Just go to the beach southerly of the right exit of Dehkan plateau.

To get to the East Indra Shores you will need to pass the Dehkan Plateau.Dehkan Plateau is located at the northeast of Daila. After you pass the Dehkan Plateau,just head straight forward. It should be there.There is also a cave on your left called Indra caverns.You will need the Psyenergy called "Lash" and "Move"

The East Indra Shores can only be reached before you launch Piers' ship because that is where he landed. The location is the beach South East of the Dehkan Plateau. BTW before you launch the ship make sure to use Frost on the puddle and get the Cookie.
