So ive heard that you can go to outer space and catch the Deoxys
how many successful launches does it have to get to before you can do this?

So TO get them NOW you just have to cheat lol since the events are LONG overwith
It's not true at all. The only thing the launches do is tell you how many weeks old your current save is.
