You can get it two ways.
1) Mix Records with Someone who recieved it from the eCard (they must be Player 1)
2) Get the eCard. This option requires some more Supplies: 2GBA Series Devices, eReader, Link Cable, and of course the Eon Ticket eCard. You will also need to unlock Mystery Gift

statusIts gone. I mean the event. Youll have to trade with someone who has it.
Buy one on ebay or some other site.
You need to mix records with emerald version that is how my friend got it

Wrong, Mixing Records is the only way for Emerald to recieve the Ticket, Emerald cannot pass the ticket at all because only a Ticket recieved from the E-Card itself can be propagated through Mixing

I have the actual e-card and I'm willing to scan you a copy if you'll trust me with your ruby and return postge. Without me the only way is to track down the rare e-card that I have, an ereader and an original GBA(SPs and pokets are not compatable with the e-reader).
Only can obtain at Nintendo Event but i think you can get it if you mix record with someone who has Eon Ticket
