well I think its for good luck or it might help you in a battle when you battle navis
Have you beaten all navis even sigma navis? including BASS GS ,SERENADE,DARKMAN,ect. well if you havent then look for them.
P.S. Bass gs is in the bugfrag trader.
I had this issue too, I forget Bass. If you forgot him go to the bugfrag machine in Secret area and find the hidden path where HubbBatch was. He is over where HubbBatch was. The other one I could see you missing is Serenade, but I forgot exactly where it is.
Serenade is where you first fought him.
