How do I start the puzzle? Is it in that same room?Do I have to use any Psynergy?
Mercury lighthouse? You must use ply on the statue. Then it makes tiles light up and u can walk on water.

statusI have an idea of where you're at, but I'm not entirely sure.
You're in the Venus lighthouse at the rainbow statue puzzle?
If you are, then the way to solve the puzzle is
Red-Top left
Blue-Top right
Gold-middle
Green-Bottom left
Purple- Bottom right
When you drop into the room onto the center tile in the middle of the pool, jump north onto the statue's hands. Then you have to set a shortcut to ply on your L or R button. Then cast ply on the statue while standing on the hands.
