Where the heck can I buy or get EDistbce U?
The earliest time in the game that that piece of equipment would be when you enter Rock City enroute to the Back Draft Goup HeadQuarters. For some reason there is no shop but you can buy equipments from the clerk. He is inside the Zoid Instutute. Each piece of the EDistbce U costs 50,000 G so that should be no problem.
