Check underwater routes 124, 125, and 126 for Relicanth. It's rare, so it may take a bit of searching, but eventually one will turn up. As PokeAMon said, you must find the small room above the waterfall in Meteor Falls. Just look around a bit and one should pop up. Good luck.

relincanth is a kinda rare Pokemon you can find him in dive under water routes 124 and 126

you are going to have to be patient it took me and my friend a long time to find relincanth
but it is worth the wait

bagon is in meteor falls my friend caught his im sure you will find it

i found Relincanth in the grass where it's to marvaill and slaport

and Bagon is in Meteor Falls

to obtain a relicanth tou will need the hms surf and dive. then find a really dark blue spot and use dive. This can be done at routes 124 125and 126

I remember the currents between sootopolis and pacifidlog u have to do it the exact way and u end up in the middle where u dive do this and u find relicanth get a wailord to cause youlle need relicanth in first spot of party wailord last go to the underwater cave somewhere in there and read it do as i said in the order of relicanth and wailord then u can get the regis hope i was an help.

Relicanth is found when diving through the underwater vegetation on Routes 124 and 126. It's rare, but you can increase your chances of getting one by increasing your encounter rate. To do that you can simply place a Chinchou/Lanturn or Staryu/Starmie with the ability Illuminate in front of your party.

Bagon is found in Meteor Falls, more specifically in the room where you find the Dragon Claw TM. It's not very rare, so you should have no problems finding it.

Relicanth: around Sootopolis City entrace [at underwater] look around at the tall grass. there's Relicanth in there and it's VERY rare

Bagon:After obtain HM07 and Rainbadge,go to Meteor Falls and climb the waterfall.go to the next room. make your way through to the room where you obtain TM02. It's quite rare

What you need:
-Pokemon that know Surf,Dive,and Waterfall
-Rainbadge
-Mindbadge
-Patient

Also using sweet scent (tropius) would raise the likeliness & lower the time put into searching, I am assuming this but theoretically it should work, I'm currently trying to capture Relicanth for the 1st time myself & I'm hoping that Sweet Scent will help lol, if anybody could clarify this theory of mine that would be great :)

Scratch that, I didn't find it using sweet scent, I find it with a chinchou with illuminate instead, just gladi found it, I named it 'Relianoyin' cos it took so god damn long to catch the stupid thing! lol very lame name yet satisfying lol.
