1: Act 1
--------------

Here is your first level. From the start of the level, run all the way right up
a steep slope and up a curved wall. At the top, pick up the Chao you will see.
Now drop down to the ground to your right, past the moving platform. Down here,
hit the spring and you will go down a slope up into the air. If you land on a
moving platform, ignore it and drop down to the floor to the right. You should
hit a rail, so grind it. At the end of the ride, run left and let the ramp
shoot you over the air, through a loop-de-loop, up a curved wall, hitting a
spring, through another loop-de-loop, hitting another spring and loop-de-loop
and stopping at a blue switch. Hit the switch to create a moving platform. Use
it to get onto the higher platform to your right. On here, hit the spring and
you'll be sent onto a higher platform.

On here, head left and hit the goalpost. Now continue left up a curved wall
stopping at spikes. On here, drop down to the gap to your right. Down here, hit
the spring and you will go right, hit another spring, go down a curved wall and
land on the ground. Down here, head left and jump over the moving platform to
collect the Chao. Now go back right and use the moving platform to get onto the
platform to your right. On here, drop down to the ground way below you, going
past all the moving platforms. Down here, hit the speed booster and it will
send you through a loop-de-loop, up a curved wall and stopping next to a set of
spikes. Up here, drop down to the ground to your right.

Down here, hit the spring and it will send you up a curved wall, landing on a
higher platform. On here, head left. Use the spring to get onto the higher
platform. Now head left to the trampoline and use it to get onto the higher
platform to your right. On here, hit the spring to get onto the platform above
you. Up here, hit the speed booster to your right and you'll go up and down
slopes, hitting springs. At the end of all of this, you'll be sent into the
air. Instead, just land on the platform below you. On here, pick up the Chao
and then drop down to the ground to your right. Down here, head right and hit
the goalpost. Now run right and you'll go through springs, loop-de-loops and
even speed boosters. At the end of all this, you'll land on a rail.

Grind this rail. At the end of the ride, run right and you'll get to a see-saw.
Use this to get onto the higher platform. On here, head right past the goalpost
and then run up all the speed boosters and such. Once you hit a spring, hold
right and you'll get to a higher platform. On here, head right and you'll see
the end ring. Touch it to finish the level.

--------------
Zone 1: Act 2
--------------

From the start of the level, run up the slope to your right. At the top, drop
into the pit to your right. Down here, spin dash up the left curved wall and a
spring will bounce you up another curved wall onto a hook. The hook will take
you to a higher platform. Up here, head right and you will get to the Chao, so
pick it up. Now keep jumping on the barrier to your right to break it. After
that, drop down to the ground to your right, watching out for the floating
enemy. Down here, run right down the slope. At the bottom, run right through
the next three loop-de-loops and then up a curved wall onto a higher platform.
Up here, head left and hit the switch to create the spring. Hit the spring and
it will take you to another spring, which will bounce you right onto a higher
platform.

On here, use the see-saw to bounce on the higher platform to your left. On
here, use the little pole to get onto the see-saw above you. Use this see-saw
to get onto a rail, and then grind the rail. At the end of the ride, bounce on
the spring. You'll see an Invincibility box next to you, so grab it. Now hit
the speed booster and you'll go through two springs, through a ramp, another
spring, grinding up a rail, hitting another speed booster and then stopping at
a set of spikes. Now drop down to the ground to your right. Down here, head
right and use the poles to get onto the higher platform to your right. Up here,
hit the goalpost and go down the slope. Now hit the spring at the bottom and
you'll hit another spring getting onto a handle. On here, jump off the handle
and get onto the hook above you.

Let the hook take you upwards. Up here, run right up the slope, through a loop-
de-loop and hit two springs. Now get into the opening to your right. In here,
run right down the slope and through a loop-de-loop, up the curved wall. Now
get on the platform to the left. On here, head left and jump onto the hook. Let
the hook get on the platform to your right. On here, hit the goal post and
continue right, hitting the spring to get onto a higher platform. Up here, head
left and let the spring bounce you to a handle. Use the spinning handle to get
onto the platform to your left. On here, hit the speed booster to run up a
curved wall. At the top, just land on the ground below you.

From here, continue right and hit the spring. Let it take you down a curved
wall near a barrier. Break the barrier and then hit the spring on the other
side. While in the air, use the two hooks to get on the platform to your right.
On here, hit the speed booster to run up a wall and grab a spinning handle. Use
it to get on the hook above you. Let the hook take you up and then get on the
platform to the right. Up here, run right and hit the speed booster. You'll go
down slopes, up loop-de-loops, hit springs, and then be launched into the air.
You'll see a rail below it, and then grind the rail. At the end, hold right to
get onto another rail and then grind this one. At the end of the ride, hit the
ring you will get to so you can finish the level.

--------------
Zone 1: Act 3
--------------

Once you start this level, just fall down the hole next to you and you'll land
on a rail, so grind it. At the end of the ride, run right and you'll get to a
spring, so hit it. While in the air, get on the moving platform to the right.
On here, jump onto the platform to the right. On this platform, run up the
curved wall and continue right through a loop-de-loop, stopping at a see-saw.
Use the see-saw to get onto the platform above you. Up here, run right and
you'll get to a spring, so hit it and go through the opening to your right. In
here, run right down the curved wall. Once you see the ground below you, drop
onto it. Down here, hit the spring and get on the platform to your left. On
here, collect the Chao.

Now drop down to the floor to your left. Down here, run all the way right down
the slope and up a curved wall. In the air, just land on the platform to your
right. On here, head right and drop down to the ground below you. Down here,
run right to the see-saw. Use it to get onto a hook, and then let the hook take
you to a spring. Hit the spring and you will go through a loop-de-loop,
stopping at another see-saw. Use it to get to the next see-saw. Now use this
see-saw and you'll get onto a higher platform. Guess what, another see-saw.
Don't worry this is the final one. Now get on the higher platform to your
right. On here, hit the speed booster and you'll be taken up a rail, through a
loop-de-loop, hitting a spring and grabbing onto a hook.

Use it to get on the higher platform to your right. On here, get the 5 ring box
and head right to hit the spring. It will send you back left, but this time
you'll go down a curved wall and landing on a spinning handle. Use the rail to
go as far left. You'll head down a slope, stopping under a hook. Hurry, get
onto the hook before the platform you're on falls! Otherwise you'll have to get
back up there. Now head left up some curved walls and through a spiral
platform, grinding a rail, and then heading up a curved wall. At the top, drop
down to the floor to your left. Down here, hit the goalpost and run through the
ramp. You'll be sent into the air and fall down next to a barrier.

Break the barrier and go right. Over here, hit the blue switch to create a
platform. Now use it to jump over a set of spikes and fall into a hole. Down
here, hit the spring to be launched through a loop-de-loop, down a slope, up a
curved wall and onto a platform. Up here, head right and hit the spring and get
onto the higher platform. On here, head right, hit the goalpost, go through the
loop-de-loop, and let a ramp push you onto another platform. Keep going right
through a loop-de-loop, through a spiral platform and onto a spinning handle.
If you want the Chao, use it to get onto a hook above you, and use the hook to
get the Chao to your right.

Otherwise, drop down below the spinning handle. Down here, run down the slope
to your right and you'll go up a wall, through a loop-de-loop, stopping at a
see-saw. Use it to get onto the platform above you. Up here, let the 3 springs
bounce you to a hook. On here, use the hook to get to another spring. This
spring will send you to the end of the level, so hit the clear ring.

Zone 1 Boss
------------

*****************
Mini Boss: G-Mel
Difficulty: 1/5
*****************

Before you face Robotnik, you must face his little black robot, G-Mel. This guy
is way to easy. He starts the fight by moving to the left of the screen. Once
he stops, hit him on the head. Only hit him WHEN HE IS NOT MOVING. Now, he will
run to the opposite side of the screen. Hit him again once he stops. It takes 4
hits to get rid of this guy.

****************************
Boss: Dr. Robotnik's Hammer
Difficulty: 3.5/5
****************************

This boss is way too annoying for a first boss. You will see Robotnik in a
hammer. Do not touch his machine or else you will get hurt. Now he will pull
his hammer back and try to nail you with hit. Once he lands, hit him on the
head before he gets back up. You can also jump to the right part of the screen
if you want to, if that is easier for you. After 4 hits, he will begin to use
his hammer to a longer distance and more accurate, so stay off the edges of the
screen. After 8 hits, he is gone. Another thing is that if you get out of the
hammer, he will try to slam you with the bottom of the hammer. So much for an
annoying first boss.

Now, onto the next zone, Sunset Hill.

<><><><><><><><><><><>
Zone 2: Sunset Hill
<><><><><><><><><><><>

Ah, Sunset Hill. The music of this area is a nice little remix of Green Hill
Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog 1 on the Genesis. Any good memories anyone?

Act 1 Ring: From the big ring, just head right. You'll find the act 1 ring
along the way.

Act 2 Ring: From the first ring, head right and you'll get to a spring. Hit the
spring and let it take you to a higher platform. On here, jump over the gap and
you'll get to a blue trampoline. Let it bounce you onto the higher platform
above you. On here, head left and you'll get to the act 2 ring.

Act 3 Ring: Continue left from the act 2 ring and you'll get to a hole, so fall
down it. You should hit a switch, creating a platform to your right. Use it to
get to the platform across from you. On here, head right to the trampoline. Use
it to get really high and onto the platform. On here, there should be a
deactivated spring. Anyway, head right and you'll get to the act 3 ring.

Boss Machine: Head right from the act 3 ring and you'll get to a switch.
Hitting this switch will active the spring to the left, to bounce on it onto
the higher platform. On here, drop down to the platform to your left. Down
here, jump on the left platform and you'll find the boss machine.

Special Stage Spring: Go right from the act 1 ring and you'll get to the
trampoline. Use it to bounce really high. While in the air, you'll see a moving
platform so get on it. Now use this platform to get onto the platform to your
left. On here, you'll find the Special Stage Spring.

Switch Machine Mini Game: Go back to the same trampoline you used to get to act
2/Special Stage spring. This time, go right of it and you'll find the machine
in a corner. Enter it if you want to.

Enemy Mini Game: Go left from the act 2 ring, where you'll find a gap. This
time, just jump over it instead of falling down it, where you'll get to the
machine for beating all the enemies.

--------------
Zone 2: Act 1
--------------

From the start of this level, head right up the small slope. You'll get to a
set of stairs, so head up them. At the top, continue to run right, through a
loop-de-loop and then into the air. Just hit the spring below you to get on top
of the loop-de-loop to the left. On here, hit the switch to activate the spring
and let the spring bounce you to a green bouncy pole. Let the pole take you to
another pole, and then this pole will send you to a platform. On here, jump on
the rock to break it open, revealing a Chao so pick it up. Now drop back down
to the ground below you. Down here, head right to the trampoline. Use the
trampoline to be bounced really high in the air, landing on a platform.

There should be a sign with an arrow to your right. So head right and jump over
the gap. Now hit the spring and run past the loop-de-loop. Keep running right
to another spring, and then use this spring to get on the high platform to the
right. On here, jump over the pole and run right until you get to a pit with
two moving platforms. Let both of them take you to the platform across you, and
then jump on it. On here, jump over the moving platform to get onto another
platform. On here, drop down to the ground to your right. Now run right through
the loop-de-loop and you'll get to a bungee cord. Let the cord take you onto
the platform to your right while you're in the air.

On here, run right and you'll get to a gap, so fall down it and you'll land on
a rail. Grind this rail and you'll hit a spring, sending you to another rail.
Grind this rail to a platform. Head right and use the two moving platforms to
get onto the platform to your right. On here, run right, hit the spring and get
on the rail, and then grind it. At the end of the ride, jump onto the first
pole. Now jump on the pole to the right and then jump on the platform to your
right. On here, use the trampoline to get on the higher platform to the right.
On here, hit the speed booster and you'll go through a loop-de-loop, and then a
bungee cord will take you onto a higher platform to your right.

On here, hit the goalpost to your right. Now head right and hit the spring.
Hold right and you'll land on a rail, so get to the top of it. On this
platform, jump over the green bouncy pole and you'll get to a long pole. Jump
off of it and land on the platform below you. Down here, hit the hidden speed
booster behind the waterfall and you'll run across the water, sent into the air
and landing on a rail. Grind this rail and it'll send you to the end of the end
of the level where the ending ring is, so touch it to end the level.

--------------
Zone 2: Act 2
--------------

Once you start this level, run all the way right through a loop-de-loop and up
a very long curved wall. Unless Sonic is your partner and you have high speed
tag action, you can't get up there. At the top is a Chao if you want it.
Getting the Chao or not, just go back down the curved wall, through the same
loop-de-loop, but you'll go down a slope this time. Keep running left up
another curved wall and a spring will send you back down another curved wall.
Keep running right until you get to a spring. Hit the spring and then hit the
goalpost. Now drop down onto the moving platform to your right. On here, get
onto the next moving platform and get on the platform to your right. Hit the
speed booster and you'll go up a slope and then be sent into the air landing on
a long pole.

Just jump off of it and use the green bouncy pole to hit the spring on the
left. You will hit more springs and then land on a platform. On here, run right
through the loop-de-loop and you'll nab onto a bungee cord. Let it take you
onto the higher pole to the right. Let this pole take you downward and you'll
see another pole to the right. Get on this pole and you'll see a platform to
the right. Get on it and then quickly jump off of it to get on top of the loop-
de-loop to the right. On here, continue right and you'll get to a bungee cord.
Let it take you to a rail and then grind it. At the end of the ride, run right
up the next rail and hit the goalpost at the end. Grab onto the bungee cord and
try to land on the rail. Grind it to the spring and hit the spring. You'll go
through a loop-de-loop and a spring will toss you onto a different platform.

On here, keep running right to the spring at the end of this platform. Hit the
spring and it will send you to a green bouncy pole. Let the pole bounce you to
a spring; hit it and you'll go down a curved wall, through a loop-de-loop, hit
a spring and then go back through the same loop-de-loop. This time, you'll run
right and grab onto a bungee cord. Use the cord to get onto the platform to the
right. Hit the spring and the next bungee cord will send you onto the platform
above you. On here, run right down the slope, through the loop-de-loop, hitting
a spring, going down a curved wall, hitting another spring, going up a curved
wall and stopping at a goalpost.

At the end of that crazy ride, hit the goalpost. Now take a nice ride down the
waterslide and you'll land next to a green bouncy pole. Use it to get onto the
moving platform to the right. On here, get onto the platform to your right. Now
keep running all the way right and you'll get to the end of the level, so hit
the exit ring.

--------------
Zone 2: Act 3
--------------

If Sonic is your leader and you beat this level, then you will be able to play
as Knuckles. I would use Sonic/Tails for this because with the high jump tag
action, you can use a lot of shortcuts. Start this level by heading right until
you get to a spring. Hit the spring and let it bounce to another spring. Hit
this spring and land on the platform above you. On here, either fly or use high
jump tag action to get on the platform to your left. On here, spin dash up the
curved wall and you'll end up next to a green bouncy pole. On here, pick up the
Chao to the left and use the green bouncy pole to get on the platform to your
right. On here, run right and hit the goalpost.

Now jump onto the pole to your right. Quickly jump onto the next pole when you
get on it, and then jump onto the platform to your right. On here, hit the
spring and go through the loop-de-loop. A bungee cord will send you high into
the air, but just land onto the platform to the right. On here, head right and
you'll see a rotating platform in the air. Get on it until you see the
waterfall to the right. Behind the waterfall is an opening, so CAREFULLY JUMP
INTO IT AND DO NOT TOUCH THE WATERSLIDE. In here, drop down to the ground to
your right. Down here, head right until you see a Chao. Once you see it, pick
it up. Now head up the stairs to the right. At the top, you'll see moving
platforms to the left.

Either use them or high jump tag action to get onto the platform to your left.
On here, hit the speed booster and you'll go left, hitting a spring and hitting
a switch, creating a platform. Use the platform to get onto the higher platform
to your left. On here, head left and use the ramp to get onto the platform
across from you. Now hit the goalpost and run down the long slope. At the
bottom, hit the spring to be bounced onto a rail. Grind this rail. At the end
of the ride, you'll be sent on top of a loop-de-loop, hitting a switch and
creating the platform. Use the platform to get onto the platform above you. Up
here, run left and you'll get to a spring. Hit the spring, then the speed
booster and you'll go up a long curved wall.

Keep running right, grind up a rail and stopping at a rock. To your right are
long poles. Use the poles to get onto the lower platform to your right. On
here, head right and spin dash up the curved wall. At the top, use the moving
platform to get onto the higher platform to the right. On here, continue right
and you'll get to a green bouncy pole. Let it take you onto the higher platform
to your left. On here, head left to get to the end of this platform. Now use
the moving platform to get onto the higher platform above you. On here, go all
the way right and hit the spring. Now hit the goalpost and continue right.
You'll get to a rock, so break it and it will reveal a Chao, so pick it up.

Now ride down the waterslides and you'll land on a platform. On here, head
right and grind the rail. Go through the loop-de-loop, hit the ramp and you'll
be on another platform. Run through this loop-de-loop, hit the spring and the
ramp and it will send you to another ramp. Just through this ramp and you'll be
at the end of the level, before you can do anything, you have to fight G-Mel.

*****************
Mini Boss: G-Mel
Difficulty: 2/5
*****************

This is about easy as the first time you saw him. When the fight starts, he'll
swoop across the screen. Hit him on the head. Now hit him 3 more times to win.
Thing is, he has a new attack that can be very annoying. He can jump in the air
and charge right at you, which is really hard to dodge. Other than that, he'll
swoop across the screen, left to right/right to left. At the end of the fight,
head right and hit the ring. If Sonic is your leader, you'll find Knuckles and
talk with him. After that, you can play as Knuckles! Yay!

------------
Zone 2 Boss
------------

Boss: Dr. Robotnik's Rolling Machine
Difficulty: 2/5

Easier than the last boss from Route 99. Now, the fight starts and you'll see a
switch on the middle of the ground. Hit it to create a platform. Stay on this
platform until Robotnik is underneath you. Once you see his exposed head, hit
it. He will continue rolling up and down the sides, so stay on this platform.
Hit the switch again once the platform disappears. Your partner is also a big
help on this. After 4 hits, Robotnik will start going crazy and then move
around all over the place. Just hit him on the head when it is exposed. After 8
hits, he is gone.

Hit it to create a moving platform. Get on it and jump into the cannon. Press A
to launch yourself out of the cannon and you'll land on a platform. To the
right of you is the game to hit a certain amount of switches.

Special Stage Spring: From the Act 3 Ring, head right and hit the red switch.
This will create a spring next to the Act 3 ring, so hit it to get onto the
platform to the right. On here, hit the spring and get onto the higher platform
to the right. On here, head right to the Special Stage Spring.

Boss Machine: From the Act 3 ring, head right to the waterfall and go into it.
Keep jumping to go higher and you'll see a higher platform while in the
waterfall, so get on it. On here, head left and run up the curved wall. At the
top, head left and you will get to a cannon. Jump into it and press A to be
launched out of it. On this platform, hit the spring to the left, jump through
the ramp and you'll get to the platform with the boss machine in it.

--------------
Zone 3: Act 1
--------------

From the start of this level, run all the way right through the spikes and up
the slopes until you get to a speed booster. Once you get to it, hit it and it
will launch you up a steep slope. At the top, head right. A spring will send
you back left, stopping at a spike set. Jump over it to land on a platform.
Stay on it so the platform will collapse. You'll land on another platform, so
let this platform collapse, watching out for a flying enemy. You'll land on a
platform. On here, hit the speed booster to go up another steep slope. At the
top of the slope, jump onto the moving platform. On here, get onto the higher
platform to your left. On here, head left, jump across the ramp and you'll land
in a waterfall.

Keep jumping in the waterfall until you see a higher platform to your right,
and then jump onto it. On here, run right under the two crushing platforms.
Once you get past them, head right and fall in the gap. Down here, jump over
the moving platform and grind the rail. You'll hit 2 springs, hit a speed
booster, run up a wall, hit another spring and land on a platform. On here,
jump up the waterfall and go through the opening to your left. In here, jump on
the barrier a few times to break it and then fall down to the gap below you.
Down here, jump on the crushing platform to get onto the higher platform to
your left. On here, hit the spring to the left and it will send you next to a
rail. Jump on the rail and grind it.

At the end of the ride, you'll land on a moving platform. Get on the platform
to your right and hit the speed booster. You'll hit a goalpost and stop at a
wall. Jump onto the machine with the red switch. Keep jumping on it to make the
machine go up. Now get the invincibility to your right and grind the rail to
the left. At the end of the ride, you'll come to a switch. Hit it to make a
moving platform. Get on it and hit the next switch to create another moving
platform. Now get on the platform to your right. On here, hit the switch to
create a spring and then hit it. You'll be sent next to a set of spikes. Jump
over them and land on the platform below you. It will start moving, so just
ride this platform, dodging the shark in the air. At the end of the ride, get
onto the platform to your left.

On here, head left and you'll get to another platform. Jump on it and start
riding it. At the end of the ride, get onto the platform to your left. On here,
hit the speed booster to go up a steep slope. You'll stop at a spring, but
ignore it. Head right and jump on the machine with the red switch. Keep jumping
on it to make it go up. Now at the top, jump into the tube. It will send you
onto a moving platform. Jump off of it and run below it. Now hit the spring and
you'll land on a rail, so grind it. At the end of the ride, run up the curved
wall and you land next to a machine. Jump onto it and keep jumping on the red
switch to make it go up. Now jump into the cannon to the right.

Press A to launch yourself from it and you'll land on a platform. On here, head
right and hit the goalpost. Now run right and grind the rail. At the end of the
ride, you'll be launched onto a platform. QUICKLY jump onto the platform to
your right before it collapses. On here, run right and a speed booster will
send you up a wall, onto a hook. Use it to land on the platform to your left.
Ride this platform, dodging the two octopus enemies. At the end of the ride,
get onto the platform to your left. On here, run left and you'll get to a
spring. Hit it and you'll be sent onto two more springs, landing next to a
barrier. Break it open and then go through it.

Now run under the two crushing platforms and continue left. Hit the speed
booster and you'll be sent up a curved wall, up more speed booster and landing
on a conveyor belt full of platforms. Use it to get onto the platform to your
left. On here, break the barrier and head left. You'll get to a machine with a
red button. Keep jumping on it to make it go up, and you'll see a higher
platform, so jump onto it. On here, grind the rail to your right. At the end of
the ride, hit the switch, hit the spring and you'll go through the tube. You'll
be sent to a speed booster, so hit it and go up the curved wall. At the top,
run down the curved wall and continue right until you get to the exit ring. Hit
it to finish the level.

--------------
Zone 3: Act 2
--------------

Once you start this level, walk right and you will get to a waterfall. Jump
into it and keep jumping up it until you get to the top of the waterfall. At
the top, collect the Chao and then drop down to the floor to your right. Down
here, jump over the crushing platform and hit the speed booster. You'll go up a
curved wall and land next to a spring to your right. Hit the spring and you'll
be sent into a tube. It will take you to a speed booster, up a curved wall
landing in a waterfall. Use it to get into the opening to your left. In here,
run left to a machine. Keep jumping on the red switch to make it go up. At the
top, get on the platform to your left. On here, jump into the cannon. Press A
to be launched and then you'll land on a platform.

On here, head right and grind the rail. At the end of the ride, run up the
curved wall. Up here, run right and you'll get to a Chao, so pick it up. Now
head right to the gap. Grab onto the left wall and fall down. Jump into the
tube and it will send you into a cannon. Let the cannon launch you onto a
higher platform. On here, hit the goalpost and continue right, running down a
curved wall, down a slope, down two waterslides and into the water. Down here,
run left and fall in the gap. Down here, collect the big bubble from the bubble
set to your right to gain more air. Now run up the curved wall and head right.
Hit the speed booster and you'll go up a curved wall, shooting out of the
water. Now go left and hit the spring.

While in the air, get onto the platform above you. On here, hit the spring to
your left and you'll go up a curved wall into a cannon. Launch yourself out of
the cannon and hit the spring to the right. Let the cannon shoot you and then
hit the spring to the left. Guess what, another cannon! Launch yourself out of
it and hit the spring to your right. Don't worry, no more cannons. Hit the blue
switch to create a platform and then hit the speed booster to the left. You'll
go through more speed boosters, hit a goalpost and then land on a rail, so
grind it. At the end of the ride, run left and jump into the tube above you.

Now it will send you to a spring, up a pole and onto a speed booster. Hit it to
go up a curved wall and into a waterfall. Keep jumping up it to get onto the
pole to your left. Bounce off of it and let the tube suck you in. It will send
you near a conveyor belt of platforms. Jump on it and get on the high platform
to the right. On here, collect the invincibility next to you and then continue
right. Jump over the crushing platform and then head right until you get to a
spring. Hit the spring and you'll stop at a wall. Use the pole above you to get
to another spring. Let it bounce you over the rail and onto a higher platform.
Up here, get onto the higher platform to your right. On here, hit the goalpost
and then jump on one of the conveyor belt platforms.

Use them to get onto the platform to your right. On here, hit the spring and it
will send you to a cannon. Let the cannon shoot you upward. Up here, head right
and hit the spring. It will send you to a pole, so use it to get onto the
platform to the left. Ride this platform until you get to a platform with a "?"
ring box (jump over the first platform when needed). At the end of the ride,
get onto the platform to your left. Ride this platform, collecting the rings
and dodging the enemies. At the end of the ride, get on the platform to your
left. On here, head left. Use the two crushing platforms to get onto the higher
platform above you. Up here, hit the speed booster to your right. It will send
you up a curved wall near a waterslide.

Slide down it and hit the ramp. Continue right to the exit ring, and then touch
it to finish the level.

--------------
Zone 3: Act 3
--------------

From the start of the level, run right until you get to a ramp. Hit the ramp
and you'll be sent to a waterfall. Jump up it and get on the higher platform to
your right. On here, continue right and you'll get to a machine. Keep jumping
on its red switch to make it go up. Hit the spring to your left and you'll be
sent onto another platform. On here, head right. Get past the two moving
platforms and then hit the speed booster. You'll go down a slope and stop near
a spring. Hit the spring and get onto a platform to your right. On here, head
right to the waterfall. Just jump down the gap and STAY NEXT TO THE LEFT WALL.
You'll land on top of a tube. Jump into it and it will take you near a speed
booster.

Hit the speed booster and it will take you up a slope, hitting a goalpost. Now
head left and you'll get onto another platform. Get on it and it will move, so
ride on it. At the end of the ride, fall down the gap to your left. Down here,
get on one of the platforms that are on the conveyor belt. At the other side,
go to where the waterfall is and fall down the gap. You'll land on a rail, so
grind it. At the end of the ride, run up the curved wall. At the top, just drop
back down and you'll go through the floor. Down here, hit the speed booster and
you'll stop near a machine. Jump on the red switch to make it go up. At the
top, get on the platform to your left. On here, fall down the waterfall to your
left. Down here, get on the conveyor belt to your right. Now jump onto the next
conveyor belt and jump into the waterfall to your right.

Keep jumping up the waterfall to get onto a higher platform. Up here, head
right and you'll see two platforms blocking a gap. Jump on one of them multiple
times to break it, and then fall down it. Down here, run down the curved wall
and a spring will send you to a machine. Keep hitting the red button and you'll
see a tube above you, so jump into it. It will send you to a switch and a
spring. Hit the switch to create the spring, and then hit the spring to get
onto the platform to your right. On here, head down the waterslide and you'll
go down another waterslide into the water, hitting a spring, running across
more water and slopes and then you'll get to the end of the level. Hit the exit
ring.

Zone 3 Boss
------------

Boss: Dr. Robotnik's Floating Robot
Difficulty: 1.5/5

This boss is too easy. The fight starts off by Robotnik's giant robot jumping
into the air. All you can see is the robot's legs and foots. While the robot is
in the air, it will stop, meaning it is going to land. Get in the middle of his
two legs and wait for him to land. Once it lands, hit Robotnik, who is right
above you. Now, when the robot's legs bend, it means it is going in the air.
Hit Robotnik again before the robot jumps. Once it's flying in the air, just
get in between the legs again and hit him when he lands. But watch out. If his
feet come together, it means that he will sound out an electric shock when
hitting the ground, so jump when he is done. 8 hits and he is gone.

<><><><><><><><><><><>
Zone 4: Toy Kingdom
<><><><><><><><><><><>

Yay, Toy Kingdom. My favorite zone of all in this. So many fun obstacles making
you think you're in a toy right.

Act 1 Ring: From the giant ring, head right and you'll get to two ball 'n'
chains hitting each other. Jump on the left one and left the right one bounce
you higher, and then get on the platform to your left. On here, head right and
you'll get to the Act 1 Ring.

Act 2 Ring: Head left from the Act 1 ring and you'll get to a rocket. Jump on
it to have it take you high in the air. Now get onto the platform to your
right. On here, head right and you'll now get to the Act 2 Ring.

Act 3 Ring: Spin dash up the curved wall to the right of the Act 2 Ring. Now
keep heading right and you'll get to a gap, so fall down it. Down here, you'll
find a blue switch, but you don't need it for the ring. Head right and the Act
3 Ring will be right there.

Switch Mini Game Machine: From the Act 3 Ring, hit the switch to create a
platform. Run over it to get onto the higher platform to your left. On here,
hit this blue switch to create another moving platform. Use it to get to the
spring to the left and then hit it. It will take you to an area where the
Switch Mini Game Machine is.

Enemy Mini Game Machine: From the Act 2 Ring, spin dash up the curved wall to
your right. At the top, continue right to the gap you need to use to get to the
Act 3 Ring. Instead of falling down it, jump over it. Now continue right and
you'll get to the Enemy Mini Game Machine.

Special Stage Spring: Head left from the Act 1 Ring to get to the rocket. Jump
on the rocket and let it take you in the air. Once it explodes, quickly hit the
balloon to your left to get onto the higher platform. On here, hit the speed
booster and it will send you to a spring onto a higher platform. The Special
Stage Spring is right next to you.

Boss Machine: Hit the switch to the left of the Act 3 ring and it will create
two moving platforms. Use the one moving sideways and get on it. Now hit the
spring to your left and it will take you to a rocket. Let this rocket take you
to the 2nd rocket, get on the 3rd, and then get on the higher platform. The
Boss Machine is right next to you.

--------------
Zone 4: Act 1
--------------

Welcome to level one of the funhouse. Start this level by running right down
the slope and then into the air. Grab onto the rocket and let it take you to
the 2nd rocket. Let this rocket take you higher and then get onto the platform
to your right. On here, head right and you will get to two paths. Use the
spinning handle to take the higher path and then spin dash up the wall. At the
top, continue right to a room with two moving platforms in them. Walk past the
two of them to go outside again. Out here, run right down the slope and then
get into the air. While in the air, grab one of the handles on the spinning
wheel. Use it to get onto the higher platform to your right. On here, hit the
spring to get onto the ball 'n' chain to the right. Let the left one hit this
one and then get onto the platform to your right.

On here, hit the spring to be taken onto a higher platform. On here, run right
under the moving platforms and continue holding the Right button until you stop
at a wall. Now get on the ball 'n' chain above you and then go through the
opening to your right. In here, get past the two moving platforms to go back
outside. Out here, run right down the elephant nose and you'll be launched in
the air hitting a balloon, but instead land on the platform below you. Down
here, you'll see a gap in between two curved walls, so fall down it. Down here,
you'll hit a speed booster and go up a curved wall, landing on a higher
platform. Up here, head right and hit the spring, which will send you up to a
higher platform. Up here, head right, hit the goalpost, and then slide down the
elephant nose onto a spinning wheel handle.

On here, just fall to the ground below you and go down the elephant nose. You
should land on a platform with 3 toy soldiers. Knock them out and then get on a
ball 'n' chain to your right. Get on the right one and let the left one knock
you higher. While in the air, get on the higher platform to your right. On
here, run right over the spikes and you will get to a spring. Hit the spring
and you'll be taken near a rocket. Jump on it and get on the 2nd rocket, now
get on the 3rd and get onto the higher platform to your right. On here, run
right and you'll get to a panda cup. Time to get dizzy, so go jump into it. At
the end of the ride, HOLD RIGHT so you won't slip into a gap. Now go right and
you'll be at the end of the level.

--------------
Zone 4: Act 2
--------------

Once you start this level, run right and you will get to a small gap, so jump
over it. On this platform, go through the opening next to you. In here, head
right and jump on the moving platform to get onto the higher platform to the
right. On here, continue right and slide down the elephant nose. Try to land on
the yellow balloon so you can land on the platform to the right without a
problem. On here, fall down the big gap to the right. You'll land on a steep
slope and grab onto a spinning handle. Use it to get onto the platform to your
right. On here, jump over the spikes and get on the ball 'n' chain. Jump in the
gap to your right. Down here, don't hit the spring to your left because you'll
risk killing yourself.

Just go right inside the building. In here, get on the second moving platform
and get into the opening to the right. In here, run right down the slope and
you'll land on another slope. Hit the spring at the bottom to get to the top.
Up here, hit the spring and get onto the higher platform to the right. Hit the
spring on this platform and then get onto the platform to your right. On here,
get on the ball 'n' chain. Now jump on the one to the right and let the left
ball bounce you higher. Now jump onto the platform to your right. On here, run
right down a curved wall. At the bottom, fall into the small gap. Down here,
run right up the curved wall. At the top, hit the spring to your right and the
run up the curved wall. You'll hit another spring and land on a platform.

On here, head left and you'll get to a jack-in-the-box. If the diamond is blue,
get on it. That means a spring will come out. If it's red, a spiked spring will
come out, so jump on it to change the color. You'll be bounced to another jack-
in-the-box, jump when diamond is blue. You'll be taken to the THIRD jack-in-
the-box, so now you know what to do. Continue left to get to a rocket. Jump on
it and it will take you onto a higher platform. On here, run right and you'll
get to a gap. Jump into it and hit a spring. Now you'll go down a curved wall
and stop at a gap. Fall down staying near the left wall and you'll land in a
nice panda cup.

Ride the panda cup and you'll be on a spring. Hit the spring to get into the
spring in the air. Hit this spring and get onto the platform to your right. On
here, run right and fall down the small gap. Down here, run right down the
slope and you'll land on another slope. Quickly spin dash up the slope. At the
top, head right and you'll get to an area with two moving platforms. Get on the
platform to the right and get into the opening to the right. Now run right to
the jack-in-the-box. Let it bounce you higher when the diamond is blue. Up
here, hit the spring to the left and you'll go up 2 slopes. Now run right and
slide down the elephant nose. Slide down the 2nd elephant nose, then the third
nose and you'll be at the end of the level. Hit the exit ring to finish the
level.

--------------
Zone 4: Act 3
--------------

If you haven't done so already, use Sonic as your starting character so you can
unlock Amy at the end of the level. Start this level by running right until you
stop at a wall. Stay where you are and the platform you're on will fall. Down
here, run up the wall to the left and hit the speed booster. You'll go back up
the wall and land on a spring. Hit this spring and get onto the platform to
your right. On here, run right down the slope and up a curved wall. While in
the air, just land on the platform below you. Down here, get past the moving
platform and run right down the curved wall. Now keep running right to a small
gap, so fall down it. Down here, you'll land on a panda cup and ride it. At the
end of the ride, fall down to the gap below you.

Down here, head right and you'll get to another small gap, so fall down it.
You'll hit a goalpost. Now go right and you'll get to two ball 'n' chains. Get
on the one to the right and let the one on the left bounce you up. Now get on
the higher platform to the right. On here, head right and you'll see a moving
red hoop in the air. When it is at its highest, jump through it and land on the
platform. On here, hit the spring and get onto the higher platform above you.
Up here, run right and jump over the spikes. Now you'll get to another small
gap, so fall down it. Down here, run right to a jack-in-the-box. Let it bounce
you higher when the diamond is blue. In the air, just land on the platform to
the right. On here, ride the panda cup below you.

At the end of the ride, run right to a jack-in-the-box. Use it to get to the
2nd one, then the 3RD one, and then get onto the platform to your right. On
here, spin dash up the curved wall to the right. Up here, hit the switch and
then jump over the gap to your left. Hit the spring while in is activated and
you'll get on a higher platform. Up here, head left to get to 3 rockets. Take
the middle rocket, which goes the highest. In the air, get on the platform to
the right. On here, hit the spring and it will take you to a goalpost. Now use
the spiked moving platform to get onto the platform to the left. On here, head
left and you'll get to a gap. Get on the moving platform and then get onto the
moving platform to the left. On here, wait for this platform to get to its
highest. You'll see a Chao in the air, so grab it.

Now get back on the moving platform to the right. On here, wait for the
platform to rise and then get onto the higher platform to the right. On here,
you'll see two springs. Hit the one on the right, as it will take you onto a
higher platform. Now head right and get onto the moving platform to your right.
Jump onto the higher platform to the right. On here, jump in the red hoop when
it is at its highest and you'll get onto a platform. Now spin dash up the
curved wall to get onto a balloon above you. A Chao is in between the balloons,
so pick it up. Now drop down onto the small gap below you. You'll land on a
spinning wheel handle. On here, jump onto the platform to the right.

Now get on the spinning handle and use it to jump all the way right and land on
a jack-in-the-box. Use it to get onto the platform to the right when the
diamond is blue. On here, head right and you'll get to fight G-Mel.

*****************
Mini Boss: G-Mel
Difficulty: 3/5
*****************

G-Mel continues to be upgraded from Dr. Robotnik. Once the fight starts, he'll
slide to the left. Hit him. Now he may slide across the screen or use one of
his attacks. He may jump in the air and charge at you, or shoot missiles at
you. Just run away from them to dodge them. Once he stops moving, hit him. It
takes 4 hits to get rid of him as usual. Now go right and hit the exit ring. If
you finished as Sonic with your leader, Amy will appear. She wants you to ask
her out and Sonic doesn't want to. Looks like Sonic really doesn't like Amy.
Anyhow, you've unlocked her.

------------
Zone 4 Boss
------------

Boss: Dr. Robotnik's Jack in the Box
Difficulty: N/A

This boss is pretty pointless. Once the fight starts, get on the left side of
the box you see. Robotnik will come out of the box, so hit him. Each time you
hit Robotnik, the box he is in will move to the right, going towards a gap. The
point of this boss is to keep hitting Robotnik until he falls in that gap. His
attacks are nothing either. He will shoot out 3 toy soldiers, but all you need
to do is jump at them and they are done. During the final part of the boss, he
will release G-Mel. The arrow shows where he will land, so get out of that
path. But when he lands, he will not attack you. Another one of his attacks is
that he will release a ball 'n' chain, and then drag it back to his box. Just
jump over it to dodge it. Once Robotnik is over the gap, you win the fight.

Zone 5: Twinkle Snow
<><><><><><><><><><><>

Why is it that all snow/ice levels in Sonic games have to be horrible? This one
is no exception.

Act 1 Ring: From the big ring, head right up the curved wall. The Act 1 Ring is
just to your right.

Act 2 Ring: Continue right from the Act 1 Ring and then stop at a wall. Walk
under the platforms and you'll fall in a small gap. Down here, you'll see a big
pit with moving platforms in it. Cross across the moving platforms. At the end
of this gap, you'll find the Act 2 Ring on a small platform.

Act 3 Ring: From the Act 2 Ring, head left. You'll see two moving platforms in
the air. Use them both to get onto the higher platform to your left. On here,
you'll find the Act 3 Ring standing on another lone platform.

Switch Mini Game Machine: Head left from the Act 2 Ring. You'll see an icicle
blocking a small gap. Jump on it a few times to make it fall, and then jump
down into the small gap. Down here, you'll find the Switch Mini Game Machine
just to your right.

Enemy Mini Game Machine: From the Act 1 Ring, head right and then stop at the
wall. Walk under the platforms and you'll fall down a small pit landing on a
platform. Down here, you'll see a moving platform to the left. Jump under it
and fall down the next pit. Down here, you'll see the Enemy Mini Game Machine
to the right.

Special Stage Spring: Head right from the Act 3 Ring and you'll see a moving
platform in the air, so jump onto it. On here, wait for the platform to get at
its highest. You'll see a little ice machine in the air, so jump into it. It
will freeze you and then shoot you up near the Special Stage Spring.

Boss Machine: Head left from the Act 3 Ring and drop down into the pit below
you. Down here, jump into the gap to your right. Down here, hit the spring and
it will send you to a red machine. Hold it all the way down until it hits the
pole and then let go. It will shoot you onto the higher platform to the right.
The Boss Machine is right there.

--------------
Zone 5: Act 1
--------------

From the start of this level, run right down the curved wall and hit the speed
booster. It will send you into the air. You'll see a platform with a spring
below you. Instead of getting on the platform, fall down into the pit to the
right. Down here, hit the spring to the left and you will go through a loop-de-
loop, up a curved wall and then stopping in an opening. In here, head left and
you will get to a moving platform, so jump onto it. Now jump onto the platform
above you. Up here, head right and hit the spring to get onto the higher
platform to your right. On here, fall down into the pit to your right. Down
here, run right and a curved wall and a spring will send you next to a set of
spikes. Jump over the spikes and fall into the gap to your right.

Down here, hit the speed booster and you'll be sent into the nice arctic water.
Probably about 33 degrees so it doesn't freeze. On this platform, run left to
the edge of the platform, and then jump. Hopefully you'll land in a small
alcove with a Chao, so pick it up. Now jump down into the gap to your right.
Down here, run all the way right up a curved wall. At the top, head right to
get to a set of bubbles. Wait for a big one to appear and then grab it for
extra air. Now fall into a pit to your right. A spring will send you up a wall,
hit a speed booster, get out and back into the water, through a loop-de-loop,
and then stopping next to a deactivated spring. Hit the goalpost to the right
and hit the switch to the right of that. Now go hit the activated spring and
get onto the higher platform to the right.

On here, wait for a big bubble to come out from the group of bubbles and then
grab it. Now hit the spring to the right and you'll be on a higher platform. On
here, head right and ride the cart down the rail. At the end of the ride, head
right and hit the spring to get onto the higher platform to the right. There is
a set of bubbles to the right, so grab a big one for more breathing. Now fall
into the gap to your right. Down here, hit the spring and it will send you into
an opening. Hit the spring to your right and you will stop at a square
platform. Get onto it and it will start rising. As it is rising, you'll see an
opening to the right, so go through it and hit the speed booster. You'll hit a
goalpost and then hit a wall and land on another platform.

Let this platform take you up higher and you'll FINALLY be out of the water.
Hit the speed booster to the left and you'll go up a curved wall and land on a
rail, so grind it. At the end of the ride, you'll go into a cart, hit a spring
at the end, and then hit another spring so you'll be on a red machine. Hold
down until it hits the pole and let go of Down. Try to get onto the higher
platform to the right. On here, hit the goalpost, hit the spring and you'll go
through a loop-de-loop and stop at a 5 ring box. Collect it and then continue
right. Hit the ramp and you'll go into a mine cart. At the end of the ride,
you'll hit a spring, go into another mine cart and just stop at a platform. Run
all the way right until you get to the exit ring, and then touch it to exit the
level.

--------------
Zone 5: Act 2
--------------

Start this level by running right until you get to a curved wall, dodging the
penguin as well. At the top of the curved wall, run right and you'll get to a
gap, so fall down it and land on a rail. Grind this rail. At the end of the
ride, run left and a spring will send you onto a higher platform to the left.
On here, hit the spring to the left and TRY to land on that platform really
high in the air (if you don't, go back right to the same area again or high
jump tag action). Now jump onto the brown bridge above you. Up here, go right
past the moving platform. Walk through the heavy snow and hit the spring, and
then it will send you onto a higher platform. On here, wait for it to rise and
then jump onto the higher platform to your right.

Up here, head right and you'll fall down a small gap. Ride this mine cart. At
the end of the ride, you'll fall into another mine cart. Ride this one and then
hit the spring to the right at the end of the ride. It will send you onto a
higher platform. On here, hit the spring and then grind the rail. At the end of
the ride, run up the curved wall and an ice machine will send you onto a
platform with a "?" ring box next to you. Get it and head left. Jump on the red
machine against the wall. Hold down and then let go to get on the higher
platform to the right. On here, hit the red switch to activate the spring to
the right. Hit the spring and get onto the higher platform to the right. On
here, grind the rail to the right.

At the end of the ride, you'll fall down a gap and land next to a spring. Hit
the spring and you'll go into ANOTHER mine cart ride. At the end of this ride,
run right and hit the spring. It will send you to a red machine. Hold down
until it hits the pole and then let go of it to get onto the higher platform to
the right. On here, hit the spring to the right and you will go through a loop-
de-loop, hit a spring, go through a ramp, sail over a red hoop, and maybe land
on a set of spikes. From here, run right down a curved wall and a spring will
take you next to a deactivated spring. Go let, hit the goalpost, hit the switch
and then go back to hit the spring and get onto the higher platform. On here,
run right and hit the spring to get onto the middle of a rail, and then grind
it.

At the end of the ride, you'll go down another curved wall and grind another
rail. At the end of this rail, you'll run across water and stop at a power
sneaker set. Pick them up and then fall into the gap to your right and you'll
be underwater. Down here, hit the spring to your left and you'll hit a goalpost
and stop at a bubble set. Pick up a big bubble when it appears and then fall
into the gap to your right. Run left down it and you'll go through a loop-de-
loop and fall onto the floor again. Now run right and a speed booster will send
you next to a bubble set, an invincibility box, and a spring. Get the big
bubble and the invincibility and hit the spring to the left. It will take you
onto a bigger bridge. On here, run right and get a big bubble from the bubble
set.

Now jump onto the red machine to the right. Hold down and let it send you onto
the higher platform to the right. WATCH OUT FOR THAT ANNOYING ENEMY. Up on
here, get a big bubble from the set and fall into the small pit to the right.
Ride the mine cart. At the end of the ride, get a bubble from the bubble set
and fall into the mine cart. At the end of this ride, hit the spring to the
right and you'll be sent near another spring. Hit this spring and you'll
finally be out of the water! While in the air, get onto the higher platform to
the right. On here, head right and hit the exit ring to exit the level.

--------------
Zone 5: Act 3
--------------

Start this level by running all the way right until you stop at a 5 ring box.
Pick it up and then continue right. Once you find a spring, hit it and you'll
be on a higher bridge. On here, head left and jump through the red hoop to get
onto the platform to the right. On here, go right and you'll see a pole on the
wall. Use it to get to the rail to the right, and then grind it. At the end of
the ride, run right and you'll stop at a set of spikes. Now continue right
through two loop-de-loops, down a curved wall, hitting a speed booster, and
then finally an ice machine spitting you out. After all of that, fall down into
the pit to your right. Down here, hit the spring to the left and you'll run
across the water, stopping at a wall.

Jump onto the moving platform above you to get on the higher platform to the
right. On here, hit the speed booster to the right and you'll go underwater,
hit another speed booster, go out of water and land on a platform. From here,
head left and you'll get to a spring. Hit the spring and get onto the higher
platform to the right. On here, head right and stop at the wall. Jump into the
ice machine and it will send you next to a goalpost. Go right and hit the
goalpost, and then fall into the gap to the right. Down here, hit the spring to
your left and you'll go up a curved wall landing on a platform. On here, fall
into the gap to the right and you'll land and ride in a mine cart.

At the end of the ride, head right and fall into the water. Down here, run
right and you'll stop at a platform. Be sure to get a big bubble along the way.
Jump on the platform and it will take you to a goalpost. Hit it and then fall
in the gap to the right. Hit the spring and you'll be out of the water, so try
to land on the platform to the right. On here, get the invincibility and jump
back in the water to the right. Down here, head right and hit the spring. Now
try to land on the red machine to the right. Hold Down until it hits the pole
and then let go of Down to get onto the bridge. Up here, hit the spring to the
right and it will send you to another red machine. Hold Down all the way and
let go of it when it hits the pole so you'll land on a brown bridge.

On here, hit the red hoop to the right and land on the rail, and then grind it.
At the end of the ride, run right across a loop-de-loop and a spring will send
you under the ground, up another loop-de-loop, hitting a spring and landing
next to a goalpost. Hit the goalpost and drop down in the gap to the left. Down
here, grind the rail and keep running right across the rail. An ice machine
will send you next to a spring, so hit it. Now hit the speed booster and you'll
go up a curved wall and land on a platform. On here, run right until you get to
the end of the level, and then touch the exit ring to exit the level.

Zone 5 Boss
------------

Boss: Dr. Robotnik's Platform Climber
Difficulty: 5/5

Why? Why must all of the bosses in snow levels be near impossible from all
Sonic games? This one doesn't make any sense. Once the fight starts, keep
jumping up all of the platforms, because once you step on one, it falls. And
don't fall off because you'll die. These falling platforms serve a purpose
though. Once you land on it, it will fall. If it hits Robotnik, then he'll be
hit. But he has 1 attack. He will release a ball 'n' chain at you, and all you
can do is dodge it, otherwise you'll be gone. Once 8 platforms land on him, the
fight will be over.

Zone 6: Cyber Track
<><><><><><><><><><><>

A nice fun little zone where you can walk on ceilings and such. Like Techno
Base from Sonic Advance 2.

Act 1 Ring: Head right from the big ring and then gravity will reverse.
Continue right on the ceiling and gravity will reverse again. When you land on
the floor, you'll see the Act 1 Ring right next to you.

Act 2 Ring: Hit the spring to the right of the Act 1 Ring. Gravity will reverse
again, so just continue right and fall in the gap to land on another ceiling.
On here, head right and you'll fall back to the floor. The Act 2 Ring is right
next to that gray platform.

Act 3 Ring: Stay on the gray platform next to the Act 2 Ring and it will
collapse, so fall down the hole. Down here, head left and go in the arrow
machine. Hit A when the arrow is pointing right. After being shot all over the
place, head left and you'll get to two ball 'n' chains. Jump on the left one
and let the right one take you higher. Now get on the higher platform to the
right, where you'll find the Act 3 Ring.

Switch Mini Game Machine: Stand on the gray platform next to the Act 2 ring to
make it collapse, and then fall down the hole. Down here, head left to the
arrow machine and jump in it. This time, choose left and you'll be bounced all
over the place. After that, you'll be taken to an area where you can go into
the Switch Mini Game Machine.

Enemy Mini Game Machine: Head left from the Act 3 Ring and jump into the arrow
machine. Choose down and then you'll be sent all over the place. After that,
you'll be right next to the Enemy Mini Game Machine. Head right where gravity
will reverse to get near the Act 1 Ring.

Special Stage Spring: Flight needed! From the Act 1 Ring, hit the spring and
continue right, where gravity will reverse. Now fall in the hole and you'll
land in the ceiling. To the left of you is an opening you can't jump into. Use
the high jump tag action or fly into there. Now hit the red switch to activate
a spring. Continue left, hit the spring, and get onto the platform on the right
(the left one has a Chao). On here is the Special Stage Spring.

Boss Machine: Head left from the Act 3 ring and jump into the arrow machine.
Choose up and you'll be sent around the map. After, you'll land in a small area
right next to the boss machine. There is also a speed booster to the left.

Zone 6: Act 1
--------------

Once you start this level, head right and grind the rail. At the end of the
right, jump over the spikes and land on the platform. It will move, so just
ride it until you get to a moving platform. Jump on it and then jump on the
platform above you and it will start moving, so ride it. At the end of the
ride, jump onto the platform to your right. On here, head right and you'll get
to a barrier, so break it. Now drop down to the ground below you. Down here,
hit the spring to the left and you'll hit a ramp, go up a curved wall, hit
another spring, and then land on a spinning wire. Use it to get onto the wire
above you. On this one, jump onto the platform above you. Up here, head right
and jump over the spikes. Now hit the speed booster and you'll go up a slope,
grind a rail, hit a speed booster, go back left, hit a goalpost, and then hit a
spring.

In the air, get on the spinning wheel. Use it to get onto the platform to the
right. On here, head right and you'll get to a rail, so grind it. At the end of
the ride, you'll hit a spring, so get into the opening to your right. In here,
jump over the spikes and head right. Now land on the platform to the right and
it will move, so ride it. At the end of the ride, jump onto the platform to the
right. On here, head right and gravity will reverse. Now grind the rail and
keep running right up the curved walls and don't stop. Gravity will reverse and
you'll land next to a barrier, but it is too tough to break and you'll need
Knuckles. Instead, grind the rail to the left. At the end of the ride, you'll
grind another rail, hit a goalpost, go up a slope, hit another spring, go down
a slope, go up more curved walls and then a spring will send you in the air.

Just land on the rail below you and grind it. At the end of the ride, run right
and you'll hit a goalpost. Now hit the speed booster and you'll land on another
rail, so grind it. At the end of the ride, you'll be sent into the air, but
just land on the platform below you. On here, run into the arrow machine to the
right. Choose right and you'll be bounced around, and then up and down a few
curved walls. Keep running left and you'll land on a rail, so grind it. At the
end of the ride, get on the platform to the right. Now keep running right and
you'll get to the exit ring, so touch it to finish the level.

--------------
Zone 6: Act 2
--------------

Start this level by heading right. You'll get to a ball 'n' chain set, but just
jump over it and land on the platform. On here, jump over the gap to the right
and get on the next platform. On here, hit the spring and you'll go up a curved
wall and get sent into the air. Hit the spring that is in the air and land on
the platform to the right. On here, hit the spring to the right to get onto the
higher platform to the right. Up here, head right and hit the speed booster,
where you'll be sent to a spike set. Jump over it and hit the spring, and then
get onto th
