Welcome my friends... to my guide. This guide was made by me, Imverydead. This
is my first guide and I am welcoming all suggestions to improve it. Most
questions will be answered and added to the FAQ section.
As you might have noticed, I am doing a guide on Harry Potter and the Prisoner
of Askaban. I am a huge fan of harry potter and have read the books hundreds of
times. The game was made by EA games and the movie was made by Warner Brothers.

When all of your characters get knocked out, you usually end up in the closest
hospital of your area like the hospital wing.If you are in a quest you will be
taken to the start of the doengeon. If all but one of your characters are
knocked out, your party will be revived at 1 sp.

When you start the game, you'l see a short dialog and off to the leaky cauldron
you go!
When you get in, you will see Cornelius Fudge(who looks like a puppet to me)
who asks you to follow him. When you go up, Fudge will give you the Dunbar
Oglethorpe, Devilin Whithorn and Cyprin Youdle collectors cards. Cards allow
Harry to use combos and unlock secrets and items in the wizard card collecters
club on level five in hogwarts. In your room, hagrid has sent you a package.
Its the monster book of monsters! On to your first magical encounter! Just keep
casting flippendo and after about 3 turns, you should have defeated it. When
you wake up, equip the school robe you got and get the Albus Dumbledore card
from the chest. Walk out of your room and go right to find the Queen Maeve
card. Go down and you will engage in a conversation with the weaslys. After you
volunteer to get the rat tonic for Ron, get the Helga Hufflepuff card from the
chest. Go talk to tom and he tells you to get the rat tonic from the cellar. In
you go to the cellar! Use lumos and go near the gap. You will now see a path
and can walk across. Use flippendo on the barrels and go across. You will see
things that resemble wisps from warcraft. You will not know what is your enemy
until you meet them in battle or cast the imformous spell on them. Walk across
and go up. Get the grand wiggenweld potion from the chest and go right then
down. From there, follow the path until you reach a staircase. Go down and
cast flippendo on the block so that it moves into the gap filling up the
space so that you can walk there. Go up and get the Joscelind Wadcock card from
the chest. Go up into the dark place. Your first pitch black room! Cast Lumos
and go up the door. Go up and you will leave the room. Get the Antidote to
common poisonsfrom the chest above. Be sure to save before you go to the right
as it is your first boss battle!
Boss: Giant Rat
Health: 50
Tactics:Not much just use incendo and Vermisious a fw times as it does about 17
damage to him.
Use flippendo to hit the pillar before exiting.
Now for your first double mission! You have to choose between ron and Hermione
for the mission.
Hermione:
Go in and go up the door that was previously locked. Fix the stairs, go up and
go across the gap. You will see ron hitting the pillar with flippendo for you
and you can go across. Get the Malodora Grymm card from the chest. You'l find
crookshanks then repairo the stairs and go up them to meet Ron.
Ron:
Go in and go up the door that was previously locked. Use Alohomora to unlock
the door and go left. Get the Hungrian Horntail card from the chest and
continue. Go in to the pitch black room and follow the path. Move the pillar
and go left. Get scabbers from the desk and get the Hebridead Black Dragon
card from the chest. Go up and meet Hermione.

.:.Hogwarts Express (hoin)

Go to the compartment on the far left and open the door by pressing A. Go in
and you will engage in a conversaton. After the train stops, Neville will ask
you to help him find his toad. Go intop the baggage compartment and quickily
bar the door with flippendo to get some exp. After Lupin makes the demetor go
away, it another double mission.
Hermione:
Go into the room on the right to
get the Norwegian Ridgeback dragon card from the chest before going left to
meet the driver. when you go back, you will see a spider blocking your way.
Cast Incendo to defeat it and continue back.
Ron:
Go left and get the Norwegian Ridgeback dragon card from the chest and continue
left. Pay one sickle for the chocolate. On your way back, you will see a snake
blocking your way. Cast Incendo to defeat it and continue back.
You will see a picture of Hogwarts before continuing.

Go left to the door to the dongeons to get Merwyn the Malicious card and go
right to get the Rowena Ravenclaw card. go up the stairs then left to get the
Godric Griffindor card. Go right then go up the stairs to the highest floor.
Go up then left to get The Anti-Paralyis Potion from th chest. Go right to the
big portriat then go left then up to get the Carlotta Pinkstone card from the
chest. Go down into the gap and you will enter the great hall. Get the grand
pepperup potion from the chest and Go back the way you came.from there go left
until you reach the fat lady's pourtriat. Go in and you will enter the
griffindor common room. You will hear an announcement and you will go to bed.

.:.Transfiguration Class (trss)

Get the Honoria Nutcombe card from the chest in the boys domitory and get the
Gwenog Jones card from the chest in the common room. Go out and go to the right
to enter Fred and George's shop. Get the Montauge Knightly card from the chest
before buying some items from them. Also get the Betris Bloxam card from the
chest. I suggest memorising the pourtriat hall entrances as they can help you
get aroung quickly. Go into the transfiguration classroom to start the class.
Now you will go into a maze. go left to get a Morgan le Fay card. Go back and
keep going until you you can go up. Go up and solve the fairly simple puzzle
and go up, left, down and left on the second intersection. You will see crabbe
and goyle and you must defeat them before you can continue. Go down and you
will see a cat and the chest. Get the potion from the chest before going to the
cat. You will get the Petrificus Totalus spell book.

You can go outside and Hagrid will ask you to find his books. You will recieve
three spells: diffindo for harry, glacius for hermione and spongefy for ron. Go
onto the raft and get the Miranda Goshawk card. Cast Glacius to get over the
water and fight the book. To defeat the book, cast your strongest spells. Cast
diffindo to cut the webs and continue. Use spongify oat the end of the path on
the pads to jump across. Get the grand wiggenweld potion and fight another
book. Use lumos to see a bridge and spongify to jump across. Use diffindo and
fight the book. Go on and use glacius to get across. Fight the book and get the
grand pepperup potion. Use glacious to get across again and use flippendo to
push the block across. Use spongify to get up and get the unicorn card. Go
across and fight the last book. Save and fight the boss.
Boss: The Venemous Tentacula
Hp: Around 300
Tactics: Cast diffindo and glacious to it as it does quite alot of damage to
it. You can use ron for healing pourpousous.
Go up and talk to hagrid. You will recieve a pocket watch and 5 EXP. Go on and
you will get the hippogriff mini-game. More information can be gained at the
mini-games section.

Go to the dungeons and go to the classroom. You will now go on a split mission.
You can choose harry and hermione or ron and hermiorne.
Harry:
Cast diffindo on the spiderweb and continue. Use lumos to get across and get
the shrivelfig. Go up and you should see a chest. DO NOT go over for now. Go up
and get the Merlin Card and Daisy Roots. Go back and cast glacius to get
across. Get the Wiggenweld Potion and continue. Cast glacius to put out the
fire and continue. Cast glacius then diffindo to get across. Get the wiggenweld
potion and go up. Get the leech Juice and continue up. Use glacius and go fight
the boss.
Boss: The river troll
Hp: Around 350
Tactics: It can hit up to 65 damage in one hit, so be sure to heal. Use glacius
and Incendo or Flippendo Dua. The troll will give the Dead
Caterpillar.
Go get the Rat Spleen from the chest and you will get 10 EXP. Now make your way
back to class. You will get the Wingardium Leviosa Spellbook.

Go to the staff room. It is just bellow the dungeon. When you reach there, you
will gain a new mini-game. More information about it is available at the
mini-games section. Now go back to the common room.

.:.Search For Scabbers (scab)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just go right to find scabbers. You will get 10 EXP. When you go bsck, you will
fing out thet the fat lady has gone. You must now find her by talking to the
pourtriates. Go to the second floor and you should see sir cardogan. You will
find the fat lady. Go back to the commonroom and then go to the defence against
the dark arts class room.

Go to the library. You will now need to find the 5 missing book pages from the
werewolf book. Use spongify on the pad to jump up, then use flippendo to push
the stack of books across. Use diffindo to cut the webs, then get the book
page. Go up again and use flippendo. Get the page and use spongify on the pad
to jump across. Get the Almeric Sawbridge Card and go back. Go past the books
and use spongify on the pad to jump down. Use spongify on the other pad and
jump up. Push the books onto the buttons to be able to get across. Get the
page and continue. Go back down and go down a level. Use spongify and continue.
Use lumos and get across. You will fight a monster book of monsters. Get the
book page and continue. Use spongify and get down. Go up and use spongify to go
up. Push the books to get 10 EXP and continue. Go up and get the page and a
Roderick Plumpton Card. Go back to madam Prince and you will earn 50 EXP. Go
back to the classroom and you will be told to go back to the common room.

Fulbert the Fearful
1014 - 1097. Famous for being so cowardly he never vertured out of his
house. Died when a Defensive Charm backfired and the roof fell in.
Beatrix Bloxam
1795 - 1810. Author of the Toadstool Tales, a series of children's books
since banned because they have been found to cause nausea and vomiting.
Merwyn the Malicious
Medival, dates unknown. Credited with the invention of many unpleasant
jinxes and hexes.
Tempest Jinx
Gust of wind blows one opponent off screen.
Hungrian Horntail Dragon
Supposedly the most dangerous of all dragon breeds, the Hungarian Horntail
can breath fire up to fifty feet.
Hebridean Black Dragon
Britian's other native dragon is more aggresive than its Welish counterpart
and feeds mostly on deer, though it has been known to carry off large dogs.
Norwegian Ridgeback Dragon
The Ridgeback is nowadays one of the rarest dragon breeds and has been
known to attack most kinds of large mammal.
Cracker Jinx
Heavy damage to all creatures and some damage to party by Wizard Crackers.
Xavier Rastrick
Flamboyant wizard entertainer who vanished unexpectedly while tapdancing to
a crowd of three hundred in Painswick and was never seen again.
Dymphna Furmage
1612 - 1698. Famously abducted by pixies while on holiday in Cornwall
and lived in mortal dread of them therefater. Failed to persuade the
Ministry of Magic to have all pixies humanely destroyed.
Yardley Platt
1446 - 1557. Serial goblin-killer.

Morgan le Fay
Medieval, dates unknown. King Arthur's half sister. Dark sorceress. Enemy
of Merlin.
Poison Antidote
Removes any poison affecting a party member.
Wendelin the Weird
Medieval, dates unknown. Alleged to have enjoyed being burnt at the stake
so much that she allowed herself to be captured fourteen times in various
disguises.
Honoria Nutcombe
1665 - 1743. Founded the Society for the Reformation of Hags.
Jocunda Sykes
1915 - present. Famous for flying accross the Altantic on a broomstick -
the first person to do so.
Remove Jinx
Removes any jinx affecting a party member.
Justus Pilliwickle
1862 - 1953. Celebrated Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
Adalbert Waffling
1899 - 1981. Famous magical theoretician.
Edgar Stroulger
1703 - 1798. Inventor of the Sneakoscope.
Poison Immunity
Gives all party members immunity to poison for one magical encounter.
Malodora Grymm
Medieval, dates unknown. Using a beautification potion to conceal her true
hag form, she married a king and used a charmed mirror to reinforce her
self-image. Became jealous of the most beautiful girl in the land and fed
her a poisoned apple.
Leticia Somnolens
Medieval, dates unknown. This spiteful hag was jealous of the king's
daughter and caused her to prick her finger on a spindle tainted with a
Draught of the Living Death. A young wizard who had smeared his lips with
Wiggenweld Potion kissed the princess and brought her out of her trance.
Cordelia Misericordia
1298 - 1401. Hag representative at 14th century summit of Wizards'
Council.

Carlotta Pinkstone
1922 - present. Famous campaigner for Lifting the International
Confederation of Wizard's Statue of Secrecy and telling Muggles that
wizards still exist. Ms. Pinkstone has been imprisoned several times for
her blatant and deliberate use of magic in public places.
Revive
Revives an unconsious party member.
Unicorn
The unicorn is a shy creature and generally avoid human contact. It is
more likely to let a witch come near it than a wizard and casting magic
spells might frighten it off. Its blood has highly magical properties.
Manticore
A rare, dangerous beast, the manticore has been known to sing softly as it
easts its prey. Its sting will kill instantaneously.
Phoenix
A gentle creature, the phoenix lives to an immense age because it can
regenerate each time it burst into flames. Phoenix song is magical and its
tears have healing properties.
Griding All
Increases all party members' physical defence.
Burdoct Muldoon
1429 - 1490. Chief of Wizard's Council 1448 - 50.
Gondoline Oliphant
1720 - 1799. Famous for studies of like and habits of trolls. Clubbed to
death in the cotswolds while sketching.
Almerick Sawbridge
1602 - 1699. Famous for conquering the river troll that was terrorizing
those trying to cross the Wye River. River Troll in question believed to
be one of the largest ever to exist in Britain with a weight of one ton.
Reparifors
Cancels any magical ailments affecting the party.
Montague Knightley
1505 - 1588. Wizard Chess Champion.
Glanmore Peakes
1677 - 1761. Famous slayer of the Sea Serpent of Cromer.
Artemisia Lufkin
1754 - 1825. First witch to become Minister for Magic.

Medieval, date unknown. Most famous wizard of all time. Sometimes known as
the Prince of Enchanters. Part of the Court of King Arthur.

Sir Herbert Varney
1776 - 1977. Flamboyant American Vampire. Author of "A Vampire's
Monologue" - intended to bore the reader into a stupor making him/her
easier prey for vampires.
Amarillo Lestoat
1858 - 1889. Short-lived (by undead standards) Victorian vampire who
preyed upon women in London during the 1880s. Was subsequently captured and
killed by a special squad from the Department for the Requlation and
Control of Magical Creatures.
Lady Carmilla Sanguina
1561 - 1757. Bathed in the blood of her victims to retain her youthful
beauty.
Replenish SP
Resets all party members' SP to maximum.
Albus Dumbledore
Currently headmaster of Hogwarts.
Queen Maeve
Legendary witch who trained young sorcerers in Ireland prior to the
establishment of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Helga Hufflepuff
Medieval wizard, dates unknown. Co-fouunder of Hogwarts. Gave her name to
one of the four Hogwarts houses.
Extra EXP
Extra EXP for the party if player wins the encounter.
Bridget Wenlock
1202 - 1285. Famous Arithmancer. First to establish the magical
properties of the number seven.
Miranda Goshawk
1921 - present. Famous spellbook writer.
Rowena Ravenclaw
Medieval wizard, dates unknown. Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave her name to
one of the four Hogwarts houses.
Godric Gryffindor
Medieval wizard, dates unknown. Co-founder of Hogwarts. Gave his name to
one of the four Hogwarts houses.
Bludgers
Bludgers rain down on all opponents for low damage.
Roland Kegg
1903 - present. President of English Gobstones Team.
Gwenog Jones
1968 - present. Captian and Beater of only all-female national Quidditch
team, the Holyhead Harpies.
Joscelined Wadcock
1911 - present. Chaser for Puddlemore United Quidditch Team. Record for
highest number of goals during British season this century (against
Ballycastly Bats, 1931)
Snitch
Snitch causes opponent to lose a turn.
Dunbar Oglethorpe
1968 - present. Chief of Q.U.A.B.B.L.E. (Quidditch Union for the
Administration and Betterment of the British League and its Endeavors).
Devlin Whitehorn
1945 - present. Founder of the Nimbus racing broom company.
Cyprian Youdle
1312 - 1357. Only Quidditch referee ever to die during a match. The
originator of the curse was never caught but believed to have been a member
of the crowd.
Sonorous Charm
A magnified roar that disrupts all in it path.
Leopoldina Smethwyck
1829 - 1910. First British witch to referee a Quidditch match.
Felix Sumerbee
1447 - 1508. Inventor of Cheering Charms.
Roderick Plumpton
1889 - 1987. Seeker for England Quidditch Teams. Holds British record for
